Increíble frente al mar de dos niveles Condo

Espectacular 2,000+ Pies Cuadrados penthouse frente al mar ubicado en el extremo sur de la isla del mar de la ciudad con vistas al océano y Townsend Inlet. Recientemente renovado y actualizado edificio exterior y condominio interior. Tamaño Cocina completa moderna, salón w / techo de la catedral, las cubiertas delanteras 2 mar, altillo, 2 plazas de aparcamiento cubiertas.

El condominio es único, ya que es la unidad ático en el 3er piso con 2 niveles con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos con capacidad para 8 personas. Hay una gran terraza en la planta principal y una terraza privada más pequeña en el segundo piso. Además, hay televisores de pantalla plana en 3 de los dormitorios y una gran pantalla de televisión como parte de un sistema de cine en casa en la sala de estar.

Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a una hermosa playa en la punta de la isla, con fantásticas vistas del océano y la entrada. Usted puede optar por disfrutar del Océano Atlántico o las vistas de la bahía de Townsend Inlet.

El barrio Townsend entrada de Sea Isle City es deseable debido al número limitado de hogares y empresas comerciales en el extremo sur de la isla.

Un restaurante de la tienda de comestibles, delicatessen y mariscos, sin embargo, se encuentra a pocas cuadras de la casa y que es un corto paseo o paseo en bicicleta.

Es una zona maravillosamente tranquilo y descongestionadas, con fácil acceso por un puente con las comunidades costeras de Avalon y Stone Harbor con restaurantes, tiendas y actividades sólo unos minutos.

Perfect Rental for Families

The view was awesome and relaxing. Initially worried about my two year old granddaughter with steps but she did great and had lots of area to play. Deck was safe and comfortable. Beach area was wonderful , not crowded my granddaughter could run around and not bother other families. Will definitely be renting for years to come

This place is amazing the views are breathtaking. This beach is a terrific place for beachcombers to spend hours finding shells. Every place we went to eat was out of this world food I highly recommend steves grilled cheese

All Excellent

Our stay in the condo was excellent all around. The condo itself is beautiful with a well-equipped kitchen, convenient laundry, and room for everyone to spread out. It is obviously a source of well deserved pride for the owner, Pete. Pete was wonderful and quickly responsive to a small problem that was easily resolved. For me, one of the best things is the unobstructed view of the sand, ocean, and sky. The sunrises, sunsets, and full moon over the ocean seemed like they belonged to only us. It is an amazing place with a wonderful host.

A short break down the shore

The location can not be beat! The property has everything you could want or need. Communication with the owner was outstanding. But by far the best part - the sounds of the waves!!! Go, you won’t regret it!

The best view ever!!!

The moment we walked in we were in awe. The ocean views from the kitchen and living room are absolutely breathtaking. The open concept made the space feel bright and airy and allowed all of us to spend time together without ever feeling cramped. The rooms were all neat, clean and uncluttered and the loft area made for a great office space when we needed it. The neighborhood was perfect; quiet and beautiful with direct beach access just steps away! We enjoyed walking to Beachwood & Sole for great food and Blitz’s Market (also just a few blocks away) had everything we needed! Our family had been going to Avalon for 7 years but this stay may have convinced us to make Sea Isle City our new fav summer destination!

Townsends Inlet is the place to be!

Fantastic location and the view was amazing! Nice and clean with ample room for everyone. To me, beds are key and the master bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever had in a rental - hands down!! As mentioned in other reviews, don’t overpack because it’s quite a haul up and down 3 flights of stairs during checkin and checkout. With that being said, the location and view are well worth the added exercise! Would definitely book again - we actually hoped to come back next year but it’s already completely booked for next summer. Bummer! Thanks Peter! You were very nice to work with and very accessible. Appreciate your hospitality!

Great Stay!

We stayed here for a daughter's wedding weekend. Everything was great! Wonderful place, very clean, great views. Communication with Peter was quick and pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely location and beautiful ocean view

We enjoyed our stay here. Property was in a very nice location and the view from the deck was spectacular. Easy access to the beach from the condo. A nice amount of space for 6 adults. It was not really clear from the description how many steps are involved in reaching the condo (46 from the garage), so if there is anyone with mobility issues in your party, this unit might not be for you. While I have been told that it is customary on the East coast to have guest bring their own towels and sheets, being from the West coast I found it surprising that if I did not bring my own and used the "spares'' located at the unit, we had to wash, dry, fold and put them away before leaving. All in all I would definitely recommend this property.

Peaceful quiet retreat with a beautiful view

Location is fantastic. Short walk to the beach, 10 minutes to downtown.Sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean and inlet was amazing. Sunsets were beautiful. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Have plans to visit again 2023.

Amazing property with views to match

First and foremost, Peter was the most generous and accommodating host. Very communicative and offered great local recommendations. Also sent us info for a Christmas parade taking place in town which my son absolutely loved. The condo was perfect for our family. Beds are very comfortable, which you don’t always get staying away from home. Sunrises and sunsets on the beach cannot be beat. The view is simply the best and easy beach access made for lots of fun in the sand. It’s is a hike going up and down the stairs but totally worth it. The kitchen had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner and then some. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for everything Peter!

Perfect location, clean property

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Pete is a super responsive host and was extremely accommodating. His condo is impeccably clean and spacious. The oceanfront view is second to none and beach access is on property. The beach is wide and sparsely populated. This is an ideal property if you're looking for a quiet, spacious beachfront getaway with easy access to everything and a perfect oceanfront view!

we had a wonderful stay at Pete's condo! The outside deck and direct access to the beach was wonderful! Pete was very helpful with all our questions and his FAQ sheet had all the info we needed and more. Would ansolutely recommend this beautiful and cozy condo!!!

Amazing ocean view and nice, quiet location

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Peter's condo. The location in Townsends Outlet was perfect for our family. This condo comes equipped with almost everything you would need. We did not cook at all but the kitchen appeared to be very well stocked. I would say the only issues we had were that the steps up were daunting on move in day especially, and it would have been nice to have a table to eat at on the beautiful deck.

Very lovely property, perfectly situated for peace and quiet. Host is very attentive and gracious.

Recent serene, stylish upgrades add to this already gorgeous condo. Inlet is always interesting; swirling tides, boats to watch, fishermen, and this October I was able to catch the last of the Monarch butterfly migration before they travel to Mexico! The unit really seems more like someone's impeccably kept home (which it is!) than a rental. Spotlessly clean, well stocked pantry, all the creature comforts. The large deck is well situated for sunshine almost all day. And, of course, your own personal spectacular sunrise daily! Previous posts point out no elevator, so for the mobility challenged, it will take a bit more effort. The host, Pete, is attentive, accomodating and is genuinely interested in his guests' comfort. Highly recommend this unit and I can't wait to return!

I really love the ocean and the location of the condo was perfect when I first saw it. The views are breathtaking and it always felt like home to me. I feel very lucky to have this wonderful place by the sea.
