Plan de piso abierto, casa elevada mediados de siglo con inmejorables vistas. Propiedad frente al lago con muelle / plataforma de baño y acceso a la embarcación barrio lanzamiento. Kayak, nadar, navegar, pescar y disfrutar de la vista del lago desde el amplio porche. Alquiler de barcos también están disponibles en la cercana Lakehills o Mico. Después de haber disfrutado del agua, se puede observar aves, jugar herraduras, recorrer el país de la colina, y disfrutar de las vistas desde el porche. Por la noche, disfrutar de la brisa del lago y el canto de las ranas y los pájaros. Por la mañana, cuando el sol quema la niebla la noche, la vista desde la terraza es mágico. Cocina de la vendimia está bien equipada. Capacidad cinco: Dormitorio principal con una cama king size; segundo dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, además de un colchón inflable. Un sofá-cama está también disponible. Los pisos de madera, de piso a techo.

Absoultely Amazing

We had a great time, this property is perfect for a small family getaway. The girls enjoyed the Kayaks in the evenings, the views are absolutely amazing. The dock worked well to tie our boat to at night.

Great View

We enjoyed our stay at Lakehills. The view is incredible and even though the water level was low (which we were told ahead of time), we had a great time at the house, walking through the area and watching a lot of deer. We also drove up to Bandera, TX which was also a lot of fun.

Exceeded expectations - great lakefront retreat

This is a very comfortable home with easy lake access and provided for everything our family needed during our weeklong stay. From the view of the lake to the abundance of wildlife including deer and hummingbirds, this environment was calming and relaxing and encouraged good family time and game playing. The owner is extremely attentive to detail and responsive.

Everything and More!

What a great place to get away from the mayhem that is life! Truly a relaxing spot with vuews that would make the cover if magazines! Favorite part is the deck! In addition the hosts are on top of it...they has is fully stocked with everything you need from the kitchen, bathrooms, and entertainment. Strongly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend

We are return visitors. Since our last stay, the owners have made a number of updates; updated bathroom with walk-in shower, new beds (comfy foam mattresses), fresh paint throughout, and new laundry machines. Jeff was an attentive host. The lake level is low due to draught, but we were able to use the kayaks provided at the property and enjoy the lake. The views remain wonderful and we enjoyed the deer.

Groovy house with amazing views and private lake access.

We have been a few times and always enjoy. The lake was really low this year and you could still get in the water from the dock, it's one of the deepest parts of the lake. The balcony is great, sunset views, deer everywhere. Very peaceful, we will be back.

Great Trip

Very peaceful property and beautiful views. House was clean and well decorated compared to most small lakehouses you find. We enjoyed the wildlife in the mornings and even though it is only at about 10% levels right now, it still made for a nice view. My only suggestion would be to bring your own groceries into town! Hope to return!

Memorial Weekend Trip

Amazing house, with everything you need but forgot to pack. 😂 Very clean. Only issue was the hike down to the water because the lake is so low but that was made clear upon booking so it was expected. Will definitely come back.

Great Host !!

We arrived to find a SPECTACULAR view and the natural beauty of the lake area. Next Morning had visitors ( 10 Deer ) which we fed corn from the deck. Everyone loved this !! We returned to the cabin at 8pm Saturday evening, and the A/C had stopped working during the day, and it was over 85 degrees inside.. Jeff (our host) was called and I explained how uncomfortable the heat was, and he was able to send a repairman that evening, and it was repaired quickly. Thank You JEFF !! so our stay was Beautiful, Peaceful and Comfortable...

The lake view is enough to give it 5 stars. My family and I enjoyed the stay in this cabin. Convenience grocery store just to 10 min drive. Nice Sunset and peaceful time. Recommended..

Arguably the best view in Texas!

The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking! My husband & I enjoyed our stay immensely, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. The lake levels were low at 28% , so the dock was difficult to access (we are in our 40s and relatively active - we had to climb vertically on all 4s to access.) The low water levels added breathtakingly beautiful rocky canyon walls to the already- amazing landscape, you are definitely staying here for the incredible view that you see from the convenience of the floor to ceiling windows in the house and the awesome porch. Bring your camera - every single picture you take will be amazing. Abundant deer (they are EVERYWHERE) add to the charm. We had a great time reconnecting here, and the owner was very accommodating when we requested a late checkout so we could enjoy a little more time here. Driveway was a little tricky to back into on the curvy mountain road - the views alone made everything well worth it.

Would love to stay again soon.

Bedsheets were fresh and clean! The place needs some updates but that did not affect our stay. We were able to cook our thanksgiving dinner and really enjoyed waking up and having our coffee to the amazing view. Our dog was allowed to stay with us and that made us súper happy.

Breathtaking views

The property was very easy to get to. Communication with property was was great! We had trouble getting the key out, but a quick call to the property owner and we got in no problem. Property was very clean with beautiful views of the lake. The patio is amazing to sit on early in the morning up until late afternoon since the sun sets and you can feel the Texas heat. King size bed was extremely comfortable. We slept one night in the other bedroom with our newborn, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. I say noisy because every time my husband or I moved, we woke up our newborn from her pack and play. The walk to the lake was no problem for my husband and I, but carrying our newborn and 78 year old mother in law, it was quite the trek. Once at the water, we were able to cool down. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

Home very nice, had a great time only needs to be clean better

The house is very nice, we had a good time, only that who ever cleans the house needs to pay more attention on details. Some spots were dirty in the kitchen including dishes and appliances.

Lovely home and beautiful view

This beautiful home was perfect for my little family! We enjoyed the balcony view of the lake! The lake was wonderful as well. We enjoyed the doc and swan all day till night time. Every area in the house was clean and decorated so cute! We look forward for my trips to this home! Jeff was an awesome communicator and made should we had his information for anything we may of needed. Definitely recommend staying here!

First time at Medina Lake

The drive up to the house was scenic. The home itself is very well kept and spacious for a family of four. Our host provided a couple of kayaks, paddle boards, as well as life jackets and we had a blast learning to use the equipment. Water was cool and clear and the floating dock provided great cannon ball fun. Several local eateries to choose from and all were reasonably priced and good food. Overall a memorable experience.

Slice of heaven

The most beautiful home with breathtaking views. The whole back wall is windows looking over the water and it is stunning. The wraparound porch is perfect for sitting out and taking the views in and the house has everything you need to be fully comfortable and happy. A bit steep/rocky getting down to the dock but not a problem at all. I had the best few days here, perfect for a relaxing retreat
