Frente al mar! Hermoso, recién actualizado, 2 baños Br / 2 - pasos de la arena

Bienvenido al paraiso. Nuestro condominio recién actualizado se sienta en el borde del mar Caribe con vistas increíbles. Puede salir por la puerta principal y entrar a la piscina completamente remodelada o caminar otros 20 pasos hasta la playa de arena y las aguas azul marino del mar. Este complejo de condominios es para huéspedes adultos (los miembros de la familia deben tener 12 años o más), ofreciéndole una experiencia placentera y tranquila.
Nuestro condominio se encuentra en la planta baja y tiene dos dormitorios con camas king y dos baños en suite. La cocina está equipada con encimera de granito, un fregadero doble, una cocina a gas con horno y una nevera de buen tamaño junto con platos y utensilios. Hay Wi-Fi sin costo adicional. La sala de estar tiene un sofá grande, un sofá y una silla a juego. Ofrecemos dos sillas de la piscina para su uso y hay una mesa pequeña en el patio y 4 sillas para su café de la mañana.

Perfect condo and beach town

Condo was comfortable for two couples. Clean, quiet and on sandy beach. The beach was great for swimming, snorkeling and long walks (including into town). We rented bikes which made getting into town easy. Lots of good restaurants in town but you really need a car at night. The host, Pilar, was probably our best ever!

Beach Front Villa

This Villa was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a getaway with beach front convenience and sunsets(and sunrises) that will take your breath away! The property is lovely and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay! The Manager Pilar is fantastic and so helpful and with close beach walk proximity to all the beach restaurants and bars you will enjoy this little gem of a town so much! We really loved Puerto Morelos and highly recommend this property.

Ocean Front Paradise

Beautiful ocean front stay. Steps to the sand 10 ft from the water. Very well stocked and looked after. Felt like home! Pilar the property manager was excellent and made sure we never wanted for anything. Highly recommended!

Beautiful respite

The condo was lovely place to stay. It was clean and quiet and Pilar was so nice and helpful. She let us stay a bit later on our last day because we were not able to check into our second condo until 4:00pm. She drove us to our next condo closer to town and we were able to rent bicycles from her.

Nice villa in Puerto Morales

Very nice 2 bedroom villa right on ocean front with pool steps away. Just issues with unit being ready for occupancy… broken shower head in one bath that was useless for bathing…all TVs were not working and little ants thru out the place. Pilar (host) addressed TVs but owner needs to take care of other problems. Higher rating is because of ocean view and access.

Thank you for your feedback. We were just there and did not have any of those issues other than the shower, which was not broken but did have low flow that was going to require tearing our the tile and replacing the valve. Prior to your stay, we let you know about the issue and that we were waiting to address it until after your stay. We have asked Pilar, our caretaker, to take another look around for the small ants and to review the TVs, which had been working the week prior. We are sorry that you stay was not the experience you were looking for this time around. Maybe you will give us another fair chance at meeting your expectations.

Location, location, location!

We loved the location of this sweet condo. We were right on the beach and had a lovely view. Others staying on the property were kind and helpful and quiet. The road was also quiet. We did not need a car. We rented bicycles for daily trips to town (10-15 min away). The Property Manager was wonderful and only a text away. She helped connect us to local resources and was so quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Mexican Getaway

We loved Puerto Morelos and this property was perfect for two couples. The beach is right outside your door. The town is close by and the condo is equipped with anything you might need. Pilar, the property manager couldn't be more helpful. She arranged for transportation for us and was helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Puerto Morelos.

One Month Stay

We had two couples in our group and the unit we stayed in accommodated us very well. The two king bedrooms with an attached bathrooms were private and comfortable. The king beds were very comfortable. The living room had great leather furniture that was also very comfortable. Getting up in the morning and going outside to the amazing ocean view was priceless. We have already booked next year for another month. The property manager, Pilar, was an absolute treasure!

Shower did not work in second bathroom. Would have been a major problem if we had guests. Storm door did not close. All problems were addressed by manager Pilar who is wonderful. A long walk from town and taxis not available very often.

Fantastic stay

Have been vacationing in Puerto Morelos for several years but this was first time in this fantastic condo. Beautiful sunrises and even “ moonrises” since it is right on the beach. Pool was kept immaculate with cleaning every few days as well as gardener around to tidy up leaves etc. Lovely breeze right off the ocean so no need for air conditioning as we enjoyed summer weather and away from snow and cold at home . Very quiet complex of only a few units that were often empty so nice and relaxing. About a 20-30 minute walk into town on the beach and easy ride back in taxi with heavy groceries and kitchen well equipped for cooking etc. Pilar was very helpful with checkin late at night and was very attentive to any messages ( ie need for bottle water to be ordered ( we were there a month ) and 1 day a problem with water and it was fixed within 4 hours. So pleased with our stay have booked already to return again !!

Disappointing

The pictures of the pool sold this place. Truly, the grounds are beautiful with a spectacular view of the sunrise. But well lit at night is false. Few of the garden lights work leaving me quite concerned nightly. The offering description boasts modern and updated. I missed the fact that there is no dishwasher in the need to be updated kitchen. Mea culpa. Who wants to do dishes while on vacation. During our stay, the wind was very strong. The whistling through the misfitting windows kept me awake at night. I wanted to do some business while on the property. The internet only works in the condo, dying 3m from the front wall. A better placed router would help drastically. As well, cell service in the condo is non existent and only patchy around the pool. This property has so much potential that a moderate amount of care would uncover. As other reviewers have noted, Pilar the property manager was excellent, providing me with great service when I needed it.

Relaxing retreat in a small fishing town with a Drinking problem

The 2 bedroom and kitchen layout was a prefect size for the 4 of us. Easily entertained guests in the evening for cards and just hanging out. You are on the Ocean, so every day is windy, however property designed with adjoining walls and other units that share the pool help immensely. This unit itself has two studios up stairs, one that can be rented, so if you need additional space, well worth reaching out early to get both. 15 minute walk to the Unico and Paradise beach clubs for happy hour, although you are walking on sea grass covered beaches every where. Small inconvenience for the fun had during happy hour. Bring Wipes for bath room usage, Toilets are gravity feed, and do not allow for paper products to be flushed. But thats everywhere in this small fishing town. All in all, this is a great spot between the town, and the resort properties, if you wish to live locally rather then on a resort. PS- Pily is the house greeter, and she rents bikes for day or week usage. usually you can get for about 8-10 dollars and recommend you take a bike tour at least for one day. she has 3 wheelers as well for those challenged after a day of happy hours! Great lady, speaks perfect english and Spanish and a big help for Canadians.

Great place to relax.

My husband and I were traveling with another couple. The two master suites worked perfect for us. View from our patio was amazing. Everyone we met was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for an enjoyable vacation.

Quiet and Peaceful

This condo is perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere here and everyone who was staying in the condos were friendly and helpful. The property manager, Pilar, is a jewel---very kind and helpful, although we had great difficulty contacting her as our texts and phone calls would not be delivered to her. The town of Puerto Morelos is perfect for people wanting a touch of lower-key Mexican village life (as opposed to Cancun or Playa del Carmen). And we found many great restaurants! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PM,our accommodations were just as advertised, clean updated and close to the beach about a mile from town via the beach. We enjoyed PM so much we are considering purchasing a condo there. Pily was very nice and helped out with anything we needed. Wonderful stay!!! We can't wait to go back!

This condo had everything we needed. This was an exceptional vacation for us!! Prior to our visit the owners put us in touch with their property manager, Pilly. She arranged our transportation to and from the airport and was waiting for us when we arrived to give us the keys. The unit was spotlessly clean, and was perfect for two couples travelling together. There was even some fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us. We enjoyed the beach walk into town each night for dinner and took a short cab ride back. Pilly put us in touch with a cab driver she recommends and he was always quick to get back to us and take us wherever we needed. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to return. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Loved the property. Perfect for relaxing adult vacation

Property was great. Relaxing, laid back, exactly what I was looking for. Great for runs along the beach in the mornings. Locals worked very hard keeping the seaweed at bay. Locals were very friendly and accomadating. Pilar was fantastic. Will definitely look at visiting again.

A wonderful month-great condo

It’s a lovely spot .

This is a beautiful spot. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The home is spacious and overall pleasant. There are some things that need attention. No pressure on spigot near beach steps. Hard to wash off feet. I think a pump has been preserved. The air conditioning is fantastic. Door to property is difficult to lock and unlock. The Home needs a new screen door it is rusted and he screen is busted. Pillows on beds need at least pillow covers that can be washed or at best to be replaced from time to time. Shower heads need to either be cleaned or delimed. Kitchen floor coverings are old and should either be replaced or removed. They add little to the condo. Pilar was very attentive and responsive. She’s great , great, great and replaced outdoor broken chairs while we were here. We felt welcomed. We are hoping to rebook for next year around the same time. We had a wonderful time.

Pilar was helpful- we needed more complete instructions to find the place.

There were various glitches- fan and toilet seat had to be replaced. Place smaller than we expected but amenities were as advertised. Would have liked to have had a working washing machine and when this is a place for two couples, there should have been four lounge chairs rather than the two provided- couples had to take turns sitting outside rather than sitting together. We were frustrated by the rocks and lack of easy access at the beach in front of the place, but taking a walk found a decent place to get in.

Great home away from home!

This property is ideal for 2 couples on vacation together. Each bedroom is private with a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The view, pool and surroundings are beautiful!

Great friends Shannon & David and Debbie & Jim, wanted to capture their own piece of paradise in Puerto Morelos, so we bought this wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, right on the beach. It's the peaceful, laid back lifestyle, the easy traffic, the nice people and the sense of adventure that drew us to the area. We all reside in So. California but we're making it our goal to get to Puerto Morelos as often as we can. We are happy to share it with others who also have an appreciation for the serenity of the condo and the area. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Our condo is light and airy and the views are spectacular morning or night. You can take a stroll along the beach into town, and you may want to stop along the way for a margarita, mojito or beer and try some of the freshest ceviche you've ever tasted. In Puerto Morelos and the surrounding areas you can look for adventure or you can do a whole lot of nothing. Bring a chair to the pool or the beach and read a good book. Or, with much to do in the area - you can take a drive to Tulum or go to Chichen Itza to see Mayan ruins. You might want to visit the cenotes (underground rivers) or snorkel in the 2nd largest coral reef in the world. You can swim with dolphins nearby, visit the several water parks in the area, go zip lining, and much more.
