Esta belleza de la terraza marina es muy bien llamada. ¡Qué hermosa vista, de hecho!

Completamente renovado, esta casa ha sido renovada dramáticamente, con pisos de azulejos, madera rica, techos con vigas abiertas, muchas ventanas, todo alrededor de la vista impresionante. La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal y el baño se encuentran en el nivel de entrada, frente a la gran cubierta. Magnífica cocina de mármol y acero inoxidable, con vistas al salón y al océano. Este plano de planta es perfecto para una reunión familiar, vacaciones memorables y escapadas tranquilas.

Al bajar las escaleras, entra en una habitación adicional decorada para los niños. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana grande, perfecto para que los niños vean un DVD; y un aro con pelotas de baloncesto ... ¡muy divertido!

A través de la sala de bonificación se encuentra el dormitorio para niños, con un conjunto de literas individuales y un conjunto de literas con una cama inferior completa y una cama doble superior. Junto a la habitación con literas hay un baño completo y una lavadora / secadora. Hay otro dormitorio de invitados, con una cama queen size y un baño con plato de ducha. En la planta baja hay acceso a otra cubierta, y el patio trasero privado. On clear nights, the sky is perfect for stargazing. The backyard is exceptionally well finished; we loved lying out on the turf and soaking in the cool evening ocean air.The only downside was the strict 9:00 PM quiet-hours rule, when everything has to be shut off. It's understandable for the neighbors, but if you're hoping to keep a small get-together going into the evening, it can cut the night short. For a peaceful, scenic getaway, though, it's hard to beat.

Wonderful view, good decor and amenities. Well layout space for a family of 8. 5 mins walk to the be beach/buffer trial. Check in/check out was smooth. We will live to stay here again.

Holidays in Cambria

We had a great vacation at the lovely Bella Vista home. The house had everything our two families needed - big dining table, fully stocked kitchen, pantry items, giant TV, hot tub, board games. The location was perfect - easy walk to Fiscalini Preserve, and short drive to the village of Cambria, beaches, and San Simeon. Highly recommend!

Magnificent Bella Vista

This is a beautiful property which surpassed my expectations!! We were two families visiting and had 4 kids and 1 baby. This property was super comfortable and the perfect fit for us. The kids loved the downstairs den and got a nice surprise to have the street fighter arcade game to play. We cooked in the evenings and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to the nearby beaches and explore the rock pools. I would highly recommend this property to families looking to visit the Cambria area.

Amazing Family Getaway

The house is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice! The oceanfront view from the balcony is amazing. Neighborhood is peaceful, we saw a few deers roaming during our stay. The house is perfect for families with young kids. Our kids loved the playroom a lot, that’s were we spent most of our time in. I did have a few questions along the way, they were quick and responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I know we plan to come back per my son’s request!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying here. We were a group a 7 women and had plenty of space. The view is amazing from the dining area and balcony. The kitchen had all that you would need, but I’d recommend actually decluttering and organizing the kitchen a bit more. This is also a great space for a couple of families with young children. I would suggest, as others have, that the property owners do something with the backyard besides overgrown weeds. A simple concrete patio with a table and chairs would be nice. Also, please include on the hot tub guidance sheet that the chemicals will make the water green. We didn’t go in because of that at first and missed out on a couple of hours before someone’s called to tell us. This is a fantastic property, and I hope that the quality of the property doesn’t diminish over time.

Beautiful, comfortable home but beware of Downstairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six of stayed in this house for 4 nights. It was roomy, had a comfortable living space, large dining table and deck with a view of the ocean which was all very nice. There was a musty odor when we first walked in so we immediately opened the patio doors for air. The downstairs, however, smelled AWFUL. It smelled of moisture and mildew and the sheets on the beds actually felt damp. One of the guests has asthma and only spent 1 night down there because she began coughing and wheezing. She slept on the couch the remainder of our time there. The rest of us stayed there for the remaining nights, but the odor never went away. There was a "Damp Rid" bag (to prevent moisture and mildew) hanging in each of the closets and they were both filled with water. Sleeping downstairs was very uncomfortable and not pleasant at all.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was as expected besides the spa was green and not maintenance’s regularly like it was posted in the vacation rental description. It definitely needed a shock treatment and a thorough cleaning. I suggest if they are going to advertise it they should pay someone to keep it maintained and up to par or take it out of there because it’s kind of a tease to see it there and not be able to use it.

Amazing views

This property was located in the perfect neighborhood with the most breathtaking views. The home was spotless and just the right amount of space for a large group. Perfect way to start an elopement celebration. There was just enough space to allow the bride to get her hair and makeup done before heading to the venue.

Perfect Cambria Cottage with Amazing Views

We loved this property, the pics of the view didn’t do it justice. What an amazing location and just a short walk to the beach! The house was cozy and comfortable! The kitchen was the best I’ve seen of any rental with any kitchen item available for cooking large meals! Endless supply of towels, linens, paper towels and toilet paper. Very well stocked and set up! I’d definitely stay here again.
