We had a wonderful stay! The house was in the perfect location, within walking distance to Times Square, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a heated saltwater pool that we really enjoyed.

Perfect for a family trip! Everything was clean and ready for us to arrive. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs to accommodate all of us. It was wonderful that everything was in walking distance. The kids said the best part was the pool!

The host was very accomodating in our travel plans. Her text messages were clear and concise. This house was the most "stock" we have rented from VRBO. The owner takes great pride in the appearance of the house and surroundings. Having two "FULL" size washer and dryers helped alot keeping up with laundry of 8 adults. When I say stocked, the house had laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent already there. Items that we didnt need to buy at the grocery store. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable vacation in the CENTER of everything. You could walk everywhere. No need to buy adidtional parking.

Property overall, property location, etc. was fantastic. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. Only problem encountered was late notice that hot tub wasn't working as it should. Jets were very weak, almost not working and hot tub would not get to intended hot tub temperature. I assume this will be fixed. We would return again.

Wow this house is a real treat!Clean, comfortable, amazing. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, wagon and an umbrella. Beautiful spaces outside, seating galore, great new grill. We could not eat or sit at all the the different tables and chairs. Kayak to use on the canal, fishing gear. Inside the house was just as good, plenty of towels for the beach, pool, and shower. 2 fully stocked kitchens, with trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishes, pots, pans, coffee makers, kuerigs, blenders, air fryer, crock pot, anything you could need. 2 washers and dryers with laundry soap! Location, location, location! Timed the walk to the beach, 5 minutes, same time to times square. This is the best, most equipped, beat placed house we have stayed in! The owner was responsive to any questions, and we had had no issues! Cant wait to stay here again!!

House was really nice. The pool area was awesome. The beach is only a 5 min walk, and the beach was very nice. Close to times square and all the restaurants. I would love to stay agin in the future

Five star stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything you could need, and the private pool was a highlight for our family. Everything was exactly as described, and Barb, the owner, was great to work with — very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, great for a family vacation!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous private backyard pool area. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Wonderful in every way. Thoughtful design and very well stocked with quality cookware and accessories. We celebrated a relaxing Thanksgiving with our close friends and enjoyed the pool/hot tub and fishing in the canal. Would very highly recommend!! Hoping to be back next year. The proximity to the beach and Time Square amazing.

Location is excellent

This house was great. The outside living and pool area are fantastic. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing after a day at the beach. Everything is so close you can walk to restaurants, bars and the beach.

Great getaway week

We had a great week at the beach. House was well equipped and beds were comfortable. The highlight of the house is the back area with heated pool and spa.

Beautiful well maintained home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Pool area very private. All and all if you are looking for a nice place you can't beat this one. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy your stay. Kitchen well stocked with all the kitchen utensils you would ever need.

Everything about the home was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels (bath and beach), there was more than enough seating in the home, and the beds were comfortable. The area was very accessible to the beach as well as to numerous shops and restaurants. Also, Barb was very responsive. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

Best house we’ve rented. Communication with Barb was excellent, check in/check out was easy. The location in Fort Myers is perfect. The neighborhood is close enough the lively part of FMB, easy walk to the beach, easy access to driving south on the island. The best part was the house itself, perfectly spaced out for the 8 of us. Would definitely accommodate more people comfortably. The home feels like Florida, clean, modern appliances and furnishings. Everything we needed was there and working as it should! Our favorite part was the back patio/pool and dock! The landscaping made it feel like like your own little resort get away! The 2 covered patios were great when the afternoon rain showers rolled through. Overall, perfect in every way! We can’t wait to come back!

The house was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of space when we needed it and plenty of space to spend time as a family. The amenities were plentiful, the house pretty much had everything we needed. The pool and the view were incredible. The owner Barb was so nice, easy to work with and very responsive.

Great home!

Overall this was a great place to stay for the week. The house was as we expected, with plenty of room and just a short walk to the beach (only 5-7 minutes). The host had great communication and was helpful with any issues or questions that came up. They had lots of beach, pool, and kitchen essentials. We would definitely book this stay again!

This place is amazing!! The pictures don’t even do it justice. The backyard is its own little paradise. The house is stocked with everything you could need. Barb was fantastic! Very prompt to respond and accommodating. We highly recommend and plan to stay here again!

Another great beach trip

This house exceeded our expectations. We all agreed that it was the best equipped VRBO we've found. There were ample bath towels, beach chairs, fans for every room, beach towels galore, pillows and two working kitchens with plenty of dishes and small appliances. The two washers/dryers were also a plus! We loved the pool and outdoor space as well. This was a great house for our party of 9 to have another memorable vacation.

Did not disappoint!

Great property, great location! We stayed here with our family (8 adults and 4 children) plenty of space, beds, towels etc. Pool was awesome, couldn't get the kids out. The owner was GREAT to work with and very accommodating. I was very nervous as this was my first time renting through VRBO and I was not disappointed. Would stay here again.
