Beautiful Parisian apartment in the Marais.
You will have a typical experience in a Parisian apartment where we live all year round. Haussmanian building in the heart of Paris in the historic Marais district.

Parquet floor and 3 fireplaces. Rather lively area but small quiet street. All the food shops around and even a market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. In the heart of the museums,
5 minutes from the Picasso Museum, Beaubourg and Notre Dame.

Apartment on the third floor with elevator, toilet separate from the bathroom. No air conditioning. Shutters that allow you to sleep well and new memory foam mattresses. Children are welcome and grandparents too! Even the family dog. There is a park nearby that is allowed for dogs.

Location is amazing. We were practically in the heart of Paris close to the restaurants and metro. Host was very helpful and responsive.Only thing we didn't count for was 80 euros for cleaning which wasn't mentioned when booking.We would recommend this place for staying.

Home away from home feel. The flat was a perfect place to stay while visiting Paris. It was very spacious for my family and homey. The location was great. It was close to all attractions. It’s walkable to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Seine River, variety of restaurants and transportation. Sandrine, our host was very responsive to all our needs and we’re very grateful to be able to stay here.

Amazing Stay

Our stay in Paris was made so much better by getting the chance to stay in this beautiful Parisian apartment. Everything from the large apartment to the beautiful neighborhood made this such a special stay. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and we could have asked for a better Paris experience.

Great Paris Apt

Great stay in a typical Paris apartment. Everything was comfortable. Covienently located near metro stops. Great neighborhood, although they stay up late so having all the vwindows open will have you hear chatter through 2am.

Merci Tami pour ce beau commentaire. Je dois dire que pendant les JO l ambiance était folle à paris. Une chambre donne effectivement sur la petite rue du plâtre qui en temps normal est calme . L autre chambre donne sur une cour très calme .

Fabulous neighborhood, so close to Hotel de Ville, shopping and fresh morning croissants! Absolutely charming apartment, beautifully layout. Sandrine was very responsive to communications.

Did not disappoint!

A very roomy, delightful and eclectic home in which we felt very comfortable and safe. A great location close to metro and bus and bistros with a friendly convenience store 20m away. Sandrine was very prompt and helpful in our communications. A memorable experience, thank you Sandrine and Michel.

Magical

Our trip to Paris was amazing. Everything was beautiful and the apartment helped to make these days more exciting because we were fascinating by the house's atmosphere. The apartment's location is perfect. A few steps from the metro station. There are a lot of places to spend the night and the neighborhood is very comfortable and there is everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of books and CDs in the house and we had such a good time that we were a bit sorry to have to go back to Italy. We would recommend the apartment to everyone and we would return there with great pleasure. Although we have never met the owner, Sandrine, we thank her for being very kind with us. It was awesome to stay there.

Just what we needed – central, safe, roomy, homey – a truly Parisian experience

My (just about 5 year old) daughter and I stayed in this apartment for 6 nights, and loved every moment we spent there. It is very spacious (90m2), and is located in the heart of Paris - le Marais (near Beaubourg/Pompidou and Hotel de Ville). It is on the 3rd floor (with elevator). The couple that own the flat are well travelled, and know to leave a few essentials like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, body wash and soap, hair dryer etc., to avoid you having to go to the shops after a long trip. Everything worked well: the oven and stovetop, all the taps, the shower/tub, the toilet, the lights, the coffee maker (traditional Italian espresso maker - for stovetop use). There is no dishwasher, but there is a clothes washer (that we did not use - but it looked like a new model, and was in good shape). The water pressure was good and the hot water worked well in the shower/tub, but took a little time to warm up in the kitchen. The owners have a young daughter and left toys for my little girl to play with. She had a lot of fun, and was thrilled to have a bunk bed to sleep in. The bed mattresses are firm, but this was not an issue for us. As far as food and supplies go, rue Rambuteau is just around the corner and has all the shops, boulangeries, tabacs, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, charcuteries, fruit and veg stores, and specialty shops you will ever need during your stay. The Hotel de Ville metro station is just a few minutes away. All in all it was the perfect place for us, and I would return in a heartbeat. Thanks again Sandrine et Michel, Corinne et Claire

This was a very large and comfortable property in a wonderful vibrant area. So close to great shopping and restaurants, we really felt right in the heart of Paris. All communication with Sandrine was so prompt and our check in couldn’t have been easier! Merci Sandrine!

Tout d'abord un immense merci à Sandrine qui a été très flexible sur notre arrivée et notre départ ! Et puis, merci de nous ouvrir la porte d'un vrai lieu de vie, pas d'un appartement aseptisé uniquement voué à la location. On se sent vite chez soi, et dans 2 vraies chambres !L'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur d'un quartier très animé avec plein de petits resto sympas (mention particulière pour le Ju' à 2 pas ouvert de 7h a 2h !). On peut faire beaucoup à pied et sinon, on est sur la ligne 1 qui traverse Paris, et la station est a 5 minutes. Cette localisation est vraiment idéale.

Séjour en famille

Séjour très agréable. Appartement très bien situé, confortable , propre, spacieux et au calme. Beaucoup de restaurants autour. La maîtresse des lieux met tout en œuvre pour que notre séjour se passe bien, à l écoute .

Appartement très agréable

La communication est facile et rapide avec la propriétaire. L’appartement est tel que sur les photos. Très bien situé. C’est apprécié que d’avoir accès aux guides de voyage sur Paris. L’appartement est grand, très confortable. Nous recommandons vraiment.

We loved the location. The flat was someone’s home and was extremely tidy, well organised and comfortable. The owner was kind and helpful and clear in all comminications . We’d definitely stay again!
