Villa Mirna está situado en una zona tranquila de la localidad de Lokva Rogoznica con increíble, mar abierto y vistas de la isla desde todos los rincones de la propiedad, y la privacidad absoluta.
Completamente de aire acondicionado y totalmente equipado para una estancia muy agradable de máx 12 personas.
Villa Mirna le ofrece una piscina climatizada de 26 m2 con jacuzzi y terraza con 8 tumbonas, bañera de hidromasaje en la terraza de la azotea y bar de vinos tradicional.
Interior ofrece dos plantas:
Planta baja - Cocina totalmente equipada, comedor y sala de estar que está conectada al área de la piscina, Dormitorio No1 con cama doble, Dormitorio No2 con 2 camas individuales, dos baños familiares con ducha y un toilette con lavadora.
1er piso - Dormitorio No3 con cama doble y sofá cama por persona, baño con ducha (en suite) y la terraza exterior con vistas al mar. El dormitorio No4 tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden conectar como una doble, con TV y consola de juegos (PS4). Un cuarto de baño que puede utilizado por esta habitación. Dormitorio No5 tiene cama doble y sofá cama por persona, baño con ducha (en-suite) y la terraza exterior con vistas al mar.
2. piso tiene un espacio de gimnasio con máquina orbitrek y equipo de marcha. En la terraza de la azotea tiene bañera de hidromasaje y muebles de jardín con increíbles vistas al mar.
Detrás de la casa es el tradicional bar de vinos con bebidas locales.
Toda la propiedad tiene aire acondicionado y todas las habitaciones tienen televisión inteligente.
Villa se encuentra a 50 m sobre el nivel del mar y está a 160 m de la más hermosa playa de guijarros y de algunos buenos restaurantes. Debido a que está ubicado en una colina, tiene vistas al mar absolutamente abiertas.

Fantastic Villa, Great Vacation

Villa Mirna is a fantastic place, the host Mirna was very friendly and suprised us with a dinner invite the last night of our stay. The house is very nice and the view of the sea and the island Brac is amazing. We stayed two weeks with family and friends and had a great time!

very enjoyable stay, modern house surrounded by beautiful nature

we have enjoyed staying at Villa Mirna. House is very modern, well equipped, including infinity swimming pool, grill area, wine cellar and jacuzzi. Minutes away from a beach. Close by town (Omis), with number of attractions, including white water rafting.

Exellent!

Our grup of 8 had an exellent stay at Villa Mirna. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, soap and shampoo available. Great pool and outdoor space. The view was absolutely stunning! We have no hesitation in recommending this Villa.

Dear possible guests, you can easily trust all the information in the discription from the Villa Mirna. We were a group of 12 people (kids between 2 - 5 years and adults 28 - 39 years) and it was a great week and a beatiful holiday. easy conversationen with the owner via whatts app, additional whishes are easily organized. the house has a perfrect view, pool and also good location. Kind regards from Germany and we will come back, that is sure.

Villa Mirna 2024

We had a wonderful time at tha Mirna villa; we were 10 people, 3 families, ages 4-70. The accommodation is wonderful, spacious, clean and comfortable. There's a great outside space and the pool, although not huge, and the hot tub were used every day. Only a short walk to a lovely beach. A hire car is a must; Omis and Split easy to get to. We'd only make a couple of points for improvement: could do with more fridge space, even if it were an overflow fridge in the garage. We could have done with a second clothes airer, and a yoga mat in the gym area would have been nice. Overall a great place.

Stunning villa with gorgeous sea views

Wonderful villa. Spotlessly clean, well presented, very stylish. Obviiously brand new and looked like no one had stayed there before. We were all delighted. Highlights - Sea views, stylish interior design, comfy beds, comfy sun loungers, outside BBQ kitchen, the gym, nice crockery/utensils etc, pleasant helpful owners We had a great week. The location was a little poor for us as we couldn't walk into a village but we knew that when we booked. We needed the car at all times and the villa is located up a steep hill with no lights, steep drop etc. I didn't like this much but others would find it ok, especially when you are rewarded with a gorgeous view from the villa. The drive was also steep and I found this tricky to negotiate with a large people carrier car. I chose to park at the top of the drive to make life a bit easier. We made some suggestions to the owner re equipment to add as the villa was so new and there are always a few things overlooked. I am sure the owner will be putting in a toaster, full length mirrors in time. We would have found a House Manual useful and suggest the owner provides this. There were so many things to work - the black out shutters, the lights for the pool, the airconditioning, etc. Perhaps tips on where to put rubbish, how to light the BBQ etc would be helpful. The pool was stunning and we loved the lights at night time. The infinity edge made me a bit nervous and the engineer in our group agreed there was a certain risk element. Our inflatables kept getting blown over the edge and I would be worried if I had toddlers in the group - you would need to watch them all the time. The drop was lethal over the edge. Perhaps I was being over cautious but it made me a bit nervous. All in all though, it was a lovely holiday. Weather fab, villa fab and we enjoyed the local activities and villages. Spent time in Omis for meals, drinks, river trip, white water rafting....did a boat trip for the day to Brac...kids swam off Omis beach to the giant inflatables...Lots to do. We now love Croatia and will return. Thanks to the owners for their patience and help during our holiday

Très bel emplacement !! La vue est juste superbe. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très réactifs ce qui est appréciables. En effet nous avons rencontrés quelques petits problèmes techniques qui ont été très rapidement traités par les propriétaires (panne eau chaude, jacuzzi piscine HS, débit d'un robinet en goutte à goutte,...). Revoir en revanche les ustensiles de cuisine qui sont bien trop peu nombreux (par exemple 1 seule poêle pour une villa qui peut accueillir 12 personnes c'est très limite...). Revoir également un entretien global de la villa (robinetteries des salles d'eau qui bougent beaucoup, volet extérieur côté piscine qui est bloqué, étalonnage des climatiseurs à revoir,...).Je recommande tout de même le logement qui est bien placé, au calme (pour le moment car une villa vient de se construire juste à côté).

Es war sehr schön

Es war kurz gesagt ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit Freunden. Die Villa sieht genau so aus wie auf denn Bildern. Der Empfang und auch der Check in liefen super. Wir haben die Villa in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Kurz um es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub selten waren wir alle so faszienert von einem Haus wie dieses Mal. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter es lief alles reibungslos. Nur zum empfehlen.

De villa was geweldig. Complete inrichting, super schoon, fijne bedden, en een prachtige locatie!

De villa was fantastisch! Werkelijk alles was aanwezig, zeer schoon en een adembenemend uitzicht. Aandachtspuntje zou kunnen zijn; betere aanduiding aan de weg en een beschrijving van de jacuzzi. Verder helemaal top. Komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Beautiful villa with the most amazing sea view.

This lovely villa was really clean and nicely decorated. We’ve rented lots of villas and this is the first one we would all rent again. 4 of the bedrooms have sea views. We enjoyed sitting in the top floor in an evening when the sun was going down. The BBQ is great with space to sit at the bar. Outside dining table and chairs great too. The pool was lovely and clean and such a fabulous view from it. Reading the reviews we couldn’t work out how close the local restaurant and beach were, we were pleasantly surprised that we could walk to both. Our youngest child was 9 and we all managed fine. The restaurant is fabulous, serves amazing fish and steak. And the beach was amazing. Beautiful clear sea, rocks for jumping off, and no sand- perfect. There is even a beach bar and jet ski hire etc. We only went in to Omis as we’d been travelling prior to the villa so we were all happy to relax here and enjoy the local beach and restaurant. We would definitely love to come back.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub gemeinsam mit Freunden in der Villa Mirna. Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt: Die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung, die Aussicht, die ruhige Lage und vor allem der Service und die Gastfreundschaft von Mirna und Marko! Die Villa ist noch viel schöner als wir es uns erträumt haben und es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!! :-)

Besser als in der Beschreibung....

Wir waren 5 befreundete Paare und verbrachten 14 Tage in der Villa. Dieser Ausdruck ist durchaus gerechtfertigt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Mirna und Marko verlief problemlos und sie waren immer ansprechbar. Das Objekt selber liegt ein wenig versteckt und ist so gut wie nicht einsehbar. Bei der Ankunft waren wir angenehm überrascht von dem Zustand des Objektes. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Ein Willkommensgruß in Form einer großen Obstschale und Käse/Schinkenplatte mit Brot ist man auch nicht von jedem Objekt gewöhnt. Der Poolbereich ist sehr ansprechend und der Ausblick vom Infinitypool überwältigend, nicht nur Richtung Meer. Die Küche ist hochwertig eingerichtet und auch mit genügend Geschirr ausgerüstet. Alles in allem konnten wir keinen negativen Punkt finden. Vielen Dank Mirna und besonders an Marko, welcher das Objekt vorwiegend betreut und gepflegt hat. Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder! Review

A marvellous house/property with the most welcoming owners. The house is placed in a perfect scenary, with the ocean and the huge monutains surronding it. Everything about the house is perfect. It is a little longer from the ocean than we expected, and you have to drive a bit to get to a city with shops and restaurants.

S'y ajoute un accueil agréable et chaleureux. Nous y avons passé une magnifique semaine malgré un temps variable. Merci encore à nos hôtes. Seule petite réserve, nous avons trouvé que le matériel de cuisine était un peu insuffisant pour une capacité de 12 personnes. Arrivés de nuit, nous avons eu quelques difficultés à trouver la maison....

An amazing house, with an amazing view.

Loved our recent stay at Villa Mirna, everything about the house was perfect. Well furnished, with the most fabulous views. The owners Mirna and Marko were very helpful in answering all our questions, and provided us with a number for a taxi to take us into Omis for dinner one night. The welcome platter of local meats and cheeses and the local wine was a lovely gesture. The outdoor space was great. We used the outdoor grill many times during our stay and we loved the sunsets from the hot tub on the upper floor. Being October we found the pool a little on the cool side, but didn't stop us from taking a dip in the afternoon. Would definitely love to go back!!
