Great stay

Fantastic stay -- Monique was very pleasant throughout the entire process, and she communicates well. The place was clean, thoughtfully stocked (cans of staples in the cabinet, individual toothbrushes and toothpaste, plenty of paper towels, etc.), and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t have been better

We loved our stay from Monique’s lovely and warm decor to the great location just steps away from the bike trail. Not only was the house convenient and comfortable, Monique shared an invaluable resource guide for all local happenings. We tried many of the restaurants, beaches and generally used it to make our stay even better. We would def stay here again. A great find which we highly recommend.

Family Vacation to RI

My family of 6 had an excellent experience staying at this property on our vacation to Rhode Island in July 2021. The location is great with convenient access to beaches, outdoor activities, shopping, restaurants, etc. The place is clean, has a wonderful layout and plenty of space for a large family. It had everything we needed and more. Monique was a wonderful and gracious host ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay, making sure we knew what was happening locally, providing a great guide of local attractions and restaurants and making the check-in and check out process easy. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful experience!!

Due to the weather we spent a lot of time at the house which turned out to be quite lovely. Lots of space for everyone to be super comfortable. All was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Truly felt like home

Monique’s home was a great way to start our Rhode Island vacation. The home is really amazing from the wood beams that run throughout, to the comfy living room, the well appointed kitchen and clean bathrooms and the kids game room (complete with arcade game). The space is charming, spacious, well kept and was sparkling clean! We packed a lot of kitchen and cooking items as you never know what the home might be missing but they had everything we needed. There a lot of thoughtful amenities that make it feel like home and also safe from Covid (hand sanitizers, alcohol spray). The location was also very near to Point Judith, Galilee, the beaches, farms, ~30 minutes to Newport.. Our 5-year old did not want to go home! Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home and we hope to stay again

Great spot, beautiful timber duplex, sparkling clean, good value!

The owner of this duplex could not have been more communicative. From my first email throughout our entire stay, she responded to my emails within minutes. While we were at the house, she made sure we had everything we needed. She even printed our Block Island ferry tickets for us and dropped them off at the house. Being a duplex, we were worried about potential noise through our shared wall, but that wasn't an issue. Easy drive to all of the beaches. Cooking at home was easy.

Great Vacation & Excellent Experience!

We absolutely loved our 4 nights stay at the truly gorgeous Wakefield-Peacedale townhouse! The house is freshly renovated, modern and stylish. Everything was perfectly clean and remarkably well equipped to make our stay a great pleasure. The beds were super comfortable. Monique (the owner) is responsive, friendly and very accommodating. The location is also amazing - in a quiet neighborhood, with dedicated parking, very close to various beaches, Narragansett downtown, parks and trails. We'll definitely rent it again next time we're in RI. One of the best vacations ever!

Spotless and Convenient

Super clean Townhouse with a nice open living, dining and kitchen space, great for spending time together. Modern, comfy furnishings throughout. The owner thinks of everything with lots of nice touches and items to make your trip easier. Conveniently located, walking distance to stores and a short drive to multiple beaches. A nice find!!

The house is spectacular--- wide open, very comfortable, feels like home vs a "rental" home, 5 min to everything without the noise of rentals in the pier, awesome-awesome-awesome!!!

Summer family getaway

We had a fabulous stay at this property in Wakefield! Whenever I travel, I am prepared to do a quick clean on arrival. I walked into the home and the space was immaculate! The home is fully stocked, comfortable and a great layout. There was even a great play area for my two young children downstairs! The location allows for easy access to the bike path and is within walking distance to great restaurants. It was a short drive to the beach. Monique is extremely responsive and communicative! We would definitely rent here again In the future.
