Great location for family of 4

This is a great close to the beach location. We walked to SPI beach access 6 and rented umbrellas for the day so had little to carry on our short walk to beach. Having two bedrooms with TVs in every room and two baths was perfect for our family with two teens.

Nice Experience

Pleasant stay at SPI. Condo was very nice and comfortable. Only issue was that the parking as spots are not marked for each unit.

Property was very nice as described. Quick access to beach and well as surrounding restaurants and bars. Only issue was the parking. Spots are not marked for each unit and as a result, if you head out for dinner or any other excursion at night good luck finding a spot to park near the unit. Other than that, would recommend.

The parking is horrible, next time I visit SPI ill make sure to stay somewhere else. Don't even leave in the evening to go out for dinner because your parking spot will be gone. Majority of the cars that park dont even have a permit and nothing is being enforced. The second restroom my daughters were using was leaking water from the ceiling. I'd rather pay a bit more and dont have to stress about having my vehicle parked far away. The best thing was how close the beach access was.

Beach and shops are within walking distance, literally at the end of the block. The place was clean and felt very refreshing. The decor throughout the place was perfect and not overcrowded or cluttered like some other places. It would have been nice to have had a washer/ dryer in the place (there might have been one in the building, we just didn't have time to check.) One more thing a baking sheet would have been nice to have, not that big of a deal, we just bought one at the dollar store. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed the place and will definitely try to book it again when we come back!

Great weekend getaway!

The only issue we had was in the guest bathroom. The shower got water all over the floor. It has a curtain but I think it needs glass to keep the water from spilling out. Extra towels would have been nice as well. Other than that, it was fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. We will be back.

Nice, Cozy & Comfy Stay

This condo was cozy & comfy. It was incredibly clean and had plenty of towels. We didn’t do much in the kitchen as more family stayed in a nearby place. The location was perfect to walk to the beach. We’d definitely stay again!
