La casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en una colina con vista al océano, ¡todas las habitaciones de la casa tienen vistas increíbles! Por la mañana puedes ver pasar los barcos de pesca y los caballos pastando en las colinas. Esta casa fue construida para vivir al aire libre en interiores. Abra las grandes puertas y ventanas para que entre la brisa del océano. Es muy ventoso en la colina. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en cada habitación. Patio tiene sillones, una mesa y parrilla de gas para cocinar al aire libre.
Genial para una familia o solo una pareja que quiera escaparse. Tiene capacidad para 2 a 7 personas.

Eugenia and Vieques were amazing

Vieques is beautiful. The house is amazing. It’s in a great location and the views and breeze are worth the stay. Eugenia went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She was an amazing host. We will definitely book this property when we return.

Unique place, watch out for mosquitos

Unique and spacious place with a stunning view. However, mosquitoes inside the house were a big problem, much more than what can be expected, I contacted the owner about it. Hoping they'll fix it for future guests. Great place otherwise, but ask about mosquito control before booking.

Un paraíso en Vieques

De todos las propiedades en las que me he quedado en Puerto Rico incluyendo a Vieques, esta ha sido la mejor de todas en términos de limpieza, equipos, espacio en general, facilidades, acceso, comodidad y sobre todo, la hospitalidad y la forma tan agradable que tuvo Eugenia al comunicarse conmigo. Esta casa no es un 100, es un 200 en todos los términos, al igual que ella. Cuando regresemos a Vieques, esa definitivamente, será la casa que alquilaremos de estar disponible.

Eugenia was FANTASTIC!! The communication, the help, and all her knowledge is incredible!

We stayed at the property due to filming a movie in vieques. Eugenia was so accommodating and was great having the help she gave us. She answered all my questions quickly and was so easy to get in contact with. She gave us advice and helped point us in the right directions for what we needed. The property was amazing, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing watching on the patio watching the iguanas climb to the tops of the trees. I would recommend anyone staying at casa de falcon as you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Perfect vacation spot

Beautiful property out of town but close enough to get to anywhere on island easily. The views were amazing from second floor with wide sliding doors to deck open at night. Love the horses and wild life roaming the neighborhood. The host was very helpful checking in several times to make sure everything went smoothly. Only stayed two nights but wish we stayed more. We will be back to island and this proprty

Eugenia is Amazing!

The property is amazing. Beautiful views and plenty of space. However, the true value of this property is the Host. Eugenia will do anything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. When our ferry arrived late and we did not have a way to get to the property, she began reaching out to everyone she knew to see if they could help. Whenever staying in Vieques Casa de Falcon will always be my favorite place to stay!

Spacious house with an amazing view!

From the moment we made our reservation the owner Eugenia was extremely hospitable and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed for our trip to Vieques and put us in contact with her house manager Esther who helped us with coordinating our car rentals. Esther also was very helpful in showing us all the house amenities. The house is very spacious so it's great for families and large groups. There was a great breeze that comes through the house but it was mostly during the day. The only down side was at night, when the rooms got a little warm but the over head fans and gentle breeze coming through make it bearable. The house has an amazing view and it super close to pretty much anything you might want to do on the island.

Just Amazing

We had so much fun staying here. Incredible views of the ocean, just outside of town, and Eugenia gave us such good advice for restaurants. This place is incredibly open, and the cool ocean breezes flowing through the home at night make this a remarkably calming and restful experience.

Wonderful breezy stay in a unique home with views!

Casa de Falcon has wonderful views of the Atlantic ocean and you can see all the way to the Puerto Rico mainland. The upstairs indoor/outdoor shower is fun and has a great view of the ocean. The colors of the house create coolness and the doors open on both the front, back and side to create great sea breezes. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home including a grill on the back deck. There is laundry machine and snorkeling equipment and a boogie board to help you enjoy the beaches. Eugenia is very helpful setting up car rentals, the best spots for beaches and directions around the island.

Fun in Vieques & Casa De Falcon

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa de Falcon! Eugenia is so wonderful! Helping with tips, directions and communication before our trip and available for assistance during and after. We had left something behind and she was so gracious in sending it back to us. The house is beautiful, inside and out. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The views are unmatchable. We couldn't believe the views from every room. A restroom in every bedroom was a real plus for us too. The outdoor shower was a unique and fun experience . We loved our morning coffee on the balconies and made several dinners in the well equipped kitchen. Having coolers, umbrella and beach towels was really nice. The location is fantastic, just out of town a short distance, situated on a hill with plenty of space and spectacular views. We have already recommended Casa de Falcon to many friends and family. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Vieques!

Fabulous house with a fabulous view

We loved our time in the house for many reasons - the view, the architecture of the house, the owner's assistance and the island of Vieques. From the time we drove onto the property we knew this was going to be a very special vacation stay. The house sits on a hill surrounded by horses, open fields and the most spectacular view of the ocean. The architecture of the house allows for a view from all sides, will large sliding glass panels and floor to ceiling windows. The decks are an extension of the house, which allows for perfect indoor/outdoor living. There is no need for air conditioning in this house because of the design and the trade winds which blow constantly. The house was fully stocked with wonderful linens, towels, and kitchen appliances. Eugenia even provides beach towels, an umbrella, and mats for your visits on the spectacular beaches of Vieques. Having the kitchen with all of the needed appliances, pots, pans, and accessories - plus the spectacular view from the kitchen - made it easy to cook and enjoy the house in the evening hours. The grill on the deck was an added bonus! We can't say enough about Eugenia and the way she communicated with us about the trip. From our booking until we left the property, she responded quickly to our every need - even when we couldn't find a car available on the island. She was forthcoming with wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do and even found someone to pick us up at the airport. This house is great for two families traveling together since the master bedroom is upstairs and the other large bedrooms are on the main floor. Did I mention the showers? The master bedroom includes a very large bathroom complete with an outdoor shower. What a special treat to shower looking at the ocean and the grazing horses! All bedrooms have separate bathrooms that are beautiful. I can't say enough about this property, its owner, and the island of Vieques. We will recommend it to all of our friends and family members.

Family vaca

My family stayed here for two nights on our trip to PR. The house was great. Lots of room and the big glass doors in the bedrooms were awesome for waking up to the ocean views. The kids loved looking for iguanas around the property. The boogie boards and other toys available for use were much appreciated. It is a quick 10 min walk to town or quick drive to town and the plethora of beaches on the island.

I grew up in Manhatten now living in upstate NY with my husband Duane and son Falcon 13 years old . My mother was Puerto Rican and grand parents lived there . I always loved visiting the Island and now own a lovely home in Vieques .

Loved the breezes, the quiet, the views. The whole island is laid back, no traffic lights or a McDonalds.
