Su exclusivo edificio en forma de V y la pasarela de área común compartida en frente de cada condominio se prestan para conocer amigablemente la atmósfera de su vecino. Reuniones familiares, grandes grupos de personas que viajan juntas y familias individuales eligen esta propiedad a menudo. Sandpiper is in great condition, and looks the same as it did years ago.There were a few things in the unit that were needed. Only one hair dryer in the unit. The towels were old and worn. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided. (For what we paid, these things should have been included.)

Now I go with my own family to visit with mom, dad, brother, and sister and all their families. We absolutely love it, but over the years not a lot has been updated and the price continues to go up $500 a year. Can’t justify a 12 hour drive to pay that much for outdated!

Bender staff is attentive and available to help with any questions (this year I needed a recommendation for a car issue). This condo was among the most enjoyable we've stayed at in the past few years. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, and of course the view was gorgeous. Can't wait to get back next fall!

Took over the pool throwing footballs and playing basketball in pool. Loud music til 2:00am, tried to imtimidate all the other guests who were renting. Said if anybody didn't like his loud music it was too bad cause he was an owner. Had glass bottles of wine at pool, food, loud music, obnoxious drunk, partied all night. Complained to Bender;s office and was told that they would send somebody over but that the man causing all the commotion was an owner. Seems to me like its ok for the owners to make the rules and then break the rules. Not fair to other patrons that paid for a nice vacation. We will not be back. Sad use to be a really nice place to stay but will not anymore. Been coming since the 80's. Good bye Sandpiper. Shame the owners ruin it for others who obey the rules.

Always our choice in Gulf Shores

Reviewer Comments: Family friendly and just far enough off 59 to be away from the noise and tourists; yet close enough to not feel out of the loop.Always clean facilities with a sunrise/sunset view and volleyball on the beach. Nothing beats the Sandpiper and 15C is top level away from too much foot traffic and no one above you making any noise. Love this place!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year visiting the Sand Piper and 2nd consecutive year at unit 15C. Unit 15C has become a favorite of ours combining the wonderful view with an up-to-date unit. We also like the fact that it's tile floors throughout. During our stay, the AC unit starting blowing warm air and the maintainence crew responded quickly. Within an hour they had responded and fixed the issue. The grounds area for the Sand Piper have always been very clean and well maintianed. We've always enjoyed visiting the Sand Piper and we look forward to visiting again!

Very little updates to the condo and property but the cost continues to increase. Too many rules. people are on vacation so with a curfew on 10pm is pushing a little too much.
