Just a few hundred meters from the beach promenade and the gorgeous, fine-sand beach, this quiet apartment is located in one of Binz’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Here, you can go for a walk whenever you like, cool off in the ocean, or simply relax and unwind.

The spa gardens with the Haus des Gastes, the Binz pier, and the town center with its wide variety of shopping options and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.

You can use the washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement for a fee.

The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.

Our cozy 3-room Apartment No. 14 on the first floor accommodates 4 people (plus an extra bed for a toddler up to 2 years old).

The living area features a cozy sitting area with a TV, a sunny dining area, and a writing nook. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave.

The large bedroom features a double bed (2 m wide) and an additional TV. From here, you can access the furnished terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds.

The spacious bathroom with an exterior window features a large walk-in shower with grab bars.
In the hallway, there is a storage room with a shoe rack and an additional coat rack.

A wooden handcart is available free of charge for families with children (please ask the staff).



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
