This is a 3rd floor apartment in a house with other apartments. We do not accept local guests. Our property is available to international traveler’s as well as out of town guests.

Enter through a private side door. Apartment is located on third floor- very easy to find- follow directions



Guest Access:

Apartment, Common laundry located in basement- instructions for laundry posted inside the apartment. Shared driveway first come first serve

This property is located in the prestigious Park Avenue neighborhood. It’s a short walk to many local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, museums, parks and many more. Great walking neighborhood too!



Getting Around:

Free parking in parking lot rear of house. Additional free alternate night street parking.

This is a 3rd floor 3 bedroom apartment in a completely remodeled apartment house. This property requires stairs, no issue but 2 flights of them. Air conditioning not in 2 back bedrooms, only the first one and living room
