Great Place

We really love Edgewater Beach. The views of the gulf are great and you walk right out to the beach. The condo unit was really nice and very clean.

We enjoyed the well kept grounds at edgewater. We stayed in 602, very lovely condo. The washer and dryer unit are very loud though, but nice to have in unit! We will be staying here again.

We only got to stay for 2 nights, but it was a beautiful condo - perfect view of the beach! Everything was tidy and clean and the beds were comfortable! No problems whatsoever!

Another great family vacation at edgewater

This was our second time staying in this condo and it was a great stay again. There are a few minor repairs and upkeep issues that could be addressed to make things even better, and the wifi signal is pretty hit and miss, but overall the condo and the property were a great fit for our family. The pools are really nice, beach access is easy, conveniently located near shopping and a grocery store.

Great place but some things to think about.

Some rooms come with 2 beach chairs and umbrella depending on who you rent through. They are set up and taken down each day.

Had a great time! Didn't want to leave. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The amenities were wonderful. The only thing we noticed was that we didn't get 2 free beach chairs each day like the others. But great trip and would recommend.

Smell

The condo was really nice and clean, but there was a fishy smell when you walked in. Also the screen on the balcony was broken. But we really enjoyed our stay.

Last minute mini vacation

Booked this condo last minute. Booking was fast and easy without any issues. Property is in a good location, appearance was not the greatest but the condo itself was good and had what we needed. Pool and beach access was easy, make sure your stay comes with complimentary chair and umbrella rental it will help big time. Condo had an key card but it didn't work. Overall our stay was good!
