Última planta más grande condominio con vista al mar, la bahía y las dos vistas de Mauna Loa y Mauna Kea. Tal vez la mejor vista en el complejo .. Lanai grande con todo casi nuevo mobiliario Tropitone incluyendo mesas, sillas y tumbona. Acabamos de completar la pintura unidad completa, granito añadido y muchos aparatos nuevos. televisor de pantalla plana en salón y TV en el dormitorio principal, etc .. Condominio es hermosa 2 br 21/2 baño con cocina vista totalmente equipada. Bellamente complejo ajardinado rodeado por un campo de golf. A poca distancia de tiendas. Excelente ubicación. A pie de playa, restaurantes y tiendas.

Beautiful Views

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mr. Rice's condo. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach. The area is great for shopping. Mr. Rice is helpful and communication was excellent. Our family of four had a pleasurable stay.

Lovely condo overseeing sunrise and sunset

David has a lovely condo that he takes very good care of. He was responsive to all our messages in a timely manner and made our stay as comfortable as it could be.

Paradise

My husband and I walked into this property and were instantly awed by the amazing views of the ocean and the mountains from the living room/lanai. We spent early mornings on the lanai drinking our coffee, and ended the evenings watching the sunset and eating our dinner. We fell in love with this top floor condo and all it had to offer in space and amenities. It is beautifully furnished, and so very spacious! The location was perfect, and we were able to do plenty of walking, whether it be on sidewalks, lava, or just to Anaeho'omalu Beach - a short 10 minute stroll. We had no problem making ourselves at home, and it was truly difficult to leave! Thanks for letting us share your piece of paradise - we will definitely be back!

Very spacious with beautiful views

Aloha! My two sisters and I spent a week here. David is awesome to communicate with! Very spacious! Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure and the views from the lanai are absolutely beautiful! You can see three mountains; Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai. A good view of A bay! We saw the sun rise and set from balcony every day. Property on third floor with fast elevator. Parking spot very close and in the shade. Home is very quiet and has everything we needed to stay comfortably. Condo stayed very cool inside and has silent ceiling fans. All large and small appliances worked great! Short walk to large covered grilling area and huge pool with two jacuzzi’s. The pool area is the perfect place to lay on padded lounge chairs and watch the stars at night. Grounds are well kept and very clean. Very close to huge market and ABC store in Queen shops. I was born and raised on the Big Island and now I live on the Mainland. This condo is in the perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay here and I plan to stay again when I come home.

Wunderschönes Apartment in toller Lage

Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten. Es befindet sich in der obersten Etage und hat einen großen Balkon. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (1 x Doppelbett und 1 x zwei Einzelbetten) jeweils mit einem zugehörigen Badezimmer. Zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Great stay at Vista Waikoloa

We stayed for one week of our stay on Big Island at this property. We loved the location for it’s proximity to the beach, beautiful areas to walk, close by shops and restaurants, but more than anything, we loved the outstanding views throughout the entire home. The condo was spacious both inside and out on the wrap around lanais. Great kitchen, spacious living areas, you are left wanting for nothing while staying at this unit. Outstanding sunrise views over Mauna Kea, and sunset views over A bay, need I say more. Personally, I think the pictures do not do this rental justice. If we return to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. The views are outstanding of the mountains and the water. This is a tranquil, relaxing place to escape. The location is convenient to the Kona/Kohala Coast and Waimea. We enjoyed exploring many local beaches including A-Bay, 69s, Hapuna, Mauna Kea, etc. The unit has beach chairs, towels, coolers, boogie-board, etc. The lanai is oversized and we enjoyed morning coffee and happy hours enjoying the magnificent views. David, the owner, was very informative and responsive. We had no issues but I know if we did have issues he would have resolved them immediately. We look forward to coming back soon. The unit and location can't be beat.

Beautiful Views

We had a GREAT time on the Big Island. My favorite and I’ll keep coming back. This home was in the perfect location. Sand, beach, shop and golf and you go go either direction on the highway to do site seeing. The home had everything we needed with plenty of space. The view was BEAUTIFUL! The owner was great to work with and was very attentive. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you.

Great Condo with Awesome Location

Me and my girlfriend rented the condo for a wedding out on the Big Island. The condo is very spacious with a great relaxing view from the Lanai. We had a little hiccup when we first got to the condo but David answered my call and got things fixed ASAP. The location is perfect walking distance to near by resorts, shops and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better condo to stay at and 100% would recommend to all my friends and family to stay at David’s condo.

Great views and location

This condo is located on the top floor and has some of the best views on the complex. You can see a sliver of "A" bay and can watch the moonrise over Mauna Kea. The stars are also pretty amazing being that you are at sea level, the area does a good job keeping light pollution at night to a minimum. The condo is clean, there are beach towels, an umbrella, and cooler that you can use for your beach trips. The location is great for trips to the beach or into Kona. David was quick to answer questions before booking and easy to work with. We will consider E302 again when we return to the Big Island.

Great spot on The Big Island

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at David’s condo. This was our first time visiting The Big Island. The space is beautiful. Lots of windows with a beautiful view of the ocean and volcano. The lanai is wonderful to sip your morning coffee, have dinner/drinks. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, beach towels, comfy bed, quiet area and walking distance to beach and two shopping centres nearby with a grocery store and a parking spot. Checking in was easy and David answered any questions we had. Great location, 10 minutes to larger grocery store, 30 mins t Kona. We took a day trip to Hilo as well. We would highly recommend David’s condo for anyone looking to stay on The Big Island.

Excellent property and owner

We loved our recent stay (July 2021). The property is beautiful and pictures don't do it justice. Great and convenient location. Lots of space to spread out, though our favorite spot was sitting on the lanai, drinking Kona or Ka'u coffee, and looking at the Bay or Mauna Kea/Mauna Loa. David was extremely responsive, helpful, and an overall wonderful host and human, Thank you so much!

Don’t hesitate

Wow. Everything about the property, the location, the owner, the amenities and the beauty was fantastic. The spaciousness of the rooms, the large open windows and sliding glass doors to the outside world...every amenity one can imagine, it is yours. The property is located North of Kona. The weather there favors dry and sunny. Access to north and east is easy access to the rest of the island where there are many more small towns and geographically beautiful places to visit. Dave is an excellent host. It makes me so happy that we found this gem.

Two weeks of paradise

Wonderful condo - as beautiful in reality as online. The location was perfect (spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the deck), close to beaches, groceries, walking paths. Best happy hour at nearby Lava Lava Beach Club, best fresh fish at Da Fish House north about 10 miles. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice condo

This condo is very nice and well equipped. In addition to the normal living accommodations that are needed there are many “extras” like beach towels, snorkeling equipment, beac chairs , etc that made it easy going to the beaches that are beautiful. The condo is well described and the location is good. It’s about 25 minutes drive to Kona but there a lot of b nice restaurants and shopping in the complex. The only thing worth mentioning that may concern some people is that there is a lot off”traffic” noise from cars, busses and trucks when out on the balcony. You can’t hear it inside the unit and it didn’t bother us.

Love this place

I would stay here again! The place was clean and spacious with more than enough space for my husband and I. We utilized the kitchen, beach equipment provided, grill station downstairs, pool and hot tub, and the bath tub in the master bathroom. We absolutely loved the balcony looking over a little bay and volcanos in the distance. We walked down the street to the king shops, Hilton and Marriott to walk around and hang at the beach. The location was amazing!

Incredible location, apartment, and host

Would absolutely stay here again-- the location is incredible (one of the sunniest spots on Big Island) and it was a joy waking up every morning to see 3 volcanoes and a bit of A Bay from the lanai. The apartment itself was spotless and David was a wonderful host who made sure our check-in process was seamless.

Awesome place and location

Our family of 4 stayed here from Aug 4th - Aug 11th 2018. This was my very first time renting via VRBO or any other online booking site. I was extremely nervous and slightly skeptical about what I read on the site vs. what we would actually walk into. Much to my relief and the families joy, the condo was perfect! Even nicer than the photos shown as the kitchen counter tops and cabinets had just been updated. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the dining & living room was very spacious. We all loved having breakfast from the lanai and the view even prettier than the photo shown. Thank you very much Mr. Price for your hospitality, patience and quick response to each of my many questions. We would definitely stay here again. ☺

Didn't want to leave!!

We had an excellent stay at this property. David had everything we needed there and was very good at communicating. The view is the best we have had on the Big Island. We had everything we needed here. Breakfast on the Lanai each morning looking out over Anaehoomalu Bay. The unit is big and comfortable. It is a great location on the island. It's near some of the best beaches, Mauna Kea Beach, Wailea and Hapuna to name a few. It also has the Kings and Queens shops that have some nice restaurants and a variety of shops and galleries. It was nice and quiet and very clean. The grounds are kept up beautifully and the pool area is very nice. We would definitely stay here again!
