El Cerrito Place

We stayed 3 nights in unit A which is the downstairs space of this house, it was spacious and very clean. Loved the decor and the A/C was amazing. we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property!

Absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful property, walking distance to the beach, all the amenities were great for our group. My only issue is that I was never able to get ahold of the host regarding our stay, despite reaching out twice and trying to contact the customer care line.

Best rental ever!

This house is beautiful, conveniently located, and the sleeping spaces are extremely well thought out for a group. The color palette and decor is exactly what I wanted for a relaxing beach vacay. Each sleeping space is cozy and beautiful, like private suites throughout. The house is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We cannot wait to stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly our visit. They home was perfectfor us! We will be back!!! If i had any improvements it would be more hand towels for kitchen. This is so minor though. The only negative Iwas the liss of electricity for around 7 hours but that was not the fault of Vacasa or the host.

LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION.

I chose this rental based on a few reasons that were non-negotiables for me. I wanted a rental that was walking distance to the beach, large enough for my party of 10 and stand alone unit. I made the mistake of overlooking the fact that this house is rented as Unit A and Unit B. That was my fault. So for 2 nights, we had upstairs neighbors and shared parking. The parking situation is a little cramped with multiple vehicles and a golf cart. However, it was a great experience. The large back porch area was more than enough space for my party to congregate. The AC in this house is superior. The kitchen and master bedroom have their own units that can be controlled by remote and were a pleasant surprise. The layout of this home is great. The Master bedroom/bath and kitchen have one wing of the house while the other 3 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. Separated by the kitchen and dining area. Proximity to the beach, food and main streets cannot be beat. I highly recommend this house to any and all beachgoers.
