Welcome to The Fairway, a newly built 4,500-square-foot luxury home in East Quogue in the western Hamptons, offering five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests.
Thoughtfully designed for modern Hamptons living, the home combines beautifully proportioned indoor and outdoor spaces with the comforts needed for everything from long weekends to extended stays. Four ensuite bedroom suites, a private heated 20’ × 40’ saltwater Gunite pool, chef’s kitchen, fitness room and flexible work-from-home spaces allow everyone to spend time together while still enjoying privacy.
A dedicated home office, together with two upstairs bedrooms equipped with desks, monitors and connectivity, provides flexible workspaces for remote work, study and video calls whenever needed.
Set at the end of a private tree-lined drive in East Quogue, The Fairway provides convenient access to Quogue, Westhampton Beach, Southampton and Atlantic Ocean beaches, together with outstanding restaurants, cafés, boutiques, farm stands, golf, tennis, boating and everyday conveniences.
Its western Hamptons location also makes travel to and from New York straightforward via Sunrise Highway, the Hampton Jitney, Westhampton and Riverhead LIRR stations, while nearby Francis S. Gabreski Airport offers convenient access for private and charter aviation.
