¡Relajarse! No tendrá preocupaciones en esta casa adosada frente al mar decorada con buen gusto. Esta unidad final tiene todo lo que su grupo podría necesitar. Hay estacionamiento para 2 autos, uno de los cuales es un lugar cubierto. En el nivel de entrada se encuentra la lavadora secadora, el cuarto de barro y el acceso al patio trasero con una ducha al aire libre. Arriba encontrará la sala de estar principal. Hay una amplia sala de estar, comedor y cocina. Encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, muchos asientos y pisos de madera noble son algunas de las excelentes comodidades en este nivel. También tiene una habitación con dos camas individuales y un baño completo.

Arriba están los dos dormitorios restantes. Primero está el dormitorio de invitados con literas y una cama individual. Esta habitación también tiene un baño privado completo. Frente al mar es el dormitorio principal con una cama king y baño privado grande. También hay una terraza frente al mar fuera de esta habitación; ¡Vistas increíbles del océano, el muelle de Johnny Mercer y disfruta de la brisa del océano!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse is well located for ocean access and the next door neighbor is delightful! Intracoastal Rental was very helpful, attentive and overall excellent! Unfortunately the unit was not clean...from filthy AC filters, filthy bath mats, dirty floors and kitchen appliances to lots of flies on the master bedroom ceiling! The furnishings are adequate, but very tired. Sorry, but Our family can’t recommend this rental!

Run down and in disrepair - major leak during our vacation!

The location of this property and the view of the beach is spectacular, unfortunately the upkeep is extremely lacking. The property is dingy, messy and disorganized. Our last night there we had a major pipe burst in the laundry room and the ceiling was dripping with plater falling. We called twice the second time being the emergency number and told no one could help us till the morning. No direction was given on what to do. So we turned off AC and water for fear ceiling would collapse. Very little compensation was given for this huge inconvenience as well as a night without AC in July. We all had zero sleep and a stressful 24 hours. Left a poor taste with the property mgt coming running this rental, def no worth the large price tag!

Perfect location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house and the location was perfect. The views are great! The kitchen was well stocked. However, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. It needs a good cleaning. We were most disappointed in the amount of cat hair on furniture and bedding. We washed all of the comforters and blankets before using because of the amount of hair. It says that pets are not allowed, but it appears that the home owner has a cat. If you have a cat allergy this is not the place to stay. Other than the cleanliness, it was a wonderful!!

The best beach vacation I ever had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental has a great location, but what makes it stand out is how absolutely super clean it is. In addition, the furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The bottom level is organized for convenience, with a covered place to hang wet clothes, and a spacious laundry area. I especially like having (clean) curtains on the windows instead of the usual plastic vertical blinds that are almost always broken. Thanks very much for a great stay!

Loved the space on the ground level to keep all our beach stuff and wash down. The kitchen is well accommodated as we cooked in most nights with large groups. The living space was adequate and the deck was also very nice. One issue was dog hair on the furniture and floors of the main level, interesting since the unit does not allow pets. A towel rack in master bath was about to fall off the wall and the pocket door was unable to close. Another shower drained poorly. However the hot water supply was fantastic!! Would rent thus unit again.

This was a very nice, comfortable home on the beach- easy to walk places or drive. Unfortunately the weather was not great at all but we loved the place! Thank you!

This isn't a pet friendly rental so was surprised to notice a lot of dog hair on the furniture and hardwood floors. Would be great if a water softener/conditioner was installed because the water from the faucets and showers isn't the best. I wouldn't recommend this rental for people with small children/toddlers due to the stairs. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay, great location.

Great location and view, needs a good cleaning

We really enjoyed our stay at this location - it's right on the beach, spacious for a group, and conveniently located in Wrightsville Beach. Our group felt the space felt just dirty though - especially the floor. The entire condo could have overall used a good cleaning and perhaps the cleaning service just isn't doing their job. We've alerted the property management so hopefully they will follow up and make this right. Aside from that it was a great experience.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights at Guill-Holton. Our stay was in mid January so weather was not the greatest, cold, rainy. However, heat worked well and we stayed cozy. The two suggestions I have to offer, the TV in the master bedroom upstairs did not work. We tried numerous times to get it going and resetting everything but no luck. Not a great big deal to us, but, it was not working. Secondly, The town home was "clean" and had been cleaned after the last visitors left. However, it was very dusty. We are just assuming the dust that had accumulated between rentals. Here again, nothing major to us, it took us maybe 30 minutes to dust everything down. Very spacious town home and bed in Mater bedroom was very comfortable. Town home has definitely been used and was showing wear. Furniture dated but comfortable. Great location to several of things in Wrightsville and to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at this home steps from the ocean. The house is very clean and roomy with a great view of the ocean from the master bedroom. It is well stocked with appliances and very conveniently located as only a half mile of less from the center of town. One negative is all three Televisions were out at various times and we had to call maintenance twice and were told cable connection needs updating. Owner needs to look into this. Otherwise it was a great place and we would return.
