great trip to the beach!

wonderful condo that was perfect for our family getaway! Loved that we could take a dip in the pool or hot tub after a day at the beach. The property was well cared for and decorated very nicely. We hope that we can make this an annual trip! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

It has a large tv in the living area that is set up to stream. The beds are comfortable and the ocean view from the master bedroom is perfect. Having a keyless entry is a plus. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. Excellent location. Condo was nicely furnished. The living room and bedrooms were a little dark in the evenings. Lit only by two lamps with low wattage bulbs. Beds were comfy, kitchen and bathrooms nicely upgraded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very nice. Only issue was the sofa bed in livingroom, very uncomfortable. Center cushion sags down. Also sofa bed sagged in the middle. Beds upstairs were very comfortable. There were echo noises due to closeness to other building in this particular unit.

The living room furniture has now been replaced since this review was left. Guests are loving the new stuff!

I did some cooking/baking and found that the kitchen was not completely setup for my cooking/baking needs. Not a deal breaker but had to be creative. Very quiet location overall. Had a very relaxing stay and would absolutely rent again.

The kitchen has had quite a bit added to it since this review was left, and the owners are always happy to consider adding more and we encourage guests to ask about specific items.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, as it appears that a lot of effort was put in to making this a pleasant place to stay. The custom shower is nice to look at and use. The kitchen is a joy and well equipped. There is a special, considerate amenity provided for guests in the great Keurig coffee maker, (WITH complimentary coffee pods). Lastly, my only constructive criticism is the uncomfortable sofas. This bothered us greatly. Please consider replacing them with comfortable sofas that guests can really relax in. It’s a big deal that would have much benefit for all; including benefiting the owners with repeat renters. Thank you.
