"Dolphin View" ha sido un maravilloso favorito de los huéspedes durante años. Con una renovación de pintura y cubiertas nuevas, esta casa seguramente tendrá invitados que reserven sus mejores semanas de verano durante los próximos años.

Ubicado en Springs Ave en Pawleys Island, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de súper amaneceres desde los porches de DolphinView y las increíbles puestas de sol desde el muelle de Creek. Dolphinview was home base for our family. The rooms & decor are even better than the pictures. The view and location...amazing (YES, we saw dolphins in the ocean most everyday). The gourmet kitchen was fully stocked and beautiful!!! Already looking for a reason to go back!!!

I’m so glad someone purchased it a turned it in to a gem. I do wish they made the bunk room bigger with more than just one bunk bed. I also wish they had a big gas grill.

We have stayed in many houses on PI over the last 30 years, including the old version of Dolphin view. This renovated Dolphin View is now our favorite. Love the creek dock, all of the bedrooms and baths, and multiple porches. (The only thing it is missing is a hammock) This is also the first time renting from Tide Life - easy to work with, professional, and timely in their responses.

Of course the beach access is incredible! We were blessed with awesome weather the entire week! The kitchen is amazing with two islands, Sub Zero refrigerator and coolers for wine or your favorite beverage! I was in Le Creuset heaven! Awesome Wolf range! Beds were comfortable and the master bedroom had a wet room! Awesome place and we look forward to coming back next year!

Noise simply did not travel. Equipped with everything you could dream of. Location is PERFECT. Ocean at back door, beautiful lagoon at front. We used both constantly.

Family beach house vacation, our first

The beach was wonderful and we loved the access to the waterway out back. We spent a lot of time kayaking, walking and boarding. The house was clean and comfortable, but fairly outdated. The house is in need of some major aesthetic updating, window replacement (several fogged windows) and kitchen upgrading. Nice big house perfect for gathering as a big group, yet everyone having a private space to hang out as well.

Suzanne was amazing, helping to locate a beautiful beach house that is dog friendly. 'Dolphin View' sits right on the water at Pawleys ... as well as creekside! The house is gorgeous, and we fell in love with it. We even called a professional photographer to take our engagement pictures there. We even happened to meet the owner, and he was a wonderful gentleman. If it wasn't already rented the week we plan to return in August, we would definitely rent it again. In future years, this will be our 'go to' vacation rental.I have already referred all of my family to Suzanne, knowing that they would receive the very best care.

Christmas Memories

Unfortunately for the first few days it was the coldest weather of the year. Inside we played games and ate wonderful meals in a kitchen fit for a chef and house with every comfort you can have away from home. This recently remodeled home has top rated kitchen appliances, huge TV’s, amazing bathrooms, washer and dryer on both levels, and an elevator that accommodated our aging family members. The views of sunrise were magical, daily ocean polar plunges refreshing, and fishing in the creek relaxing. One of the best places we have stayed globally. Thank you to the owners for paying so much attention to detail in this beach home. Happy New Year!!

We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the porch provided a wonderful place to admire the ocean view! Kitchen had all conveniences you might need. Wish there had been just a little more seating in the downstairs living area. Upstairs also had more living room space which was quite nice, but we found we wanted to be all together on the main floor. Everything was clean and beds were fine. Enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the creek out front. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of parking under the house. Had lots of room on the beach; not crowded at all!! Wonderful time!

Fantastic place

We booked this house as a group of 7 guys for the last 3 nights of a golfing trip. As I understand it, the house has changed hands over the last year, and you can see the work the new owner has started to put into the place. The outside looks incredible. The paint, new doors and windows, deck furniture, etc. all looked the part of high end beach house. The inside doesn't match the fittings of the outside, but that's part of updating a home. It was certainly comfortable, and our group didn't have any real issues. The showers are a bit small, but functional, the furnishings were dated but still comfortable, etc. So the outside is multi-million in its appearance, and the interior doesn't keep up, but is just fine. The view is priceless. It's a quiet beach, and can you really beat the Atlantic as your backyard? No. What a place! The management company was responsive and easy to work with, so no issues there. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. Not to mention the fact that Caledonia, True Blue, and the Heritage Club were all barely 10 mins away. It was a great trip.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second year renting this house for a few days in the fall, and my second year working with Tidelife. The Tidelife folks are friendly and wonderful to work with. Linens were provided as expected - no problems there.Dolphinview...needs work. The diningroom floors are a water-damaged mess repaired with caulk and nails in some places (seriously, wear shoes in there!!), the doors are a mess (not a decent lock on any of them), the kitchen cabinets are literally falling apart, and one of the beds was leveled with a children's book (which in hindsight is actually pretty funny - nothing's perfect). Truly, I get that there was an ugly storm there last month (the still boarded up windows prove it), but this house is up for sale. It seems like the owners are putting the very least amount of money possible into maintenance, but beach houses basically need near constant maintenance - especially rentals. Most of the damage I noticed isn't a result of the storm (for instance the dining room floors had damage last year already, but now it's much worse). These also aren't issues that Tidelife or the owners would have handled during my stay (other than the book; we handled that ourselves HA!). On the other hand...amazing location, the heat worked, and the house was clean. I'd rent from Tidelife anytime - just not this house.
