Si usted ha estado buscando una casa de vacaciones que se siente como hogar, en una tranquila y segura ubicación, no busques más. Nuestra casa, conveniente para una familia o grupo de amigos (6 personas), dispone de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños (con una entrada privada Separado de la Segunda Sala, que incluye un baño completo privado) un amplio salón con una "TV de pantalla plana de 50 , Cables, Comedor Wifi a Internet, una cocina moderna y. Después de un largo día de Surf o explorando la zona, relajarse en nuestro frente Patio, situado en un jardín exuberante.

nuestra propiedad está situada en una ubicación perfecta lo suficientemente lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio del centro de la ciudad, para que pueda relajarse y descansar, y aún así Dentro de un corto trayecto en coche oa pie desde del Área muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Convenientemente, una tienda de ultramarinos es sólo una manzana.

La casa está rodeada por bosques prósperas, que sirven de hábitat para la muy singular vida silvestre, incluyendo monos de la zona, iguanas y varias especies de aves y situado a 50 metros de la playa, en uno de los spots de surf más consistente en toda Costa Rica.

Playa Santa Teresa es conocida por la calidad mundial de Surf se encuentra a 50 metros de nuestra casa. Bares, clubes y restaurantes están a poca distancia. También nos puede ayudar a organizar Day Tours a los principales lugares de interés de la zona, como la Cascada de Montezuma, Mal País, Cabo Blanco y hermosa Isla Tortuga. Montar a caballo, alquiler de ATV, Alquiler de coches Pesca O Tours de buceo se pueden arreglar también.

Loved our stay!

Took my daughter down to Santa Teresa for a HS grad surf trip. We loved the location and access to the beach. I personally enjoyed the front area, private relaxation spot that also has a shower on entry to rinse off after the ocean.

"Our stay was wonderful! The home was lovely, very clean, and easily accessible. Having a pool to enjoy in the late afternoons and evenings was a great bonus. Dana was a fantastic host - she provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, nearby beaches, transportation, and ATV rentals. We truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend!"

Great location in a beautiful beach town!

The property was in a great location- beach, cafes, restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. The town is super safe. The only drawbacks are the main road where the house sits on can be noisy due to car traffic but the tradeoff is you're in a great location and not up in the hills of Santa Teresa. Second, there are no addresses but Ariel did his best with the directions and included a picture of the house. Check-in was super easy. His brother lives on the backside of the property and he made sure we checked-in easily. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures. 3 separate AC units that could keep the house really cool. I'd highly recommend this house- we'll definitely be back.

Comfortable, Practical and well situated

Had a great time, the house is spacious, comfortable and well located on the edge of town but you do need a car if you stay here. There were a couple of things need seeing to while we were there (ie leaking roof) but Neti and Dana were very responsive and sorted straight away. Only addition I would suggest would be a microwave for the kitchen. Thanks

Clearly Misrepresented!!

The ‘Casa de Neti’ was unacceptable for several reasons: The description of the property as “quiet and serene” is wildly untrue, as Santa Teresa’s main drag is a mere few feet from the garden wall. It is a poorly-maintained narrow road with no sidewalk, only gravel and/or uneven ground at the edges. Vehicles of all kinds, especially trucks (used at many properties under construction next door & nearby) rumble over it most of the day and night. We were unable to sleep, much less relax as vacationers would, with the constant traffic noise. The assumption that this property is even decent, not to mention safe is ridiculous. The counters in the kitchen are riddled with knive cuts (no doubt filled with mold) and the piece of junk stove is a joke! No towels in the kitchen or 2nd bathroom. Grout and acrylic edgings around tiles and faucets are partially missing, and none of the roller-type window coverings work. Maybe that’s intentional: when looking behind them, you are welcomed with nasty views that rival a city dump. There are odd, uneven steps from the kitchen to the second bedroom and to the living area. Even getting to the front door safely was a joke, as the so-called driveway had a flat piece of concrete protruding from the gravel and dirt. The piecé de resistance can be seen in the House Rules, which call for putting all ‘used’ toilet paper in the garbage can rather than the toilet! I was looking forward to using the washer & dryer, as described, but was told instead that we should bag up our laundry for some lady to pick up every other day at our expense instead. In their favor, the bed was extremely comfortable & the AC worked great. The owners were friendly, especially when they realized we were unhappy. A vacation property should be completely self-contained, & ready to be used, with no need for us to interact with anyone. We used VRBO for accommodations on our honeymoon in Kauai 2 years ago for 3 weeks, and were very pleased, even though it was expensive. The daily rate for ‘Casa de Neti’ was even more, so from the description we expected a very nice, safe, quiet property. Instead, we were handed a very poorly-maintained piece of junk.

We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment with your stay with us. This is our very first “misrepresented,” as you put it, review. Santa Teresa is a beautiful, laid back beach town that has many fantastic experiences and restaurants to offer despite it’s rather natural, rustic first appearance/impression. It’s up to the perception and attitude of the visitors. I’m now choosing to only address a couple of your comments... It’s a well known fact Costa Rica is one of the most environmentally conscious countries in the world. Only in a few of the large cities is it environmentally acceptable to flush toilet paper. Pick your battles. With your obvious physical mobility and concerning medical issues you may be more well suited to vacation in more commercially developed and typical tourist locations such as you mentioned, Kauai. We openly and repeatedly tried to communicate with you, sadly to no avail. Thankfully you accepted my offer to take you for groceries and breakfast. We did our very best to please being kindly accommodating and transparent. We are in the hospitality business. We have taken this review very personally and seriously and feel we have nothing to change in our advertising and property. It is legitimately represented. The many other reviews make this clear. Awesome family vacation!

We had a fantastic vacation in this lovely house! Great access to the very best stretch of beach in the area! The owner was super helpful and attentive in making our stay comfortable. The owner coordinated excellent adventures and day trips for us as well as making tasty recommendations for coffee and the like! Thanks so much! Fingers crossed we will be back soon!

Spacious, Clean & Conveniently Located Home

Let me start of by saying that the owners, Dana & Nedi, are amazing hosts. Before arriving, Dana answered all of my messages so quickly, making me feel confident in my decision to book her property. Dana met us at the house upon arrival and gave us a walk through with all of the rental details. We were also welcomed by a most amazing and lovable cat that resides at the home. The inside of the house was very spacious and clean. Although the home is on the main road at the south end of Santa Teresa, we were not bothered with much road noise. The house is adjacent to a lovely path through a palm tree grove that leads directly to the surf break. This walk takes about 2 minutes. This is a lovely place to call home for a bit and I hope to do so again very soon. Thanks again, Dana! Please give that adorable kitty some love from us!

Great Beach Access, Amazing Owners, Comfy Home, Very Good Stay

The family renting this home was so nice, helpful, and informative of the areas we wanted to visit while in Costa Rica. The house is very comfortable with quick & beautiful beach access. The house is located on the northern end of Santa Teresa on the main road, which was very convenient. (sometimes noisy and dusty). Overall, we would definitely stay here again, and recommend this rental to others.

Location! Location! Location!

The house located in the best location of Santa Teresa: there is easy access to an amazing beach, very central but not busy area and very close to a supermarket. The house is very spacious with 2 bedrooms that can fit to a family or 2 couples and more. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable for cooking. The owners are super nice and friendly, ready to help and guide and know about all the best attractions in Santa and the area. We came for 3 month but eventually stayed for 6 month.

Super séjour en famille

La maison est à 150 mètres de la plage en passant sous un parc de cocotiers. Chaque pièce est climatisée, ce qui est bien agréable. De plus, les propriétaires vous donneront des bons plans et seront toujours disponibles si vous avez besoin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour!

Clean, quiet house perfect for our family!

We enjoyed the quiet of the house. We put an extra mattress in one room so we were comfortable with sleeping six people. Kitchen and living area was spacious so we could enjoy cooking, eating and playing games. Close to beach but away from noise of Santa Teresa. Right now there is lots of dust on the roads and the walled area of the garden protected us. We enjoyed the front sitting area of he house -especially after a swim in the tide pools close by. (Bring goggles when you swim in these- there are amazing fish! ) We rented an ATV which made getting groceries and zipping around town fun too. Neti and Dana are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. Thank you!

The property was just as it looked in the photos which was great! Everything was clean and ready!

My boyfriend and I along with a group of friends decided to have a bit of an adventure for Thanksgiving and we thought Santa Teresa Costa Rica would be perfect, and it sure was! The house was just what we needed and was so close to the beach! Just a quick walk and you were there. We also liked that the store was a short walk down the road as well. The location of the house, the cleanliness, the outdoor shower was all on point. Not to mention the owners were wonderful to work with. Dana was so prompt with responding to emails and answering all of my questions. And Neti, her husband was there to greet us even though we got there much later than expected. We were truly treated like guests. We hope to be able to go back and visit and I wouldn't stay anywhere but Casa De Neti.

Best vacation rental in Santa Teressa

My girlfriend and I stayed at Casa de Neti for two weeks. The house was more then we expected, had everything we needed for the time we spent there. The house is just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beach in the world. We had so much fun staying in this house, it's very clean and cozy the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped so we cooked lots of great meals. The owners are amazing, helped us with all our needs and made us feel at home. For me the highlight was the outdoor shower, feels awesome getting home from the beach and taking a shower under the blue sky...

Great place to stay in Santa Teresa

We had a great weekend at this house. It has everything you need and is close to the greatest part of the beach (northern part). It´s really quiet and Dana was a great host. We loved the trip and the spot.

Nice and clean with great location!

Oue family (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed in Dana and Neti's unit for two great weeks. The unit is clean and large with balcony and additional outdoor shower that was very handy to wash off the beach sand. The beautiful beach is ony 1 minute walk away. The house is in a quite place and only 2 minutes drive from all the resturants and supermarkets. The owners are warm and try to help with any and question or problem (when we came we had a problem with the AC unit that was fixed within few hours). Will love to visit again.

Perfect house for our little family!

My wife, two daughters (2 & 3), and I stayed at Casa De Neti for a couple weeks and could not have been happier! It’s a nice, private two bedroom house with full kitchen, AC, a cute little front yard and covered porch, and easy access to the beach through a gorgeous palm-filled little jungle! It’s towards the north end of Santa Teresa, which I think is nicer if you’re here with kids. You’re a little out of the hussle-bussle of town but you can easily drive to the center or to beautiful Playa Hermosa. The owners Dana and Neti (and their adorable baby boy) are so friendly and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. We are so glad we stayed here during our time in Santa Teresa!
