Summary:
Remodeled, true ski in/ski out condo with upscale finishes. Parking for 2 vehicles, garage, deck, shared hot tub & gas grill.
The Space:
Step out onto your deck and ski straight to the lifts. This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in the Crested Mountain complex puts you right on the slopes of Mt. Crested Butte. Ski down to the Red Lady or Silver Queen lifts, or walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and the free shuttle to downtown Crested Butte.
In summer, you can hike, bike, or enjoy Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s free Wednesday outdoor concert series—all from your doorstep.
The first floor features a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to memorable dinners. Relax by the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or head outside to enjoy the mountain setting. A half bath, mudroom, ski boot heaters and dedicated space for outdoor gear make coming and going easy.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and spacious ensuite bath with heated floors, two vanities and a deep soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a large full bathroom with a tub, heated floor and spacious laundry area.
Please note that this is a two-story condo with an outdoor flight of stairs from the parking lot to the entrance. Because the condo is directly on the slopes, you may also hear the snow groomers working at night during ski season as they prepare the mountain for the next day's perfect corduroy.
The complex's hot tub is seasonal: open from opening day through closing day in winter and approximately mid-June through Labor Day in summer. If the hot tub is important to your stay and you're visiting outside these periods, please ask about availability.
With true slope-side access, three comfortable bedrooms, upscale finishes, heated bathroom floors, a soaking tub, and easy access to everything Mt. Crested Butte has to offer, this is an ideal home base for an unforgettable mountain getaway.

CRESTED MOUNTAIN PARKING POLICY.
Due to minimal parking available, no more than one vehicle of any kind shall be kept, maintained, or allowed on the exterior of the Crested Mountain Condominiums owner’s garage for each residential condominium unit.
Vehicles may not exceed 19 feet in length, measured from the front bumper to the end of the vehicle, including trailer hitches and bike carriers. Regardless of vehicle length, the end of the vehicle may extend no further than 20 feet from the garage door. For example, a vehicle that is 19 feet long must be parked no more than 1 foot from the garage door. The purpose of this rule is to ensure that each Unit’s parking space is not obstructed and that there is enough room in the parking lot so that each parking space in front of every garage is fully accessible by car.
Each vehicle must have a parking permit that is clearly displayed and visible from the exterior at all times while parked on the premises. The parking permit must contain the following information: (1) the Unit number, (2) the phone number for the current occupant of that Unit (the person who has the keys to move the car), and (3) the name and number of the Property Management Company for the Unit.
