Located just minutes from some of New Orleans’ most popular destinations, you’re close to the Superdome, Bourbon Street, and the French Quarter, with easy access to local restaurants, music, and culture. You’re also conveniently near Harrah’s Casino, the Aquarium, and the Convention Center; and Tulane University just a short drive away. Our home is one block from the nearest streetcar stop - an easy way to get around the city without a car. We`re also a little over a block from the VA hospital and University Medical Center.

After a day out, come back to a space that feels relaxed, welcoming, and full of personality: the kind of place you can truly unwind.

Our home features 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, and 2 full bathrooms; open living areas with plenty of space to unwind; a fully equipped kitchen for meals at home, a washer and dryer available for your convenience, and art-filled interiors that give the home a unique and creative feel.

Street parking is available on weekdays. On weekends, guests may also park next door at the adjacent closed business.

We keep things comfortable and well-maintained for all guests, so we ask that you respect the space:

No smoking inside the home ($500 fee if violated)
No pets allowed ($250 fee if violated)

While the layout and overall design of the home remain consistent with the photos, certain items such as linens, décor, and small appliances may be updated or replaced as part of our ongoing maintenance and quality standards.

If there’s a specific amenity that’s important to you, feel free to reach out before your stay so we can confirm availability.

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and laundry.

Check-in is easy with a self-entry system, so you can arrive at your convenience after check-in time without needing to coordinate in person.

We want you to feel comfortable settling in and using the space like it’s your own while you’re here.

We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but we’re always here if you need anything.

If you have questions before or during your visit, feel free to reach out through the platform. We do our best to respond quickly and keep things running smoothly. Our normal messaging hours are daily from 9AM to 9PM, though we have an emergency number for overnight calls if needed. If you send a message outside of our normal hours, we`ll respond in the morning.

The home is located in a convenient area of New Orleans with easy access to many of the city’s most popular destinations.

You’re just one block from the streetcar line, making it simple to get to the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Harrah’s Casino, the Aquarium, the Riverwalk, and the Convention Center without needing to drive.

Getting around is easy from this location, whether you prefer to drive, ride, or explore the city at your own pace.

Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are readily available and make it simple to get to downtown and the French Quarter

The streetcar line is just one block from the home and can take you to Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, Harrah’s Casino, the Aquarium, and the Convention Center

Buses and bike options are also available throughout the city for flexible transportation

Whether you’re heading out for food, music, or sightseeing, you’ll have multiple easy ways to get around.

Our home is located in the heart of the city. As with most parts of the city, you may experience normal urban activity, which is part of what makes New Orleans so vibrant and full of character.

We unfortunately cannot offer luggage storage before or after your stay due to space limitations, but we recommend using Bounce, a luggage storage service, for any needs you may have. There are a handful of locations 2-4 blocks from the building, and pricing and hours vary by location.

If you use street parking, please park in the direction of traffic flow for that side of the street. Parking facing traffic is illegal and may result in a ticket or tow.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES will be tolerated. Violations will result in termination of your reservation without a refund.

There is no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including inside the rooms and all parts of the building. We’re VERY serious about this policy. Violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee and termination of your reservation without a refund.

New Orleans is prone to hurricanes and other storms, sometimes outside of the normal season. Please note that we do not move, cancel, or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, road conditions/closures, travel cancellations, and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.

Additionally please be aware that from May through June this whole region experiences flying termite swarms. While these insects are harmless to humans and we take proactive measures to manage them, they may occasionally find their way indoors during swarming season and no home in the area is 100% immune to them.
Please carefully read our house rules below

1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.

2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We enforce quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM.

3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

4.Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed on your reservation will receive 1 set of towels for their stay (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, makeup towel). We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. There is a washer/dryer available in the unit should you need to refresh your towels during your stay.

5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 cleaning fee and termination of your reservation without refund.

6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, all OTA platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate eviction from the property.

7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.

8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. We provide makeup removal towels for this purpose.

9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.

10. There are no pets allowed at this property. A $250 fine will be charged for any evidence of pets.

11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo”. It will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.

12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space, we can assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.

14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

15. Message us for long term stays.

16. Trash & recycling are picked up weekly on Monday mornings. You can take any extra trash out to the bin if needed.

17. Our TV`s are streaming (no cable/satellite), and we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out.

18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it`s possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge for the additional booking time. Payment will be requested after your additional time has been approved.

19. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee.
