Took our five little grandkids and the location was perfect. All the amenities were there for us. The beach was a perfect place for them to play. They enjoyed the pool as well Thank you for sharing your home

Great place to stay

Very nice, Clean, comfortable condo. Well stocked kitchen and lot's of beach and pool toys. Beds were all comfortable as well.Only thing we didn't have was beach towels.

Loved it....literally steps to the beach which was awesome. Also...beach service was right where you walked on to the sand. Ate at some great restaurants...Middle Grounds...Salt Rock Grill...Gigi's Italian...Corner Cafe for and amazing breakfast. I feel rested and recharged. Thank you Carmen for sharing your lovely condo with us. Also, comfortable couches for watching tv and comfy beds with great white cotton sheets. zzzzzzz

Great place and location!

Very nice condo over looking pool and beach. We had a great stay! Spacious and clean unit. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony for lunch. Beautiful sunsets every night, final night we also got to see manatees in the Gulf.

College Visit

We wanted to stay on the beach as we going a college visit and to be near friends who lived in St. Pete. The condo is as pictured and very clean with super comfortable bed and linens. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Will stay here again!

Our first time to Madeira beach. Everything was just as described and we really appreciated being able to check in late. We had 2 vehicles and were told there was no extra parking at facility however, the spot next to ours was unoccupied the entire week which was frustrating. We felt that it could have been a little cleaner overall. Thank you for allowing us to use your place.

Thanks for the review. We make it very clear that there is only 1 parking spot. It is on the VRBO page under amenities, parking: '1 parking spot provided at unit, no additional visitor parking on site'. It is on the response after your payment is made with the check in instructions, it is on our rental agreement and I mentioned that when we spoke. All other parking spaces are for other units, and we have no way of knowing if or when there will be anyone using them. Not sure what you're referring to that could be cleaner, our unit or the property. Situations occasionally arise, and in those cases we immediately resolve them. But we were in contact a few times while you were there and nothing was mentioned regarding either.

Great place to stay!

This was our second time staying at Las Brisas and we loved it. The condo was very spacious and had all the necesseties needed for our family, only thing needed is a few more bath towels. Great location and beach is beautiful! Looking forward to staying again!

Thanks for the review and for being a repeat guest! There never seems to be enough towels, lol! I checked with housekeeping and they said a minimum of 2 sets of bath towels, hand towels & washcloths per person are provided. The washer & dryer in our unit do come in handy if you run out. Even when we visit, we usually end up doing a quick towel wash midweek. Hope to see you back again!

Amazing stay!

Amazing views, very clean and comfortable, everything we needed in the condo and more! Carmen was a delight and the rental people were very informative. Had to cut our visit short due to the hurricane. Will definitely be back!

Great stay!

Was in the area for a short visit so only got to spend one day at the beach condo but that time was very enjoyable. The condo was well-appointed with beach and pool view! Everyone was very nice and owner was quite welcoming.

Great location on the beach with a pool, doesn’t get much better. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc… perfect for a girls weekend or family vacations.

Don’t let this one slip by!

We checked into the condo and it was nice and clean. It had everything we needed right down to beach supplies and a cooler. The owner was very easy to contact if we had questions and the property management was easy to work with and very hospitable. I do recommend renting a vehicle. There were a few places within walking didn’t there were more to drive and see! The pool was great and the ocean is right behind the pool. Do not let this place go by!

But if you don't have your own car, there are many local ride share options available , some free working only on tips, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley that goes from Clearwater to St Pete Beach for a few dollars.
