Peaceful and quiet

We loved our week at this beautiful, clean property in Brewster. Exactly as expected. Quiet, woodsy and private location. Very close to Nickerson State Forest for biking and hiking. Rt 6A is less than a minute away. Several casual restaurants moments away, and many great places to eat nearby if you want something a bit nicer. Lots of nice shops to browse. Venture across the Cape to Rt 28 for more family fun, restaurants and shopping. Orleans is next town east with awesome bayside and open ocean beaches. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for two couples to enjoy a summer vacation

Comfortable Home with All Amenities in Private, Quiet Setting

Very clean, well maintained and comfortable home. It's very private and quiet, yet very close to beaches, shops, and restaurants in Brewster. Great spot.

Beautiful Cape Cod Home

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The home was spotless, well cared for and had a perfect location. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing we would have changed would be newer/more supportive mattresses in a few of the beds. We hope to stay again in the future!

Very nice house in a great location

Very well maintained house is a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to Nickerson state park. Very close to Cape Cod Rail Trail and the beaches.

Cape Cod Oasis

This property is clean and well taken care of. We loved the location it was close to family and beaches. I recommend bringing casserole dishes if you are interested in cooking casseroles. Everything else was there and in great condition. We would rent again for sure. A bonus the owners although were busy traveling g themselves they were available to answer our questions. Thank you, Denis.

Great summer vacation spot!

Stayed for 2 weeks with my husband, our 2 grown children and their spouses. There was plenty of room for everyone, whether we were gathered at the table for a meal or sitting in the comfortable living room. We like to cook so the fully stocked kitchen was just what we were looking for! Loved that we were right off the bike trail and could walk to the beach. Denis was quick to respond to our texts. Hope to come back again!

Perfect Cape Cod house

We rented the house for a week in July. We were a family of 5. The house had plenty of space for all of us. The house was well stocked with coolers, beach chairs and quality bikes ( + helmets) having 2 living spaces made it nice for the young adults to watch tv. The outdoor shower is awesome! The kitchen had great cooking gear and utensils. All appliances were in great working order. We loved the location, close to bike path and Nickerson state park. We walked to Linnell Landing beach one day ( nice quiet beach ) we enjoyed the deck at night. Everyone said that their beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive with all my questions. Hope to stay here again. We don’t have 1 complaint about this rental!! My kids do have 1 suggestion, bring your own firestick or Apple TV ( no smart TVs at the house )

Restful vacation spot

My husband and I loved this property. We have vacationed in Brewster for over 30 years. This property is a hidden gem. The neighborhood is so quiet. We were within walking distance of the bike trail. Our family visited for a day and we drove to the beach in 4 minutes! You can ride your bike there easily. One evening we walked our granddaughter to the local seafood restaurant (just off the bike trail) for dinner. The owner was in contact with us multiple times to check on our comfort in his home. The home is decorated beautifully and had all of the essentials. It made entertaining friends and family a fun experience. We have already rebooked for next summer!

Great location for all Cape Cod

Terrific house for the two of us. Sunroom was bright and comfortable. Very convenient to the CCRT and an easy walk or quick drive to the beach. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen well apointed. Would stay here again for sure.

Escape to the Cape

This property was just as advertised. Sparkling clean, room, bright and comfortable! My daughter loved lounging on the couch near the fireplace for hours on her computer or watching tv. We took a few rides to walk on the beach and we grilled one evening. My teenage son had no complaints! It was a great respite for us after this year. Dennis was great , helpful easy to reach. I think anyone looking for a place to escape to would love it here. Thank you for letting stay!!

Very clean and close to bike path.

Very clean and comfortable home. We come to the cape every year to ride bikes and play tennis. This house is very convenient - just a few miles to tennis, the beach or Orleans and bike trail is accessible without going on the main road. Owner was very easy to work with. Will definitely keep this house in mind for future trips.

Great Vacation Home in Excellent Location

My family of four (two adults, two kids ages 9 and 7) very much enjoyed our weeklong vacation to this wonderful house in Brewster. The location is fantastic: close to bay side and oceanside beaches (we could ride bikes to Linnell Landing, a great beach!); a (very) short walk into Nickerson State Park; convenient to restaurants and ice cream shops; and at the end of the quiet cul-de-sac is the Cape Cod Rail Trail, which is great for long (or short) bike rides with or without kids. The house was immaculate, and very spacious. The outdoor shower was also great. Denis was responsive and helpful - check in could not have been easier. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect

Perfect house in a perfect location. We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house has everything you need, including a great backyard, an excellent WiFi (allowing 6 people to be connected at full speed at the same time) and a fully stocked kitchen. The nearby beach is very nice and the location is very strategic to reach other beaches in the area. Denis has been kind and responsive. Definitely recommended!

Great Stay!

The house was clean and centrally located to beaches, restaurants and fun activities. Denis was very accessible to any questions that we had and checked in with us when we arrived to make sure that we were satisfied. We definitely recommend this property as a vacation rental.

Brewster Gem..Convenient and family friendly

Denis was a wonderful host and was available with any questions or concerns we had regarding our stay. The house is cozy, extremely well kept and comfortable after long days enjoying the beautiful scenery on the Cape. It was extremely convenient to the Cape Cod Bike Trail, restaurants and other attractions. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and the property is private to allow for enjoyable evenings outside on the beautiful deck. The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach and the garage was convenient for bike and beach storage. We look forward to returning to Brewster Bayside!

Beautiful home in an ideal location with great privacy and amenities

My family and I had an amazing stay at this gorgeous home in Brewster, conveniently located near Nickerson State Park, the bike trail and several great beaches. Denis was extremely helpful and hospitable, the home was beautifully decorated and well-appointed, even had new washer and dryer and an in-home stereo system, as well as a great open floor plan and plenty of room for our gathering. My siblings and spouses were there to celebrate the 50th birthday of our Down Syndrome brother, who was absolutely thrilled with both the house and the party we threw for him there. We are already thinking about staying here again and for a longer time next year. Everything was perfect! Susan

Wonderful home great location

My family has been coming to Brewster for the past 8 summers and we usually stayed at Ocean Edge. So glad we decided to make a change! This spacious ranch had everything we needed! It is on a quiet street close to the bike trail (CCRT). The garage was great for storing our bikes and gear. The house was comfortable yet uncluttered. It has beautiful natural light and pocket doors separating the kitchen/great room from the living/TV area, too. The porch in back was a spot to relax with a book and regroup between days at the beach and heading out at night. It has a big backyard where my children could have a catch and play too. Wifi worked great and central A/C was appreciated ( both rare in this area). It is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac making it even more of a desirable location. Beds were comfortable and the full size washer/dryer were a great help, as well. Loved this place and the owner was very responsive with all communication. Hope to return next summer!!
