Had a great time with girlfriends! The house was super cute, great location, very clean. Views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Beautiful stay right on the Water

From the calming color palette to the gentle ripples on the river outside, our stay at the Holladay house soothed the senses and brought our family closer than ever. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for making such a relaxing and enjoyable stay possible!

Wonderful location, great house

This was a great stay in a clean house with a one-of-a-kind view and location right on the mouth of the Necanicum River. Bright and airy with great lounging space and room for our 3 year old to play and run around. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The pictures don't show how beautiful the house is. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The host was helpful and very kind. The view was gorgeous!

Great home and location

We had a fantastic stay at this home. Everything is well cared for and the views are great. The location is close to shopping and attractions in Seaside. And just a short walk to the beach. Communication was timely and clear. Hoping we can go back!

Family Beach Vacay!

We loved our stay and the house was close to perfect! The only issue was the futon / foldout beds in the upstairs side room was very uncomfortable. A real bed would make the house a 5* and would ensure a return trip for us! The home was charming and the beautiful estuary setting was awesome.

From the owner: ''Lindy,Glad you enjoyed your stay. I can see how adults would find the futon less comfortable, particularly when compared to the rest of the beds in the house. We have them largely for the benefit of our guests with younger kids who love being back in their own secret room and it gives some flexibility for a quick conversion to play room. We'll make sure our listing reflects the difference.''

5 Star Seaside Stay

My family and I had a fantastic time. The house is clean and well maintained. The hot tub is a great perk. But the view was the star. Harley was very friendly and helpful. Hope we get to visit again someday!

Beautiful views, comfortable home!

The views from this home were spectacular, neighborhood was quiet, walking distance to downtown, all items needed for cooking available. We all had a great time. Plenty of room for 3 kids, 6 adults. Seaside is a cute town with so much for kids to do!

Cute house with room for our family of 8. 2 slept on the futons which were not very comfortable but if you don’t need to use those all the beds were great. Pillows in master could use an update. Owners were easy to work with and they give you access to all the toys in the garage. Happy with our stay.

Hidden Treasure!

Awesome place to stay. About a 20 min walk from house to Seaside main street, direct access to estuary with great views from deck. Hot tub cleanest we've ever seen, and house very well taken care of. Mattresses are very comfortable. All appliances in great condition, and check in/out process was very painless. Overall great experience and we will be coming back!

This vacation rental setting was stunning. The deck, hot tub, and two of the bedrooms and living room all showcased the beautiful views. The deck was big and private with big trees ( sometimes with eagles to watch). The bikes got a lot of ride time, as well as beach toys and rake and bucket for crabbing the river. Contacted person was very helpful and friendly. The outdoor shower and bathroom in garage both were very appreciated We would definitely come back to this house for another family vacation. My husband and I would have loved a king size bed.

Family vacation

Wonderful home in a great location for our family of 7 (1 teen, 4 adult children, and my wife and new). Beautiful setting. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Paddle boarding was a big hit. We would definitely stay here again if we return. Very easy walk to activities downtown but much more quiet and private when back at the home

Beautifully renovated older seaside cottage. Everything you need to cook any type meal in the kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Wonderful House!

We really enjoyed our stay here in this cute house! It was super clean and well maintained. We loved having a washer/dryer and the hot tub was fun to use at night. We loved the decorations and the retro kitchen and the fireplace was so cozy to use on cold and rainy days. It's a short run or bike into town which was so nice. Would definitely stay here again!
