We love the community (great amenities and location) and the apartment (thus is our 2nd stay in this one). Clean, beautiful rooms, everything we could want. Great communication from owner. Had a great view of a space launch from the pool.

Beautiful Property

Great condo in a great location. Olny downside is its across the street from the beach. We have small wagon to carry chairs, tent, cooler etc. Made that much easier. Overall great place at a good price!

5 night Family stay

Loved the condo! Had so many games and toys for our kids. About a 5-10 min walk to the beach. We loved the privacy of the patio overlooking the estuary. We sleep with fans for white noise and we were happy to find three fans available! The full size washer and dryer were also nice to have!

Everything you need!

This is a great condo that is very well stocked. The kitchen and the beach closet have everything you need. Check in and out were super easy and the parking pass and pool key were right there as we walked in with instructions, wifi, etc. This condo really does feel like a home, cozy and not at all sterile. It’s about .3 miles from leaving the condo to having your feet in the sand and there is a very well marked/safety lit street crossing. We enjoyed the pool and were very impressed by the nature walk on the property. We will 100% stay here again. Thank you!

Great unit, great complex

Clean, well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Loved the balcony. Easy check-in, check out. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Complex has 2 great pools. Unfortunately one of the hot tubs was not working, but the other one was perfect. We kept meaning to play bocci ball or shuffle board, but we never got around to it. I guess we will have to come back again!

Nice stay

The Ocean Walk complex is outstanding . Close to beach, wonderful pools and easy in and out elevators with buggy’s to carry your stuff in. Kitchen lacked for grocery storing, but recently upgraded. Outstanding MBR bed and newly upgrade bath. Once I learned how to operate the TVs the channels were great. overall great stay

Great Condo

We have a total of 7 staying, and it was perfect for what we needed. Had several friends and family come to hang out during the day with plenty of space. The walk to the ocean was great, just down the road. Property owner/manager was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from home on the beach

Lovely condo with beachy feel. Sunset views from the back porch were fantastic! Only a short walk to the beach and appointed with everything we could need! Cathy was great at communicating when we had questions. All in all, it was a wonderful trip and the condo felt like a home away from home!

Better than expected

The condo was much more beautiful than the pictures showed. It was very clean, well stocked with all most anything you could need. Proximity to the beach was nice and the check in process was easy. The sunsets from the balcony are amazing. Definitely would rent again when in the area. If you are unsure if this is the one, it is!!

Perfect getaway

We had such a great weekend! Fantastic location, short walk or drive to beach. So quiet! Had everything you need, including beach toys, games, books. They thought of everything. Very clean. Beautiful views. NSB is a favorite beach for us and this condo was perfect. The entire complex is nice. Owner responded quickly to all questions. We'd definitely go back.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The view from the condo was beautiful. We had everything we needed and more in the condo to enjoy a girls weekend at the beach. The location to beach access was great and the property was super easy to find. Cathy was really great to work with!

New Smyrna Beach Condo

This condo was everything described and more! It was perfect for our family of four. It has all that we needed plus extras! We only stayed 3 nights to visit with grandparents in the area. We were able to play tennis, hang out at the beach and pool. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels & coolers. There are a large selection of card/board games. We played Yahtzee! The kitchen is well stocked. We were able to cook a nice meal for 6. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Even better in real life!

There is no way to adequately express our happiness with Cathy's home. The pictures looked great but in real life it was even more spectacular! The view from the huge screened in balcony was serene, you can even see the ocean by looking out the front door window! Our pups were so happy with so much room to roam in the condo and we loved it as well. Everywhere you looked there was a homey touch that made you feel like you could actually enjoy things, instead of being worried to sit on the furniture. And Cathy's furniture is super nice and comfortable! Neighbors were great and the whole complex is awesome! The nature walk, the pool with the fountain, and right across A1A is the Atlantic Ocean! We hope to be back sooner than later! The food in NSB is great. Loved Izzy's Ice cream and taco shack! The Grille at Riverview was our 4th anniversary dinner and it didn't disappoint! We were only 45 minutes from Blue Springs to see the manatees and basically 45 minutes in any direction from activities. So worth it! Cathy is a spectacular host and gives extra touches to make the place great for you. Great communication as well! Just stay if you have the opportunity, you wont regret it! Thanks again Cathy! Best sunsets

We had a wonderful stay at Cathy’s place. Her home had everything we needed as well as a gorgeous view of the Intercoastal waterway and the best sunset views. The ocean was close by and everyone was friendly to our dog. We didn’t take advantage of the rec centers, but we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

Very nice place.

We had a very nice time in spite of a very wet and raining Christmas week. The owner had decorated the condo for us and even put up a Christmas tree. It was lovely.
