Small bathroom had urine smell otherwise was clean. Did not have the need to contact property manager as emails explained everything & all went well. Really liked the ocean view.

Grounds are decent, but condo was very dated and lacking some basic necessities for the kitchen.Honestly not a great spot to stay. The wind is unbearable in the afternoon. This makes it difficult to enjoy the fact that it is on the beach. I would recommend staying in a different part of the island.

First glance the building looks a little outdated. It doesn't matter. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything you need and much more. Close to shopping, restaurants. The grounds were meticulously kept, the pool was the major highlight for me with long hours and lap swim dedicated for an hour in the morning. I will stay here again upon returning!

Thin walls though, we could hear people on the same floor clearly. Hot tub was also shut down 3 days before we left which was a bummer. Other than that, would definitely stay again!

Handy to have the 2 bathrooms and a murphy bed, easier than using the bed chesterfield. Property was terrific, nice views of the grounds, pool and ocean in the distance. Grounds were immaculate, pool well kept. Short walk across the grounds to the beach to watch the sunset.
