Great location! Kitchen well stocked with more than enough pots, pans, plates etc. Lots of plastic cups appropriate for the pool area!Pool is literally right next to this property!! Fantastic! Hot tub was nice and relaxing after a day out exploring. Love the enclosed outdoor patio with great seating areas. We watched tv out there each evening. Bathrooms are also nice and clean with plenty of towels. Beds and pillows pretty good. Air-conditioning worked great and we were thankful for the floor fans in the bedrooms! (Not everyone in our group likes the same nighttime temp. )Host was very quick in her responses. They even had a clothes line downstairs for wet towels. Would 100% stay here again! Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Location is excellent located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The unit is adjacent to the pool for easy access. Rooms were clean. Screened in back porch was the highlight. Comfy furniture, table and chairs with tv. Only downside to our stay was trash was not picked up on the assigned day.

Nice place. Great neighborhood.

The Shipyard community is great. Kingston Cove is a quiet, family friendly spot. We rented bikes, and it was quick ride to the beach. The kids loved it. There’s a lagoon behind the house, and we all enjoyed watching the wildlife come and go. And the pool is a huge bonus. We had a great stay.

A lovely place for our family of 8.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious for our adult family of 8. It had everything we needed, nicely decorated and in a great location close to Harbour Town Shops. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Hilton Head next year!

Great property and location.

We found this property for a last minute vacation before our daughter when off to college. The house was quaint and cozy and Shipyard is a great community. We highly recommend this property.

The property was very clean and comfy. The neighborhood hood was very nice and family-friendly. The hikes and bike rides were awesome. Very close to many restaurants and the beach!!! We will definitely book it again!!

Great location and nice unit

The unit was in a great location. Very easy to get to everything on the island. Other than a few dishes being dirty and the smart lock acting up a bit it was a great stay.

Pool location

We had a wonderful annual family vacation! Pool & screened in porch were the highlights & so convenient. Breakfast on the porch every morning & a dip in the pool at night.

Great place

We enjoyed the stay very much. Looking forward to another week there. We had a small issue with check in but the security at the resort helped to clear it up until the morning. Easy drive to beach access and to most areas of the island.

Great House!

Week at Hilton Head

We had a fantastic time on vacation! The house had everything we needed. The Shipyard neighborhood was great. The pool is literally right next to the house. It was perfect!
