Indian Shores, una joya poco conocida de los destinos de vacaciones, es un pintoresco pueblo de playa en el arrecife de arena entre Clearwater y St. Petersburgo Diversos para satisfacer sus deseos y necesidades, fácilmente silenciosos y / o llenos de entretenimiento. La sala de estar consta de una cocina actualizada totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, comedor íntimo y sala de estar suave y cómoda con TV de pantalla plana de 42 ", radio de calidad c / e base para iPod, VCR y DVD. La cama Queen tiene capacidad para una familia pequeña. Hay un escritorio en el espacio de trabajo provisto de Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y un teléfono con larga distancia gratis en los Estados Unidos y Canadá.

Relaxing beachfront holiday

This condo is in the perfect location to relax 24/7 or take in the many offerings in the area. The beach is wide and very clean. Our host, Robert, was a pleasure, start to finish. We would definitely stay here again.

Holiday Vacation

Great stay, condo was exactly like pics. Awesome view from balcony for Sunsets. Was perfect for the 2 of us. The location is perfect if you enjoy the Ocean.

Beach blanket bingo

Overall the condo was very good. Right on the beach and great view of the gulf. Only two issues, the lack of an elevator was quite inconvenient for those of us 70 and older. And the the breakers would blow if we used more than one appliance at a time

Great location

This is our second time staying in this condo and it is exactly as advertised. We love the location, we love the cleanliness, and Robert is a great host. The only inconvenience was the elevator was not working due to repairs, but Robert warned us in advance (which we appreciated so much) and we made the decision to keep our reservation

Amazing view

Everything was exceptional but was communicated that the elevator was down the week leading up to our stay. However, it was not fixed and broken for more than 9 or so months. Were on 4th floor and had to make trips up stairs.

Beautiful location for a reasonable price!

The condo was fully stocked and clean. The view from the balcony was marvelous. The beach access was perfect. Just head downstairs and through the gates and your feet will be in the sand! My husband and I are definitely planning to come back to this beach, and possible even using this same unit too if it's available!!

This condo has everything you need! The kitchen was stocked with all your cooking supplies, plus there were plenty of beach accessories to use for a full day of beach fun! Sunsets are amazing! Pool and area was very clean. Condo was clean and huge! You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful view!!!

This room was better than pictured. The view is breathtaking. You can see the ocean as soon as you walk into the door. It was very nice and updated. The owner was so nice and responded quickly to all communication we had. It is a very short walk to the beach. You can be from room to beach in probably 2 minutes. We had a great time!

Winter Getaway

Chateaux is our go to happy place. We have stayed in whatever unit has been available. This unit did not disappoint. We especially loved the furniture on the balcony. It was really comfortable and the lounger was great. The elevator was out of order, but we were aware of that ahead of time and the owner gave us a discount because of it. Please note that the difficulty with our check in had nothing to do with the owner. It was an email issue due to an Apple update. Our communication with the owner was great. Bottom line - we would stay here again without a second thought.

Beach is all that matters

Love Indian shores and this condo complex. Condo was clean and equipped with what we needed. Owner was very helpful, always responded quickly. If I would recommend any changes keyless entry would be nice. Also grill does not work consistently, not the owners fault but it was a bit of a disappointment. Would stay again for sure!!

Wonderful!

Great location. Nice heated pool. Walk right out to the beach. If you go left you can take a nice walk and go to the bird sanctuary (highly recommended). The place is very nice, only part not so great is the small bathroom, single sink, and you can hear pretty much everything from the bedroom. We had one issue and the property management immediately addressed it and were great!

Beautiful spot but good beach chairs are important

The condo was great, beautiful sunsets from the deck. Some items that need to be addressed is good working beach chairs and beach towels. You are a beach rental and good chairs are important because that is where your guests want to be, and good chairs make that so much more enjoyable. Also, beach towels are too heavy to pack in a suitcase therefore should be supplied at a beach rental. Other than that, it is a clean beautiful condo, on a beautiful beach. Indian Shores was great!

Great view quiet location

View was great. King bed very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. A couple of things we found bothersome. The elevator was out for three days (off and on). Being on the 4th floor, this was a definite hassle, but not the fault of the condo owner. We wish there would have been a couple of usable beach chairs. We know this is not required, but in the past condo owners have always had chair/umbrellas for the beach. Lastly, the floors are in desperate need of a deep, steam cleaning or possible replacement. Grout was black in many areas and tiles were chipped in several places. Even though the condo itself was clean, the floors made it seem otherwise. Owner very prompt in replies and easy to work with. We hope he will consider our suggestions.

Love the Chateaux Condos but!

Newly painted external walls have made a big difference to the block. This was our first time in condo 404 and will definitely be our last - cleaning was very poor and I had to dust and brush up dirt on the floors and headboard before we unpacked! Dirty dishes in the cupboard also had to be washed - I did not contact Florida Lifestyle as I felt I would be better cleaning it myself properly and the receptionist at the office was very offhand and did not make eye contact with me when I arrived to check in - poor customer service from her. This is a great block as it is usually quiet being only 1 bedroom properties so no big parties! We will return to chateaux but not to this condo as the balcony furniture is not very comfortable - cushions need replaced and in the bedroom the bed squeaked every time we moved in it. The dishwasher does not clean properly so think this needs overhauled or replaced plus the addition of some more spoons in the cutlery drawer would be a great advantage.

Quick get away

If you are flying in, you will need to purchase beach towels. There are floats and a cheap cooler and beach blankets but a set of beach towels would have been nice. There is a coffee maker, not a k-cup so make sure to get coffee grounds. I didn’t check before I went to the store. The sliding glass door is difficult to open and shut. My the end of the week I had pulled a muscle behind my shoulder due to the door. The tiles in the shower need scrubbed, there are a few places where mildew or mold has turned it black. The thermostat is a NEST and it is remotely controlled. We tried setting the air to 76-78° so when we came back from the pool or ocean we wouldn’t freeze and it was always changed back to around 72-74°. The pull out sofa is extremely noisy. Every time my teen turned in bed we could hear it from the master bedroom. It is close to the ocean. The balcony is open and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunches. Over all, we have stayed in more equipped places that were similar in size, location and price but we booked last minute this year and were thankful we were able to spend some time at the beach.

Beautiful location.

We had a great vacation at this property. Beautiful location. Quiet here. The owner, Bob, most gracious and accommodating and hands on. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Comfortable king sized bed. This is the place! No need to look further! Thanks Bob!
