Una casa en la segunda fila del océano hecha a la medida tan hermosa como sus vistas al océano La escapada junto al mar se encuentra en la popular playa de North Forest y cuenta con una elegante piscina privada y spa que recibe sol y sombra. Notar�� la atención al detalle ya que la casa está decorada profesionalmente con muebles de alta calidad, encimeras de piedra de vanguardia, pisos de madera noble, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y un ascensor. El primer piso tiene hermosos azulejos de mármol y cuenta con sala de juegos / multimedia con mesa de billar y TV de 60 ". El segundo piso tiene un flujo abierto y espacioso que incluye un comedor, sala de estar con vista al mar y la cocina que es el sueño de un cocinero con una salpicadura de azulejos de vidrio y una gran isla con capacidad para 5. La sala de estar se abre a la cubierta superior, que te sorprenderá con increíbles vistas y una chimenea de gas para interiores y exteriores. Great View Great Home

We truly enjoyed our vacation. The beach home had a wonderful view from the 3rd floor balcony, it was well appointed with kitchen items and linens, and the location was perfect for quick trips to the beach and to Coligny. Thanks for a fabulous place to lay our heads for a week.

This was a nice house to stay in.

Close to the beach, with an easy walk of only about 200 ft. Since two of our guests were handicapped, the elevator was extremely helpful! The house was nice and had everything we needed for a restful stay. Everything worked! The only reason this house does not receive 5 stars is: Parking is tight, and the three vehicles in our party had to be extremely careful when trying to get into the garage.

Great house, pictures are deceiving though

The house is great. Clean, nice beds, well supplied in the kitchen etc. My only issue is that the outdoor pictures are deceiving. There is a house directly in front of this one and there is a fence right next to the pool that was clearly put up after the pictures were taken. There is zero sunlight on the pool area, which was kind of a bummer. That being said, the house is still 50 feet from the beach and we had an amazing time.

Great vacation home

This was a great stay for our family of four and another family of four plus a sitter. We had plenty of space. We were suprised with the layout as most of the bedrooms are on the first floor and the kitchen/living area/balcony on the second floor however, we ended up preferring it! We were able to take advantage of the views and spent a lot of time on the balcony in the evenings. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of space for dining and cooking. The kitchen is very well stocked with kitchen supplies/pots/pans, etc. The TVs were able to be connected to the Roku easily. We loved the pool room on the main floor, it was great to have a space for the kids to wind down and watch a movie before bed while the adults were upstairs. We loved the pool on the ground level. Initially, we weren't sure about it in the shade, however, after going to the beach all morning and afternoon, it was great to be able to be in the pool in the shade. We loved the hot tub and the beach access is right outside. The only issue during our stay was that the elevator was not user friendly, however, we ended up not using it because we had little kids and did not want them playing with it. We took the stairs and got some exercise. :) We will stay here again.

Fall Getaway

Excellent overall! However, we discovered a challenge in the two-queen bedroom (front right) with the constant vibration of the heating /cooling compressor support frame. You hear it all through the night every time it turns on and runs. FYI;( something to look into), that said, we will be back!!

Great Location, Great Time!

We enjoyed our stay at 77A Dune Lane. The proximity to the beach and Coligny were perfect. We were able to avoid most of the traffic by staying close to home. We had rain every afternoon, but the covered pool was perfect because the grand babies still could play. The house was very comfortable for six adults and two little children. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we had everything we needed even with flying there. There is a lot of “left behind” beach gear and toys in the garage which came in very handy.

Extended family vacation

What a great property. Home was very clean and beautiful. Just a very short walk to the beach which was so convenient. We used the bikes everyday for a ride into town and also along the beach. We had a few minor issues with the plumbing which were addressed very quickly the same day I brought it to the rental company’s attention. I would recommended this house to everyone. We did avoid the elevator as it was a little finicky.

Annual Family Beach Trip

House was lovely and convenient to the beach. Layout was great for our extended family. The pool was not cleaned when we arrived and no one showed up to clean it until Friday despite three phone calls to property management during the week. Elevator is not the easiest to operate so we only used it the first day for unloading our vehicles.

Great property

The house was beautiful and well furnished. We really enjoyed the deck with ocean view and were pleasantly surprised on the ocean view from other rooms as well. Pool and spa were a great feature of the house and beach access was easy. Vacation company were easy to work with and we appreciated their communication throughout our trip.

Great spring break

We arrived on rainy night with 2 cars and could not get both suvs into the garage as it is very tight. The house is very true to the description and the layout is great. Our issues were minor but a bit inconvenient- the pool heater did not work properly until the end of the day on Wednesday so the kids were pretty disappointed. The dishwasher was broken until Tuesday so we had to wash dishes for 9 people for a few days. Aside from that the location is great and it is nice and close to a beautiful beach.

Great location

This house in in a great location steps from the beach and about a half mile from Coligny Beach shopping and restaurants. The outside covered deck and furniture was really dirty upon arrival as was the pool deck. For the price of the rental and the Covid times this was very disappointing. The house itself had a great setup and plenty of room for our extended family of 11.

The property was great. Some small issues. Toaster blows out gfi in kitchen and doesn't work. Rats under kayak and in outdoor bathroom. Upstairs dryer needs to have vent cleaned, dryer kicks off with alarm. Could stand to have brush cleared back from beach walkway. In general though great house and location.

Amazing House and Location

We loved every minute of our stay in Hilton Head. The house decor and layout were great. Everyone had their own bathroom and space. We had two families with kids ranging from 5-20. The pool and beach access was awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed, the deck was great for coffee and bloody Mary's, and the location was great to access the island. We will for sure be back!

Great house. Great location. Perfect for our group with adult kids and grandkids.

Very easy to get back and forth from the beach. Kitchen is fully loaded with everything you’ll need including magic bullet and even a garlic press. Plenty of space for group gatherings but spacious enough to find a quiet area. Would definitely rent again. Bonus that you are in a residential area without a condo complex near by. Beach is not overcrowded.

Amazing house

Beautifully appointed house one house back from ocean! Perfect for our family (2 married daughters and 4 grandson ages 2 months - 4years) vacation. Easy access to beach and shops/restaurants at Coligny. The vacation company staff were extremely responsive to any need we had! We all agree that we want to come back next year!!'

Beach Oasis

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We have two little ones and felt much safer knowing they wouldn’t have to cross any streets to access the beach (which was steps away). The house was immaculate and beautiful. The pool is almost completely shaded which was perfect for our family. Rental companies brought us bikes, a crib, chairs and paddle boards. The location is very close to shops and restaurants. We both biked on the trails and walked when going there. Whenever we had small hiccups the management company came right away (such as the battery dying on the garage lock). The beach area was large and never very crowded. Just overall a magnificent place.

Celebrating 90th birthdays

We had an extended family group together to celebrate my parents 90th birthdays and 77A Dune Lane exceeded all expectations. The house is large, lovely and located in a wonderful area.

Beautiful, well appointed home

We had a wonderful stay at 77a Dune! It is beautiful and laid out perfectly for a large group. The house is nicely stocked and very modern. The elevator was a nice bonus too for bringing luggage up the stairs. The parking situation is a bit tricky, but other than that, we loved the house.

House in gorgeous inside. Modern, well lit and leaves an excellent first impression upon entry. We had one poor soul with a broken ankle so the lift worked a treat for them during the week we had there.
