The Space:

This beautiful, fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this brightly decorated, fun vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath and second bath have tubs. The living room has a large TV with a DVD player. The bedrooms have TVs.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

The beach view was unbelievable and the closest we have been with a beach side rental. The room was spacious and accommodating. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend to others.

Fun vacation!

We traveled with our medically fragile, special needs child. This condo is in such a great location, we were able to find fun and safe things to do with him while there. We absolutely loved having the beach chairs as an added bonus! We had a wonderful vacation and already want to book next year's trip!

Read the fine print- read all the details- Nice clean rooms, on the beach, beautiful beach.

Under construction during our stay, we didn't have access to our balcony but we could see outside. Nice clean rooms, beach front views, free dvd rentals, Luggage carts and grocery carts for easy unloading.

Good Stay for a Mini Getaway

This condo was a perfect size for our small family. Had exactly what we needed for our trip. The only cons were the living room furniture was a little worn down and stained and the patio furniture was a a little large for the size making it hard to move around easily. The pool, beach access, and parking/security were wonderful. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen had the basics for pots and pans and dishes.

Beautiful view. Condo was roomy but needs TLC, such as paint, shower work, floors. Appliances were fine. Bed was ok. Smoke from balcony below us was bothersome, wish non smoking was enforced. Weather, view and location were very enjoyable.

The stay was good even with the construction going on it did not interrupt our stay. Our only complaint was the master bedroom carpet was not nice at all. It was dirty and had stains in it.

Beautiful beach

The condo was great with a few minor issues like the twin beds are very firm and the Keurig was broken, but it was very nice and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and the beach, water, and pool were perfect. The only issue I had with the property management was the continued texts daily and sometimes more than once daily that interrupted the time away. Send the welcome email with all the info and then the checkout reminder at the end. We can handle the rest!
