Key Lime Cottage es un encantador, completamente remodelado OIB casa en la ubicación privilegiada en la isla - un montón de actualizaciones! Nueva cocina y electrodomésticos añadido Nov 2014. Cómodamente dormir 14 en este 5 dormitorios (habitaciones grandes), 3 baños (2 baño, 1 ducha), cubierta frontal grande para ver, tomar el sol y relajarse. Muy cerca del acceso a la playa, calefacción central y aire, lavavajillas, microondas, lavadora / secadora, refrigerador Estufa, TV por cable de 3 colores, DVD, acceso inalámbrico de alta velocidad a Internet, portacrib, porche cubierto con muebles. Ropa de cama: Queen, 2 dobles, 2 dobles, Queen, Queen. Porche cubierto y terraza, muebles de cubierta, ducha exterior, muy bien equipada. Parrilla de carbón. Acceso a la playa al otro lado de la calle (Concord Access). No fumadores y sin mascotas

Key Lime Cottage es una casa de playa perfecto diseñado para la diversión de la playa. Centro de Den con centro de sala de estar, comedor, cocina, todos en la sala de gran salón central de la comunidad de estilo. Dormitorios y baños a cada lado de la sala de estar del centro. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas. Nuevas ventanas con pantallas permiten que la brisa de la playa fluya a través de la casa. Cubierta delantera enorme con un flujo agradable de la cubierta a la sala de centro del pasillo. 6 mecedoras, bancos y mesa de picnic en la cubierta delantera. Porche trasero de la puerta de la cocina para un fácil acceso a la nueva parrilla de barbacoa configurar y zona de patio trasero.

La zona de aparcamiento bajo la casa es espaciosa - con mucho espacio en la entrada también para más estacionamiento. Hay una mesa de picnic abajo y una hamaca grande que te garantiza que te duermas. Brisas maravillosas del océano que te rock derecho a dormir. NUEVO Muebles, Gran sofá de cuero en la sala de estar, con las sillas de apareamiento den para hacer una zona de descanso para el grupo después de un largo día de pesca, golf o en la playa. Nueva pantalla plana de 42 "TV en den, 3 TV en total. Camas nuevas, Todas las camas nuevas. Todas las alfombras nuevas, New Roof, nuevo piso de tablones de madera refinished (esto es impresionante), nuevos baños y lavabos, recién pintado, nuevos revestimientos, nuevas ventanas, nuevo bajo techo de la casa, un montón de cosas nuevas! Gran ducha exterior! Lavadora y secadora habitación!

80 pasos es el acceso a la playa en Concord rd. El acceso ha sido recientemente reconstruido y es impresionante! La playa es amplia - genial para practicar deportes. Las tortugas marinas suben a poner huevos en esta playa. La acera en frente de la casa te lleva hasta el centro de la isla a 3 cuadras de distancia, donde hay restaurantes, pesca de muelle de noche, bares, helados, conos de nieve, tiendas de surf, tiendas de playa, mini golf y mucho más.

Cute house in great location

This is a really cute house in Ocean Isle! The house is well-kept and the owners are easy to work with. We really enjoyed hanging on the front porch when not at the beach. Love the outside shower, too!

A great week!

This house is so close to the beach that our 3-5 year olds could handle this walk very easily which was huge for us. The house has tons of beach chairs and really everything you’d need for a beach day. We got to see the hatching of sea turtles! The WiFi worked great all week and the owners are easy to contact. No complaints for this location at all!

Perfectly suited for family of 5 adults & 3 children. Cottage was clean & extremely well stocked for cooking some meals in & grilling. Washer & dryer plus outdoor shower were handy. Close proximity to beach, arcade, food & fishing was awesome. Host was extremely responsive to an issue with the refrigerator, installing a new one 12 hrs later!! Many great memories were made!

We enjoyed our return visit!

This was our second summer at Key Lime Cottage, and we enjoyed it once again. The cottage is very pleasant with a well-equipped kitchen, a large table for dining, a nice outdoor shower and great beach chairs etc. It's a short walk to the beach, which was great for young children. We will plan to visit Key Lime Cottage again!

Great Beach week in OIB

The residence was just as described on VRBO. The kitchen was well equipped and rooms were comfortable. The AMAZING beach chairs, equipment, games and toys were such a hit. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch to eat dinners. Overall, a wonderful week.

Perfect Labor Day weekend getaway

Our group with kiddos had a great time! The beds were comfortable; the beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys were plenty and functional; a very short walk to the public beach access and walkable distance to get ice cream or sunset slush and play on the public playground. We know the weather and waves can’t be predicted but they were also about as perfect as they come. Thank you so much for a lovely, clean stay!

Great beach Cottage, love the art on the walls! It was everything that the website said and more. We had a great beach trip and love OIB. The cottage was clean and well stocked. We were able to walk to most things. Great Beach Concert on Fridays!!! We will return...

Vacation interrupted by Tropical Storm Debby

The home is as advertised. Perfect for our family vacation that we had long anticipated. The central living area was ideal. I loved the rocking chairs on the porch. So close to the beach. Kids loved the couple days we were able to be on the beach! Unfortunately, the weather was against us. I would definitely buy trip insurance in the future.

Cute cottage in great location

We had a great family vacation at Key Lime Cottage. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with just the right amount of living space for 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The location is perfect - very close to the beach access and close enough to "downtown" Ocean Isle to easily walk to ice cream, shopping, mini golf, etc. The shady front porch is a wonderful spot for hanging out, and the hammock is a great place for a quiet nap. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. This was our first time renting through VRBO and we will definitely do it again.

We love OIB

We come to Ocean Isle every year for a long weekend getaway with some friends and their kids (4 adults and 4 kids total). This was our 5th year staying on the island. Key Lime Cottage is one of the best properties we have stayed in over the years. The house is very clean and well stocked. The furniture in the house is cozy and comfortable and you can tell the owners take great care and pride in keeping the house up to date. We had a couple little hiccups with the house while we were there, but the owners were very responsive and did everything in their power to get things fixed. They are easy to work with and as helpful as can be. The location of the house is excellent for access to the beach and short walks to the pier, restaurants or putt-putt. We all had a wonderful time and hope we get to stay at this home again next year!

Great beach house for a group of 8 women

Adorable cottage super close to beach access. Great layout with 4 bedrooms off the living room and then a bonus bedroom and bath in the back. Pretty and fun decor . You need to either rent linens and towels ( including kitchen ones which we bought and left there for the next people ) but everything else in the kitchen was well stocked. Our whole group loved staying there.

Wonderful vacation at Key Lime Cottage!

This was the perfect place for our family (4 adults and 4 children 8 & under). Loved the open floor plan, the cheerful interior, the well-equipped kitchen, the front porch with the picnic table, the great beach chairs, wagon etc., the outside shower, & the really short walk to the beach as well as the close proximity to the park. The bedroom & bath layout worked well for our family. We will look forward to another visit!

Great place for friends

Great property and location. Across the street from beach. An easy 10 min walk down the beach to the grill and arcade. And a shorter walk to the Drift Coffee shop on E. 2nd. Less than 5 min drive to Ocean Isle Fish Company and Sharkey's.

Autumn Beach experience

This was a great family time for us. Beach access is close, and even though the temperature was chilly, fishing was fun, as well as walks on the beach and looking for shells. Nice front porch to sit in the sun.

Wonderful Key Lime Cottage

My family and I stayed at Key Lime Cottage for three nights this weekend. The house was wonderful! It was clean, nice and big, lots of room to spread out, and had great access to the beach. We will stay again for sure.

The house is great For 3 families,2 had small children so the Jack and Jill set up was good. AC set point could be repaired/ updated. A ton of beach supplies available with house rental. Kitchen well stocked. Easy walk for beach access. Thanks for a great family time!!!!!!

a seamless and perfect rental experience

This was our SECOND time staying at Keylime Cottage. Since last year, the owners have made beautiful changes to the house. Many of the finishes are things I would pick for my own home. You can sense the pride of ownership and attention to detail, as well as the genuine care for guests in the smaller touches and communication. I felt like we were taken care of the same way the owners would want to be taken care of if they stayed in a rental property. The house was clean and updated and truly felt like a home away from home. I always say that I want my vacation stay to be in a place that's as nice or nicer than my home, and this home checked that box even before considering the proximity to the beach. We love the location - close to the action, but also quiet and relaxing. The house was so close to a public access which made beach days a dream. I loved our mornings on the front porch with a cup of coffee and the peekaboo ocean view complete with tranquil ocean sounds. We loved having access to chairs, toys and boogie boards - it saved a TON of space and made traveling from PA a lot easier. We cooked in, carried in and ate out. We had everything we needed to cook, grill, prep food, etc. We even had an evening where another house of family walked down for dinner and were able to accommodate 20 people inside and outside. The owners were amazing to work with and responded quickly to questions. We were even checked on by phone following tropical storms near us. I love this rental and would stay again without hesitation. In fact, I'd love to just move in - HAHA.

Great Ocean Isle Beach Location!

Fantastic location! Beach access is just across the street. Walk/Bike to restaurants, pier, slushies, putt-putt, maritime museum, playground, and shops. The house makes a great home base. Kitchen is well-stocked. Decor and layout creates a relaxed, good-vibes environment to enjoy vacation time with family and friends. Loved the personalized Key Lime wall art! Recommend!

We love OIB. My Wife grew up in the Carolinas and I grew up in Georgia. We both love the beach. We found OIB about 10 years ago and fell in love with it. The island is set up perfect for families. One access on to island cuts down on traffic. So - we decided to buy a home on the island - and we enjoyed it so much - that we bought a small rental cottage - fixed it up and call it Key Lime Cottage. We put a lot of effort into making the home up to par with what we would expect to rent when on vacation. We expect things to work, we like things clean, we like to feel comfortable when on vacation. This is what Key Lime Cottage is about - comfort and feeling at home.

This style of this home is perfect for a family or group that wants to be together and be active on the beach and island. The home has a great feel - hard to explain - but its just a really cool house. A great beach cottage. Shotgun style with wood plank floors and light colors give it a fresh, light feel. Close to center of Island - no body can complain about not having anything to do. The beach is literally 80 paces away. You can see the ocean from the front deck. The beach in this part of the island is really nice - good waves, lots of shells, and great for activity on beach with wide firm areas for sports. The home is simple, clean and classic - the most charming cottage on Ocean Isle Beach.
