It was very clean. Much further from the beach than we expected. However the free breakfast was probably the best free meal deal I've ever found. I would return to this resort.

This is a very basic property. It would have swayed my decision to stay here if the pictures would have been up to date. This condo does not look like the photos. Very "Motel 6"

Weekend stay

Had to go two two different front desks to check in. One 3 miles from the actual property. Being travel weary this was a hassle. Proximity to the beach was good. Property was clean but very dated, sliding glass doors barely worked. But served the purpose of being a place to sleep.

Nice and comfortable

Short walk to the beach, nice unit. Everything was accurate online except no breakfast at Hilton. It’s at la copa which is a 10 min drive for just a couple breakfast tacos. Unit could more hooks for towel hanging since they don’t want you hanging them over the fence. Also there is no gate for outside patio fence. Overall great stay!

Convenient location

The large microwave did not work, but there was a small one. The plumbing under the sink came loose and leaking at times. We reported it before we left. We were able to push it back together & it stopped the leak, but it really needs to be sealed. The body wash in the shower was very low & it ran out after the 2nd day we were there. Other than that we liked the location. It was close to the beach & activities.

Relaxing vacation

The room layout was very accommodating. The kitchen provided all the essentials which included china, utensils, paper and cleaning products. Bathroom and bedroom were clean and was provided plenty of towels and the king size bed was perfect. A large tv in the living room and bedroom. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was working but the light stayed on however, I didn't contact the front desk for guidance. The bathroom sink faucet needed to be adjusted as it was hard to turn off. The beach was walking distance. I would definitely stay again with minor issues needing attention.

Host was 5 Stars! Property was beautifully maintained & condo was really clean. There were just a couple of things I wish I had known ahead of time. First is our reservations clearly stated 3, while there was a place for the third person (my 17 year old daughter) to sleep, there was no bedding, not even a pillow. When I asked the front desk they said it is not included. Had to make a trip back across the bridge to WalMart. The other is that the room has a humidifier (which is DEFINITELY needed for the AC to not leak everywhere) BUT it has to be emptied about ever 12-18 hours. If not emptied it shuts off and water starts dripping from the air return in the bathroom (unfortunately learned this from having to clean up a mess and use our bath towel that they would not then exchange for clean/dry ones). All easy enough to work around just would have liked to have known ahead of time.The property itself started some ground maintenance at 8:30 on Saturday morning and it started with the flowerbeds in front of our condo. This was literally all day. We had a pet and it made for a stressful day for them.Still all in all the property itself is beautiful and clean, very close to the beach and quiet at night. Host was ALWAYS very quick in communication and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this host!!

All was awesome! The cleaning team, maintenance team, and office staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible:) Only a few suggestions. For the kitchen a crock pot could be provided along with a 12" frying pan, 9x13 backing pan and a casserole dish. We purchased a 12" fry pan & disposable 9x13 pans. We were hoping to rent again next year for Feb-March & possibly part of April, but the unit is booked. We are on a waiting list. Thanks!

OK, but....

Adequate but I would not stay there again and probably not use VRBO as they don't take the credit card I use 99% of the time. There was no dishwasher; no washer and dryer; no baking pans to use the oven; coffee pot was miniature; no garbage disposal; no cleaning agents except dish soap. (no fault of the property but it was a sad stay as 1 of the 2 dogs to go with me had aggressive cancer and had to be euthanized days before the trip. It was nice of them to waive the extra dog fees)

Perfect set-up.

Nice property, very clean with manicure lawns perfect for your dog with nice swimming pools. Cottage set up with everything you need. Patio needs to be enclose for the security of your pet otherwise everything deserves a 10+.

Good deal

Great location. Condo is well stocked with bath toiletries and towels. No beach towels so bring your own. Quiet community with 2 nice pools. Comfortable king size bed. Bathroom was a little stinky (old building). Very pretty kitchen with most of the tools needed to cook and bake but bring your essentials like oil, salt and pepper. Convenient parking. All in all, will definitely stay here again.

Extended weekend stay

Good location, this unit is closest to the main road but it’s still an easy walk to the beach. Comfortable bed, hot shower, clean and pet friendly. Check-in is a little inconvenient as you have to pick up the keys off property and then pick up a parking pass and Wristband on property. Overall would recommend.

Great place and beach is located super close!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay it was perfect for just the 2 of us! And of course pet friendly for our dogs. Close to the beach and right across from a huge gift shop! Would recommend to friends and family.

The property was perfect. Our dogs could lay in the sun on the porch. We spent a day at the beach with just a simple 2 minute walk. We spent a day at the pool which was very nice. Parking was close to the condo, check in was a breeze. The property is next to some big spring break locations so that was fun as well. The beach had soft sand and perfect waves for boogie boarding.The kitchen was outfitted with all the necessary utensils for making a few simple meals, with a decent coffee maker and toaster. Perfect!

close to beach

This was a small condo close to beach. The condo was pretty clean except for the dishes.I found a dirty bowl in the cabinet. Yuk.I had to clean each one I used before using because there was no dishwasher and with covid I did not like that the dishes and utensils were not sterilized. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The bathroom was nice. The 2 tvs worked great. The living room couch and one chair were not very comfortable. There was a very thin see thru curtain in the living room and did not provide good privacy especially when you are on the ground floor. One positive thing it was on the ground floor and easy to take my dog out. Checking in 2 different places before getting the ok to get in the condo was not pleasant but it was ok since the island was not crowded. Overall it was just OK.

Tiki condos

Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great. My only issue is that we had to drive to another hotel(at other end of island) just to get the key. Not something I really wanted to do after driving 9 hours. I don’t really understand why they can keep the keys at the front desk of the condos or have a lock box. Otherwise, the place was quiet and mostly clean.
