Katama week

Had a great stay at the house! It was close to our friends who live near South Beach and easy to access. Michael was a wonderful host, very quick to communicate, kind, and thoughtful. We would definitely return!

The house is in the perfect location to Edgartown and South Beach!

The house is very comfortable, clean, open kitchen and living room and perfect for a family. There is an upstairs loft area to hang out and watch television and a deck off the upstairs bedroom. The location is great and near to everything including Morning Glory Farm which is the best for local produce and a morning muffin and coffee! A great house to spend a week or longer!

Everything you need in a great location!

Husband and grown sons enjoyed their 4-night stay as a base for a guys' fishing trip. Home was as pictured with plenty of room for tall men to spread out, kitchen was well outfitted for cooking, and neighborhood is great. The only snafu was that the WIFI wasn't working, but that can happen anywhere and they managed.

Thank you for staying at our home during the derby and providing us with valuable feedback. The prior weeks guests had apparently unplugged our wifi router while setting up a gaming system. We apologize again that we were not more vigilant in checking the internet connection prior to your arrival. The problem has been resolved. We are happy you guys were still able to enjoy your time on the island. We hope that you will consider giving us another chance to delivery a flawless stay during next year's Derby. Strongly recommended

Been coming to the vineyard for close to 40 years. This is one of the best - great location, well maintained, and everything you need for a great island vacation. Michael is extremely proactive and helpful.

Nice quiet and convenient location. Well stocked with puzzles to pass the time when rainy!

Due to the heavy rain and cold weather during our stay, we were unable to enjoy the outdoors and realize the home's convenience to the beach. First floor bathroom would benefit from having powered ventilation. It must get sticky in there during July and August.

Thank you for staying David. Sorry you guys couldn't take advantage of our proximity to the beach with the weather being what it was. That just means you will have to return to the island in the summer season sometime! Thanks for the feedback on the ventilation of the first floor bathroom. We will look into installing an exhaust fan. The AC units also act as dehumidifiers in the summer and have done a great job keeping stickiness in check. Thank you again for staying and have a wonderful summer.

Wonderful cottage

The house was spotless, had everything we needed and was in a super location close to town and beaches. The owner could not have been more responsive and helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Rental

This was an absolute perfect rental, from communication with Michael, the owner, to the actual home itself. Close to town but far enough away to feel away from it all. The home was gorgeous and the pictures do it justice. I will definitely return and use the same rental if available.

Clean and comfortable

We had a very pleasant stay in this clean and well-kept home. It has all the basic necessities and is in a quiet, peaceful setting with easy access to Edgartown. Michael was very helpful and accommodating. No complaints!
