Hay un patio, frente al pantano con muebles y parrilla de gas. Está a solo 100 metros de una playa de arena. Esta unidad es muy limpia, tiene hermosas vistas del pantano y el río, con fabulosas vistas de las puestas de sol. Está en una bonita y tranquila vecindad, en una calle sin salida y está a solo 1 milla de la tienda de comestibles, el cine y otras tiendas. Está a pocos pasos de un restaurante, una cafetería y otras tiendas. Muy popular casa de campo.

Amazing stay right near the beach

This was the first time my family stayed here. We had a wonderful time. The home was clean and steps from Wells beach. We plan to stay again!

Wonderful Rental

We had a wonderful time at Wells Beach while staying in this rental. It was very clean and had beautiful views of the marsh. The short walk to the beach was so convenient and Bill was a welcoming host. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beach vacation!

Great location

This is our second time renting this property. It is in one of my favorite locations in Wells- the marsh is quiet and we had beautiful sunsets in the evenings and the beach is a super quick walk. It is far enough from the public parking lots that the beach is never overcrowded and plenty of beach at high tide. The unit is clean and exactly as pictured and host is responsive to communication.

Family getaway

The moment you walk through the door, your eyes are drawn to the gorgeous view of the marsh. The house is immaculate, nicely furnished, and ready to start enjoying your vacation. The house's location, on a dead end street, is just moments from the entrance to the beach. Very convenient with 4 children. William was a pleasure. Greeted us upon arrival and accessible if needed. I highly recommend and hope to get back there next year.

Perfect location, Clean and Spacious!

We have been coming to Maine for several years and always like to stay by “Atlantic Ave.” We have stayed in several other places and this was our favorite. Beach access is directly across the street and you have beautiful sunsets overlooking the marsh. WiFi worked great and we were able to hook up our Apple TV no problem.

Highly recommend. Steps from the ocean and a national wildlife refuge borders the backyard. My hobby is wildlife photography and I got some awesome shots! The owner was a pleasure to meet and the property was very clean, very nice and met all of our needs.

Best of both worlds.

Beautiful marsh view that was full of wild life constantly changing. Fun to watch. Beach was so close which made it even more amazing. The property itself had everything you could possibly need. Lots of room for everyone and all their stuff. Will definitely book again Communication with owner was easy and pretty quick to respond.

Quiet and clean

Enjoyed our stay here. Have spent many vacations at Wells Beach and this place was one of the nicest. Very clean and comfortable. Owner lives above unit and was there to greet us. Two minute walk to beach.

Great Beach Vacation

Home away from home

This was just exactly what we needed. Quiet, clean, great view of the marsh, steps to the beach. You can tell the owner took great care to ensure we would be comfortable. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Great location! Amazing sunsets!

The house was immaculately clean and very nice. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. The view of the marsh was beautiful and the sunsets incredible. The beach was very close and an easy walk. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great house, great location

We just returned from a great stay in Wells. The location of this house is fantastic- a very short walk to the beach (5 minutes max loaded down with small children and beach gear), but it is on the marsh side so quieter and more peaceful- plus amazing sunsets over the marsh every night. It’s located in the middle of the long stretch of beach (public way 6) so the beach is much less crowded than near the parking areas at either end- yet it’s still walkable to Forbes and the playground near Mile Road. Bedrooms are on the small side (as they always are in beach houses) but the living area is surprisingly spacious. Kitchen area is on the small side but has everything you need (better for cooking quick meals than a big family feast). The owner was easy to communicate with, and the house was very clean when we arrived. There is no AC but we had a great cross breeze and there are fans in every room so it was always very comfortable. This is our favorite of the rental houses we have stayed at in Wells and we will definitely rent here again when we return. Highly recommend.

On the marsh and just a couple minutes to the beach

Very nice property that sits on the marsh and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very peaceful at night with great sunset views. Property was overall clean and we had no complaints. We would stay here again if our plans include a 2nd week in Maine.

Perfect vacation home!

This was the best place to stay for our family vacation! We have a toddler and a baby, and we just spent the entire week at the beach! We never had to pack a bag or worry about loading up the car— we just walked back home whenever we needed anything! The patio out back (and the living room!) had a beautiful sunset view every night, and it felt so private! The rooms were perfect, everything was clean, and having laundry there made everything so easy! The owner is so nice and accommodating. We loved our relaxing stay here and recommend it highly!!

Great rental

Compared to many other rentals in Wells, this was bright, spacious and super clean. The washer and dryer was an awesome bonus. We are a family of five, and were very comfortable staying in this home. It exceeded our expectations. The owners were friendly and gracious. With easy access to the beach and a perfect backyard spot to enjoy the sunsets, we would definitely rent this unit again and would recommend it to others.

Fantastic vacation home

The home was very very clean and very well stocked! Sunsets and night cocktails out on the patio were amazing! Beds very comfortable. House was very easily cleaned after our stay. Laundry in unit is amazing with 2 kids in tow (2 years and 2 mos). 2 minute walk to the beach. Extremely quiet neighborhood on dead end street. We will most definitely be staying year after year. Having three bedrooms was a huge plus for us! There were standing fans in the closets (3 total), there was alao a pack n play in the closet. We brought our own, so it was never used. But good to know for next time! Tons of extra blankets and pillows in all closets.

Perfect vacation in perfect place!

The place was immaculate! Very clean, furnishings newer than most rentals and the marsh views were incredible. Public beach was less than 5 minute walk. Bill was easy to work with and we would recommend this place to friends and family.
