Wells - Playa privada - vistas hermosa puesta de sol

Nuestra casa se encuentra en la playa Wells Harbor con acceso privado al río Webhannet y al otro lado de la calle de las playas públicas Wells. Este es un gran lugar para navegar en kayak o simplemente relajarse en su barco o sentado en la terraza disfrutando de hermosas puestas de sol.

Nuestra casa está a medio camino entre Ogunquit y Kennebunkport. Cada uno es de unos 10 minutos de distancia. Está a 30 minutos de Portsmouth, NH, Portland, ME y la salida de compras en Kittery y Freeport. Es un poco más de una hora en coche a Boston o puede tomar Amtrak directamente desde Boston a Wells.

El alquiler incluye una parrilla de gas, el uso de una mesa de picnic y sillas de Adirondack para sentarse y disfrutar de una copa de las impresionantes vistas.

Tenemos dos unidades disponibles. Ambas casas tienen 3 dormitorios con camas dobles y un sofá-cama para espacio adicional para dormir si es necesario. WIFI gratuito,, se proporcionan reproductores de DVD blueray y Netflix con cable HD TV.

El parking está disponible para 2 coches.

Wonderful trip/house!

We had a great time on our trip! The house was better than expected! The owner was very responsive and it was a great location (very short walk to the beach) with beautiful views and sand in your backyard on the marsh side! All around great place!

Beautiful spot!

The house was clean and spacious. The views of the marsh were great & it was kid friendly for them to play after a day on the beach. A 2 minute walk and you are at the beach in a quiet area. Would definitely stay here again!

What wonderful get-away! The accommodations were perfect. Communication with the owner was amazing - phone calls, texts, emails were answered in a very timely manner. Property is well maintained and all amenities were available. Will definitely book again this property for next year!

Wells Beach and private access to tidal river

Comfortable accommodations. Clean and well stocked home. Great, private access to tidal river for kayaking and paddle boarding. Very short walk to a great beach that was not crowded. Would highly recommend to family and friends and hope to come back again.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

This is the perfect place to stay on Wells Beach. The unit is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with everything you need to feel right at home. The location simply cannot be beat - just a couple minute walk to the ocean, but with the peace and quiet of the harbor side. We brought kayaks and enjoyed exploring the estuaries. We grilled out a couple of nights and enjoyed the sunset views from the deck. It was such a relaxing week - we're definitely planning to return one day. Thank you, Joe, for sharing your home, and for the quick and helpful replies to all our questions.

It is a most bueatifull place

This place was well worth what we paid. It was clean, lots of room and right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean. I hope to return one day. We had a very enjoyable stay here.
