Second Stay

This was our second stay at this property. We love the amenities and location. This time, there was some construction noise from the floor above, but it didn’t affect us much since we spent most mornings at the beach.

Relaxing and Quiet

Condo was clean and updated. Perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. Everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas and towels). Amelia was responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

Very nice!

We had a very good stay and pictures described the apartment so well. Direct access to the beach is wonderful. Chairs and sunbrellas are available and the apartment is well equipped. The owner and the personnal of the building were very nice and helpful.

Rental unit is well maintained - everything works. It is also well thought-out and comfortable. The building is going thru some updates but it really did not interfere with our stay.

Relaxing Beach Getaway with Convenient Amenities

We recently stayed at this VRBO rental for our beach vacation and had a fantastic experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the beautiful beach, which was just steps away from the building. The condo offered a perfect street view overlooking the picturesque bay. The rental itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious accommodation provided ample room for our family of 4, and the well-appointed amenities ensured we had everything we needed. The convenience of valet parking for our car was a great bonus, making it easy to come and go. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it's worth mentioning that there was some construction happening in the building, however given our time was spent relaxing at beach and visiting surrounding amenities it didn't significantly impact our experience.

Nice, very clean and neat!!!

Been going to Miami Beach for the past 20 years every Christmas and new year. We had the same unit for 15 years until the owner of the unit decided to sell one day. For 4 years we suffered to find a clean and neat place, until this year, we found Amelia's condo. "SORRY" People, I got a lifetime rental from 12/27- 1/10 of each year!!! Please keep it clean as you rent that condo and enjoy it..

Extremely comfortable and appointed condo

My wife and I have been coming to Miami Beach during the months of January and February for the last 7 years, both for work and pleasure. Of all the condo's we rented, this was the most comfortable and appointed. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. The unit was very clean and spacious, with two ample bed rooms. The master bedroom had a king size bed and the second one had 2 queen beds. My wife and I have some back problems, yet we found that all the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a TV in each bedrok om and the living room. The dining room table was very large and could easily fit 8 people. The kitchen was well appointed, had excellent pots, pans, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. There was a Mr. Coffee coffee maker and a blender. A minor inconvenience: the unit lacked glass bowls and dishes which would have helped with cooking and reheating in the microwave. A few plastic storage containers would have also been helpful. The bathrooms both had walk-in showers, which we prefer. The apartment came with beach towels, 6 beach chairs and three beach umbrellas. There were also tennis racquets. The unit had a wonderful balcony on which to sit. However, being on the street side of the building made sitting outside a bit noisy from the road traffic on Collins Ave. Also, being street side, there were occasional noisy cars and emergency equipment that woke us up at night. We also missed looking out at a nice view of the ocean. Would we stay here again. DEFINITELY!!!

Perfect Place

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was very clean and had all of the necessities included in her profile and more. Condo was as advertise and better. The beds were extremely comfortable. Right on the beach, with beautiful water views and easy access. Amelia was such an amazing host, she was very helpful and always available. She could not be there personally when we arrived, but she gave us a code for the lockbox so everything was very easy for us. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Miami Beach.

Beautiful!

We absolutely loved it! Spacious, clean, well equipped and great location with beach access. The host was very friendly och helpful. The only downside is that you hear the traffic from both bedrooms. But that's what you get when you're on Collins Ave. We would definately come back and easily recommend this unit to friends. A family of four from Sweden.
