Charming and great location

Our family of 3 had a wonderful time staying at Lucky Charm. The house was clean, well maintained, equipped with everything we needed and nicely decorated! There was more than enough space for our family and the house can easily sleep 6- 7 people. My 5 year old son absolutely loved the 3rd floor loft that was equipped with 2 twin beds plus an addition twin trundle. The kitchen was a little small and lacked a pantry to store food but we made it work and it wasn’t a big deal to us. The main living room might be a bit tight for a bigger party but the screened porch right off the main living area gives you more room to hang out. I think the main living space would feel more spacious with a smaller coffee table and sleeker kitchen table and chairs. I loved the esthetic of those pieces of furniture so I understand the appeal. In addition to the main living area on the first floor there is another sitting area on the second floor for larger parties to spread out so don’t let my review of the main living space deter larger parties. The location of the house is amazing and might have been my favorite part. It is located on a quiet street that doesn’t get much car traffic so our young son was able to ride his bike and scooter up and down the road with supervision but without me having to hover over him. The town center is a 1-2 minute walk, the beach access is a 7 minute walk and the pools are about a 5 minute walk. You really can’t beat the location. Overall, this house was amazing and Homeower’s Collection was great! I highly recommend Lucky Charm and would definitely stay there again! Thanks for an amazing week!!
