Perfect spot

It was a great cute little place. Wish there were elevators, but other than that,the walking distance to the beach was perfect.

Great location

Property includes everything we needed for our short vacation, right on the beach, walking distance to some eateries and beach bars and biking distance to all else! We would stay again!

cute condo but not managed well

The condo was supercute and comfortable, and a nice location. Very close to beach and walking distance from the Birding and Nature center. The check-in process was annoying - first at La Copa where the desk clerk kept us waiting for 20 minutes while she assisted her colleague with all his clients. Then a second check-in at the property where we were given wrist bands and told we had to have them with us at all times on the property, but they weren't refastenable. The condo was ready before the checkin time of 3:00 which was great, except the code we got for the door didn't work. We called several numbers before we got an actual person, probably the same desk clerk at La Copa. She left us on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. We went and got lunch and ran some errands and never heard back, until I randomly decided to check my email and there was a new code to use. So we got in the condo 10 minutes before 3:00. After that it was fine except for minor things like no sound on the TVs until we cycled the power, a lamp that couldn't be plugged in anywhere within reach of the cord, and sliding glass doors that were extremely hard to open and close. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and supplies. Condo was quiet and peaceful. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we got in. I mention the little things not to dissuade new renters but to inform the management of a few things to follow up on.

The condo was beautiful, small thoughtful touches put it over the top. Enough room to be comfortable and the huge balcony with an amazing view puts this condo over the top. Thank you to the owner and La Copa for managing it. Thank you for a wonderful Anniversary trip. Merilee

Beautiful

Beautiful property. Condo was clean spacious. Great location. Literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Constant security walking around. Even got luck with seeing fireworks on the beach.

What a great location!

There were things I loved about this place; 1) the location and 2) the de-humidifier. The location was perfect! I could see the beach from the balcony, parking was close to my building entrance and the beach to the back and forth was so easy. I could even take breaks from the beach and walk to my room to get something I forgot and it wasn't an issue. The de-humidifier made the space feel comfortable and allowed for anything that was damp to dry. I have stayed several times in SPI and often the towel you dried off with after a shower would feel damp days later but this place always felt dry and comfortable.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

Just the hubs and I celebrating our 20 yr anniversary. We were allowed to check in earlier, slight mishap with key code at unit, but was quickly resolved. Everything else was absolutely perfect! Condo was clean, stocked with ample supply of towels, location was amazing. Only thing missing was a washer & dryer in the unit, but there are some available on property for use. We will definitely be back!

Right by the Ocean

This condo unit is one of the closest ones to the beach, which was really nice, and the view is from 3rd floor which gives you a nice aerial view of the ocean from the balcony. There is a new beach bar next door Bar Louie’s and also the famous Clayton’s within close walking distance on beach for drinks, food and music! Inside of the condo had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. I love the tiki condos . It is very family friendly and so close to the beach for a great cost!

Nice condo, nice swimming pool, steps from beach. It will be perfect experience if no need to check in twice and even at two buildings. Hope owner can provide some glass or white ceramic dishware which are safe for microwave use rather than black ceramic which can't be used in microwave.

It was super clean. Loved the easy beach access. Walking the dog was easy, really pet friendly and kid friendly. Weird having to check in and out through the hotel at the other end of the island, was no big deal. Everyone was super nice.

Bargain in Off-season

Quiet during the week, busier on weekends. Property exactly as advertised. Tiki management is very good at giving maintenance notices, such as electrical or plumbing. Washers and dryers available in clean laundry room. Nice pet areas. Slight downside are somewhat uncomfortable couch and chair. Bed very comfortable. All fixtures have fairly blue LED lights, could be warmed up with a different type of bulb. Overall very happy.

Mini palace on the beach

This cute little condo is a gem! It was clean and very comfortable. If I had to complain about anything, it would be 3 things. The drive to your free breakfast every morning or any major attraction is a 3 or 4 mile drive, but well worth it. Climbing 3 flights of stairs with ice chest, luggage, and groceries was a pain. Lastly, bath and shower fixtures felt like they were going break off the wall. Very flimsy! Other than those, I loved the place. It’s perfect for 2 people to get away!

Disappointing Tiki Condo

Condo was not clean. Dirty cleaning rag was left on a living room table. TV system had been updated but not calibrated to the remotes and that took an hour to fix. Checkin person was not paying attention; had to request my parking pass and bracelet twice; she neglected to give me checkin paperwork. When I called to ask about the TVs not working, she said, "They're on the sheets I handed you." I told her that she didn't give me any paperwork and she argued with me, then said that I hadn't checked in. I reminded her that I was in her office and that she'd complimented me on my earrings. She then said that I had "left the papers at her desk," instead of apologizing. Cheap, dollar-store utensils, no steak knives. Carving knives were dull. No dishwasher pods for dishwasher. I've stayed at other Tiki condos but will make sure to avoid this particular one.

Nice condo on the beach

Very nice condo, exactly as it was represented. I would recommend this property and use it again. The only problem was the city shut off the water the first night due to a main breakage and we had to boil water the whole time we were there.
