Este espacioso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños está esperando ansiosamente tu llegada. Perfectamente ubicado a pocos pasos de la arena con una majestuosa vista frente al mar desde el piso 15.

Emerald Isle se encuentra en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach, a solo minutos de Pier Park. Cama king size en el dormitorio principal. Dos camas de tamaño completo en el segundo dormitorio. Tanto el dormitorio principal como la sala de estar tienen vistas al océano. Cocina totalmente equipada. TV y reproductores de DVD en todas las habitaciones. El balcón de 10 pies y medio tiene una mesa con 6 sillas y una tumbona. Las comodidades incluyen una piscina climatizada cubierta / al aire libre con baño de vapor, una piscina exterior, una bañera de hidromasaje y una sala de ejercicios con vista al mar. Hay parrillas de acero inoxidable en el pabellón de la piscina.

Wonderful property. Very well maintained. Heated pool and hot tub a hit!

Our family had a Merry Christmas in a place that felt like home. Spectacular view of the beach. Would love to be back there right now! Hot tub and heated pool hit the spot!

Nice Condo! Exactly as shown in pictures. Balcony wonderful. All furniture comfortable. Helen answered all questions and code lock so easy. Will stay there again if we come to PCB.

Highly recommend! Perfect location away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy all of Panama City attractions. Unit was clean and well maintained. Super easy check in! The cleaner forgot to leave linens in one of the bathrooms ( they are human no big deal) Helen made sure we had them within minutes! Will definitely rent again!

Condo was very nicely decorated and clean

We enjoyed our stay at Helen's Condo! The balcony was our favorite thing! Breath taking views and very comfy furniture! When we weren't on beach we were sitting on balcony. We visit Panama City almost every year and have stayed at many condo's but this was the best and cleanest we have stayed in. The decor was beautiful and comfy. Our next vacation to Panama City we will stay here again and will not waste time shopping for any other place. Also we liked the location. Quiet but close to everything. My hubby and I had a wonderful vacation!! Can't wait to go back!!!!

Perfect

This was our third time at Emerald Isle. While they have all been great, this particular condo is perfect. It's decorated beautifully and has all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay. What drew me to this particular unit was the patio furniture. We spend a lot of time on the decks and this unit has the most comfortable furniture that we have seen. We also enjoyed the complimentary chairs on the beach. The gentleman handling them goes out of his way to make you comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Nice condo... quiet beach.

Loved the condo furniture and decorations. It was a very comfortable stay for us. Also loved the patio and spent most of our time there, when not at the beach. The beach and pool areas were very nice and quiet during our stay. The guy that runs the beach chair service was awesome and took very good care of us. Overall it was a great stay. Our recommendations to make it 5 stars for future guests: New carpet would make a world of difference (was older and stained). Nicer bath towels. Brighter bulbs in all lamps (hard to read at night as no overhead light in family room). And a good 'head to toe' cleaning - things that get missed during a typical weekly cleaning (closets, window seals, dusty walls around/underneath vents, etc...).

Best Ocean View!

Wonderful ocean views from inside the unit and from the amply furnished balcony. The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The one suggestion is that a few more bar glasses, pots and pans would be a nice addition and make cooking a little easier. We enjoyed the 2 beach chair rentals that were included. The staff at the beach hut were always very helpful. One huge downside for us was that the indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tub were closed during our stay due to the complex being painted. While its great that the condo is maintained, it would have been nice if we had been informed of this before our trip.

Making Memories With Mom

The condo was gorgeous and renter was friendly... our only complaint was we drove two different car as my mother is under hospice care with end stage Progessive Supranuclear Palsy and daddy had to transport her wheelchair and comfort chair....even though daddy has a handicap sticker they would not let him park in the main parking building but make h pay $20 to park in the garage across street (so we dished out $40 for parking) and security was rude to the hospice nurses who came daily to check on her. But condo itself was perfect and although she can't see anything but shadows the sounds of the Gulf and smells of the beach had her smiling all week. Knowing so won't be with us when her trip of a lifetime (make a wish for adults) comes up to see the smoky mountains in fall we had these wonderful Panama city memories to share with the kids for a lifetime. Thank you Helen and your beautiful family

We had a great stay and will probably go back to this unit in the future.

The unit was exactly as described. It was for the most part, clean and very comfortable. There was an excess of food debris on the couches upon arrival, clearly was missed by the cleaning person. Instead of complaining I grabbed the vacuum and cleaned it up, it wasnt a big deal. The unit was nice and high and we were worried about the elevators, but had bo issues or long waits for them ever. Parking was tight but we never had an issue parking our Honda Odyssey. Pools were a little small but were fine for the kiddos to swim in when we were there. They enjoyed the outside pool more than the indoor/outside pool, even in the rain. Security had their jobs cut out for them. The amount of people that didn’t stay at this property or came to use the showers was mind blowing. We watched security constantly tell people to leave. We also watched them yelling at kids that deserved it. Some Parents have no control or just ignore their kids because we couldn't believe the amount of unruly kids there were doing things like throwing objects or water off of their balconies. Convenient to shopping and dining. I must have went to Walmart everyday and yes, Wally World gets crazy busy there during the day (we expected that so went at odd hours). We decided to extend our stay but the unit was booked and went to Shores of Panama, NEVER AGAIN will we go to that condo. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early which seems to be the amount of time given IF the rooms are reaDy

Great Condo with Beach Service Included!

The location is at the quieter west end of PCB and close to Carousel Market (fabulous gift shop} and Thomas's Donuts which we enjoyed several times! We loved having morning coffee on the beautiful balcony. We also ate dinner on the balcony our last evening and watched the sunset. The beds were very comfortable. The condo has a large smart tv so we could stream our favorite shows. We always have a great experience renting a condo from Helen! We know we will be taken care of if we have any issue so that is very reassuring! Can't wait to visit again!

Great condo for relaxing and viewing the gulf. The beach is just below and you can walk for miles on it if you want.

Unit was clean. Kitchen necessities well stocked. Excellent blender! Several lightbulbs needed to be replaced (one above the cooktop) and the refrigerator had some items left in it upon our arrival but nothing that impacted our stay. We would stay here again.

Great location and wonderful host!

I don’t even know where to begin! We had a wonderful stay! The Emerald Isle is at such a great location. Travel time is quick and lots of local restaurants that were a huge hit with the whole family. (Mike’s Oyster Bar and Salty Sue’s) The chairs and umbrella were such a great addition to the stay! Thanks, Helen! We look forward to booking with you again!

THE BALCONY IS AWESOME

We had a great stay and the condo was perfect. We like to cook so I agree with a few other reviewers that the pots, pans and knives could be updated but other than that, it was a great 4 days. Another FYI, the TVs aren’t smart TVs so bring your own devices for streaming. We ate every meal out on the balcony but there was plenty of room to eat inside too. The view was incredible and we even got to see several dolphins playing in the ocean. The check in process was super easy (just a code for the door from Helen’s check in email). Helen answered questions promptly. It’s the quieter and nicer side of PCB in our opinion and we’ll return for sure.

Great stay

The condo at Emerald Isle is beautiful. It is well stocked with everything you need. The balcony was the largest we have ever had access to and enjoyed hanging out on it overlooking the ocean and beach. I love how beach access was super easy. I can't say enough how wonderful our experience was. Great place to rent.

Wonderful Location !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! Spent a lot of time on the balcony viewing the beautiful Gulf and the beach rejuvenation project going on directly in front of us. Perfect location with perfect views!!

Unfortunately we left a night early because it decided to rain every single day on our trip!! I got to spend less than 5 hours on the beach total in 7 days 🥺🥺 The condo had a welcoming feeling and had everything we needed! Thank you!
