Vacation Apartment No. 12 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Spanning approximately 49 m², this bright 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and features private access via an outdoor staircase (metal railing). You’ll have access to a living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a tiled bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. The beach is approximately 400 meters from the Sünnslag vacation complex.

From the living room, you step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces southeast and offers a view of the greenery. The comfortable sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) provides sleeping space for two people. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment.

The separate kitchen features a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The floor is tiled.

For a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom features a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). The large closet provides ample storage space for your clothes. The bedroom includes a radio with an alarm function. The window is darkened with curtains. The flooring in the living and sleeping areas is laminate.

The shower room is tiled. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or patio. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer comfortable accommodations for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
