The Space:

High Pointe 1311 Check out the amazing Gulf views from the balcony of this wonderful condo located in the private gated resort of High Pointe. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!



The family chef will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, utensils, and cookware. Use the shared charcoal grill to throw a little char on today's catch after a day on the water. The blender will make short work of that slushy margarita or strawberry daiquiri! Later, enjoy a good book out on the balcony before heading down to the beach to saunter along the shoreline under a canopy of evening starlight.



Want to get out on the water? Then you should definitely hit up LD Surf Shop, just over five miles west, for boards, gear, and souvenirs. Austin Magee's Surf School is only eight miles away in case you're feeling a little rusty. They offer rentals and lessons for every age bracket at super-reasonable prices. Maybe you'd like to get out a little farther? 30-Angler is only two miles from your front door to take you out to the beautiful limestone reefs that jewel the Gulf.

Perfect location and resort

High Pointe resort is the perfect location for beach, pool, and shopping/eating. We brought 4 teenage girls and they had the freedom to roam safely. The condo was spacious and beautiful!

Great for Girls Trip

Another great stay at High Pointe, our favorite Girls Trip spot on 30-A. It’s perfect when you want to be centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We were within walking distance to our favorite shopping and restaurants. Our beaches were clean and well maintained and we had room on the beach to swim, while our neighbors seemed crowded. The water was beautiful this past week, as well!

Great stay

We had a great stay. Location was beautiful and the condo was very nice. The only issue we ran into was getting our bikes that we were supposed to get. We tried several times to contact the bike service, but never heard from them. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Awesome Family Vacay!

Loved staying at High Pointe Resort! The location is great (walk to restaurants and shops across the street and down the street at Rosemary beach) and the Vacasa staff was wonderful. There was a water leak before we arrived. They called while we were headed down and let us know about the issue and had things taken care of by the time we arrived. Easy to get chairs and bikes. The condo itself was just as expected. The floor in the master bath needed to be swept when we arrived (lots of hairs and sand) but other than that, it seemed clean.

Good location

The unit was in a great location but has become rather dated. Bathroom showers have multiple areas of being patched and the master shower door would not stay on the tract. The living room was very dirty when we got there. The rest of the unit was clean.

Loved Rosemary Beach and High Point

We had a wonderful week staying at High Point and visiting Rosemary/Seacrest Beach. We have been traveling to the Destin “area” for a few summers now trying to discover the best beaches in the best locations, with the prettiest beaches, things to do without too many crowds. We fell in love with this beach and the High Point resort. Awesome location with lots to do on a private beach. We stayed in unit 311. It was nice, Clean when we arrived. Cute decor, beautiful view ( not a beach. Front unit). No complaints except that this until could use some updating. The kitchen is pretty equipped but does need to be stocked with some more amenities. The toaster and blender were busted and needed to be replaced. Not even useable. Needs larger bowls and serving dishes. We made a lot of dinners just because eating out is very expensive there and if you haven’t made reservations in most places in advance from your stay, getting in anywhere is tough. At any rate. Very much enjoyed our unit otherwise and will. be back to High Point again next year!
