Welcome to Coral Breeze Villa, an astonishing getaway in Cape Coral! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 6 guests and has everything you need including a heated pool and spacious dock for fishing and observing all kinds of aquatic life! This location is a short drive from beaches, dining, and local attractions!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, a dual coffee maker, ample counterspace with an island and all the storage space one could need! There is a sliding glass door for direct access from the kitchen to the pool for easy snacking or meal prep. This also includes a spacious eight-person table with a glass top with additional bar seating and a sliding glass door that leads out to the lanai. As well a small seating area perfect for morning coffee or evening nightcap!

Living Room
The living room features a spacious sectional, a chase accent chair, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan for a comfortable breeze at all times. This area also has a small desk for guests to catch up on work as well as a small additional seating area perfect for board games.

Master
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dressers and sliding doors for direct access to the lanai. There is an attached master bath with a spacious closet and his & hers vanity sink and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a dresser and nightstands, and a closet.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink, and a shower/tub combo. There is access directly out to the pool area which makes cleaning up after a swim a breeze.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features two twin size beds, nightstands, and a closet.

Outside
This backyard is the ultimate space for relaxation. Under the screened lanai you will find a heated pool with several sun loungers, a grill perfect for making outdoor cuisine. There is also plenty of outdoor seating with room for any activity! You also have access to the spacious dock perfect for canal fishing. You will encounter all sorts of aquatic life from small jellyfish to the occasional dolphin sighting!

Electricity is metered. $6/day included. Overage charged at $2.53 per kWh. By booking, guest agrees to this policy.

Neighborhood Description
This home is just minutes from anything you could want including shopping, dining, parks, beaches and more. Sun Splash Water Park as well as Gator Mikes, Fasttrax go kart and activities, TopGolf and several beach access points are just a few attractions within a half-hour drive. Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve trails are also just 25 minutes away. There is also Sanbel island which is a small island off the mainland which you can take a short trip to get to and it is known for its amazing beaches and seashell hunting!

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest`s responsibility.
