We had a great time. The condo was lovely and stocked with all we needed. Fabulous view steps from the ocean. The on site contact was very customer service friendly and let us know in advance our condo was ready which was super nice. Great place to stay!

Wonderful location and great place

2nd time at this complex and our condo did not disappoint. It has a well stocked kitchen ( thank you for having food containers, sandwich bags and foil), comfy bed, beautiful views and nice accommodations.

Wonderful property

Couldn’t have been happier with our 10 day stay. Great central location, loved the fact there were 2 bathrooms, view was fantastic, owner was above responsive and enjoyed the welcoming gifts. Having beach chairs and cooler was a definite plus. Thanks for having such a well stocked condo.

Great location and property

We loved our stay! The cool breezes and sunrises from the balcony were lovely. The property was nicely renovated and clean. Having a washer and dryer as well as a half bath was very convenient. The location was great for getting to both sides of the island. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, had beautiful views, a refreshing pool, and short walk to the beach. The condo supplied everything we needed for 2 weeks stay (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, water shoes, snorkeling gear etc) and was super accommodating and wonderful hospitality with fresh flowers on the dining room table, coffee pods for the mornings and local cookies as a small gift. The condo has plenty of fans to help the breeze flow through the condo and keeps it surprisingly cool. They even provided a steamer, iron and ironing board for us to use on our clothes for a professional photoshoot on the beach. Its perfect location on Island allowed us to travel north or south to other cities and beaches within reasonable time depending on traffic. We highly recommend this property and will be back for sure! Thank you for a lovely anniversary trip and sharing your condo with us. The McBrides

Kauai Family Vacation

This was our second time for our family to stay at Kaha Lani. We love the convenient location of driving and the beach. The great pool and barbeques are definitely a plus too! Our third floor condo had an amazing view and was very comfortable. Mahalo and we hope to stay there again soon!

Great location! Beautiful view of the ocean, sunrises and pool. Easy access to path along ocean. Lovely simple decor. Steve the night watchman and Tiki Torch Lighter was endearing and engaging. The roosters and hens are plentiful… We look forward to our return. Mahalo !!

Wonderful place

We had an amazing time in Kauai. Everything was great from arrival, enjoying our stay, to departure. Communication with Barry (owner) was excellent. The unit was clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed. Sitting on the terrace with a cup of Kauai coffee in the morning, watching the sunrise was a treat. Highly recommend this property, would definitely stay again! Thanks!!!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Great place for families as Lydgate Park is short distance with protected swim areas, covered picnic areas, & playground. Pool is within view of most of the units. Complex is small and quiet. Located close to Kapa'a restaurants and grocery stores. Since it is centrally located on the island it is easy to get to Princeville or Poipu. Excellent rating for responsiveness from Host. Condo is well appointed with beach gear and anything you would need for the kitchen.

Beautiful place

The condo is at a perfect location to explore the north or south side of the island. Thank you for all the Hawaiian goodies to welcome us. The view of the pool and the ocean is lovely. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (well-equipped kitchen, small cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gears). The fans and the cross breezes on the third floor made made our stay comfortable that didn’t need ÁC. We love the condo, had a wonderful time, and we will definitely come back.

A place I would call home

This unit has everything. Well kept and clean. New furniture inside and on the balcony. The view is spectacular. Great walking beach. Warm pool. I would highly recommend this for any age including children. Thank you for all you did for us!

Best Island

Loved this island and location! Condo was central located to easily go to both sides of the island. Wonderful views and I loved the roosters! Nice pool area and really nice walking path Condo had everything we needed. It does not have a/c but don't need it-wonderful breezes from the ocean. The only neg I can say is we didn't stay long enough! We are already planning a return trip & would love to stay at this location again. Everyone that was very friendly and helpful.

Love love love this place!!! Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Our mouths dropped when we first saw the view from the balcony. Had a problem with the stove. The maintainence people fixed it right away. Very pleased with this condo. Will be the place we stay when we return.

Nice property/good location

Beautiful view and nice condo, slightly dated decor. The washer/dryer use was a great asset. We had a problem with the back window panels not working which required a maintenance call; the owner was helpful in getting this repaired. The window had to be closed because the roosters start crowing at 4 am. Sadly, we weren’t able to use the pool because it was closed without notice for 3 days of our stay.

Perfect place for our time in Kauai

A table of Hawaiian goodies awaited us when we checked in! The view from the condo is even better than the pictures show. It was easy to get to all sites from this central location. The condo itself had everything we needed, the in unit washer and dryer were so convenient. And we definitely made use of the beach chairs and umbrella and small cooler. We brought our own snorkeling gear but there are two sets there if we had needed them. Being from TX, I was a little worried about no AC, but with the fans going in the bedroom and the windows slats open, the cross breeze was very comfortable. No problems sleeping. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely condo for Kauai getaway

It was our first trip to Kauai and this condo is centrally located in Wailua area which made it easy to visit the rest of the island. I loved that the unit has two bathrooms - a big plus even for two people. The second one has more sink and storage space so we used that one mainly and used the other one for showering. The beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs etc. were a huge plus that we took advantage of. The pool is super nice and not too busy - we would go for a swim at the end of each day surrounded by tiki torches! The view is gorgeous and we rose every morning in time to see the sunrise. Keep in mind there is no elevator and there are 3 flights of stairs to climb up and down to access the condo. We loved our stay and Barry was super responsive if we had any questions.

Wonderful place in Kauai

This was our first stay in Kauai and fell in love with the island. We weren’t sure which part of the island to stay, but after exploring during our trip, we realized we found a gem of a place. The location is great to be able to launch out and see all the different areas in Kauai. It was peaceful and and great place to unwind from our busy schedules. We really enjoyed Lydgate beach for swimming, which is very close. We rented bikes and rode the coastal trail several mornings, which was spectacular. There are enough activities nearby for you to do as much or as little as you want. Barry was very responsive and great to work with. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the place was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The washer and dryer in the unit was nice to have during our week stay so packing light is easy to do. The community was quiet and very peaceful at night. We are already thinking about when we can get away again for another visit!

Spectacular property! Great location!

What an amazing little property! The location is fantastic. We were minutes from the airport, Lihue, and walking distance to Kapaa Town. Property and grounds are well maintained. The view from our 3rd floor unit was so beautiful, overlooking the pool and the ocean. You are just steps from the beach where we did spend some time. The unit was well equipped with everything you need in a home away from home. The homeowner (Barry) also has available for use 2 snorkel kits, a couple of low beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Barry was very responsive to any questions I had prior to and during our stay. Property was not very busy during our stay (Dec 1-10) and we were always able to get a chair around the pool. The ceiling fans and the ocean breeze kept us cool throughout our stay. One piece of advice for anyone staying at this property, if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs, the roosters do like to rise early! That said, we absolutely LOVED this place and would definitely stay again!

Terrific location on the island!

Beautifully maintained unit and terrific views (not oceanfront but ocean view). The three flights of stairs makes it a little difficult for us older folks but we called it our daily exercise. We usually get second floor but if you have the energy..the 3rd flight is worth it for this condo. A little confusion on check in since the lockbox was jammed and we couldn't access the unit until someone was found to come and open it for us. The property manager is in Hanalei at the far north end of the island so they couldn't come and take care of it so they finally located someone who could get a key to us. I was anxious to settle in but the wait in paradise isn't that hard. Well stocked pantry and all the appliances you need to make your stay perfect. We couldn't get the TV to work but we don't go to Kauai to watch television (even though the Golden State Warriors were playing for the finals in basketball) but we would have made that exception to our rule to watch our favorite basketball team play. If this is your first trip to Kauai...this is the absolute perfect location!!!

My most remarkable achievement was raising three wonderful and successful children ... give most of the credit to my wife.

I have been a tourist to the Island of Kauai for 20 years. When the opportunity arose on a vacation to the Island in 2011, I purchased my Kauai vacation retreat. I have stayed at many wonderful resorts on the Island. Kaha Lani is my paradise. I employ a highly reputable vacation rental management company to professionally serve my guests. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since my Property Management Agency is local, my guests are dealt with directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. My property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!

Kauai is a vacation paradise. This Island caters to vacationers. You will NOT experience a bustling business commercial distraction. So many adventures to partake in. After a hike in Bali Hai, or Ziplining, or Horseback riding, or whatever activity you favor, you can retreat to the pool, the beaches, BBQ or in-unit cooking, or just watch a movie in the condo on or around Kaha Lani. That's what I do when I return to the Island. But, there is so much more to do and discover. Whatever lodge you decide to stay in, I encourage you to choose Kauai.
