Este espacioso condominio frente al golfo de tres habitaciones se encuentra en el lugar perfecto para ver a los Blue Angels actuar. directamente en la arena blanca de la hermosa playa de Pensacola. ¡Esta unidad de la esquina del piso 15 tiene vistas increíbles!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The unit was clean. We had easy access to beach, pool, and many restaurants and shops. We especially loved the view! We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous views, spacious and clean

This corner condo has a view that takes your breath away. The whole condo including the balcony was spacious. Very updated. All the appliances seemed new and worked well. The hot tub was nice on cool breezy evenings. The beach wasn't crowded. Make sure to bring your own beach chairs, sand toys and towels as these are not provided. The only thing that could be improved is the check in and out process. It's annoying to have to stop at an office to pick up physical keys. And the door lock is tricky; we actually had to call and ask them the trick to get the key to work. Most places have updated to keypad entry which would be a huge improvement. Otherwise gorgeous, clean and great location. Could walk to local restaurants and shops. The Thunderbirds doing a fly by over the beach as they left town was a nice touch lol as they were literally eye level in front of the condo.

On the 15th floor the view from the deck was spectacular directly on the gulf. View front the LR was the same . Condo was clean, well maintained. Kitchen modern , well stocked. Bedrooms ample, especially liked the kids room bunk beds and the two queens in the second guest room. We were 4 adults and two school aged children that ran from the gulf to the two pools all day. Would definitely rent again. Lots to do and places to eat around the condo.

However, we stayed in this same condo last year and the upkeep this year was not as good. There was a huge round crack in many of the tiles outside the bathroom.Small pieces would slide when you walked across them, posing a threat of cutting your feet on sharp edges. Also the couches seem to be peeling. It seems that they did do some work on the place, but need some attention in others.

My Home away from Home for 26 years

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay here every year. My children have grown up here and my grandchildren are beginning to visit now. This year was the first year I thought of staying somewhere else entirely. There was a gate issue with security code problems. We were harassed by not being able to enter the gate or the building numerous times and witnessed the same problem with other people struggling as well. It made for a miserable trip. Also a lack of security in the building at times. No one cleaning the elevators properly. Kids running in and out with water dripping everywhere. Just generally Emerald Isle is not well attended. Pass the word on...I love the place. I'm not sure I will stay there again.

Super pool area, poor uninviting balcony furniture, antiquated way to check-in and out (use electric keys), expect too much of guest - charge more and provide more soap, garbage bags, etc and you empty the dishwasher. Pans were dirty. Guys fixing roof the whole time we were there waking us up and smell coming through the building. Charged full price during off season.

I’ve never stayed at a location with a such an incredible view!!! It was well stocked with everything you needed, and very clean.We loved it so much we have already booked it for next year, and the management company was extremely helpfully and easy to deal with.

Good stay overall

It would be nice not to have to carry a key everywhere. I was only disappointed in the mattresses that were extremely broken down making it very difficult to get quality sleep .
