Los terrenos incluyen 2 piscinas frente al mar, una bañera de hidromasaje frente al mar, una piscina cubierta climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje cubierta, gimnasio de última generación, saunas para él y para ella y una sala de billar.

At arrival the place looks clean beautiful friendly we entered the condo and it was great. Clean stocked with everything we needed pots pans glasses ect. It's big enough for 6 adults comfortably close enough to the beach /water to fall asleep listening to the waves. We had an amazing time there and will definitely be rebooking this place again

St. Maartens

This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at St. Maartens and we found it as lovely as ever. Our host gave us many answers and spent time showing us how to get tv on. We also enjoyed the party that the owners gave for the opening of their garden space. We met owners, saw some that remembered us and it was a very nice experience. We would be happy to return.

Great Ocean Views

Overall, a nice unit, does need a few maintenance items but nothing major. Kitchen sink faucet is stuck in 1 position, but it has a pull-out nozzle so it is usable for both sinks. The master bath commode requires you to hold down on the handle to flush. We would have liked more lighting in the living room.

2022 Vacation

Well first of all the condo was good location but very hard to enter condo do doorknob didn't turn and even with code hard to enter. Not enough towels for 8 people, Dryer ran but never dried clothes. My husband was told to buy towels and this guy would reimburse him. Doorknob ended up coming off in my daughters hands within first few days and went overnight & next entire day without even doorknob and people could look into condo and most likely enter as well. Dryer was replaced sometime the second week of our vacation and my husband had to stay in condo waiting on someone to come fix everything. Vacation was great with family but when we returned home an email was waiting from CSA insurance that the guy had filed a claim on the insurance that I paid for and never told me. When my husband called the guy renting this condo he said how did he know that we didn't use a hammer and destroy the doorknob/lock. This is absolutely someone that I will not rent from never again. My Husband called St. Maarten Complex and left message about this as well with no return call. This needs to be known and really makes everyone not want to use VRBO. This really doesn't look well on neither the complex and VBRO. People need to watch this guy when renting from him. Please check this situation out because most likely done to others.

Dear Guest, I am really sorry for how you received filing a damage claim this way. As I explained to you before : CSA is a rental damage insurance with 59 $ non refundable premium included in every booking ( already paid in the rental fee, and you lose it either you file a claim or not) and it cover any thing broken/ damaged, during the rental period, it doesn’t affect you or charge you extra, neither affect your future rental with VRBO. I filed claim for the door Lock . It doesn’t matter if the door knob was old or ugly when you checked in, it was functioning and rendered nonfunctional with your usage, that is a legitimate reason for a claim, again feel free to call the insurance company for something has nothing to do with you or affect you. When you complained that the dryer is functioning but you think it is taking extra time to dry the clothes, I replaced it ( how is that make me a bad host 🤔)

Superbe endroit

Superbe unité de condo situé en face de la mer. Le balcon offre une vue incroyable et permet de profiter des attraits de Daytona Beach. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous y retournerons. Le propriétaire est très gentil et a répondu à toutes nos interrogations rapidement.

Dear Rach, Thank you for review as well as staying with us for three months. Though I have to say, a minor kitchen sink drain leak that was fixed on the same day, is a normal mishap could happen to any rental specially if you stay enough for three months, and it is not significant to warrant that comment. This is a 2400 Square feet( three bed rooms, three bath rooms, Candian hard wood all over the unit) , Oceon fornt( not side view, Master and family rooms with 2 windows and 500 SF Balcony Ocean Front) in one of the most luxorious building in Florida( Three pools one heated out door and one indoor) and indoor underground parking lot, you paid for a moth rental the same money you have could spent on a weekly rental for a 300 SF studio with a back street view in any hotel next door !

This unit is beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The building, pools, and grounds were immaculate. Booking was so easy and the owner responded very quickly to our questions. We had a perfect stay.

At Maarten Condominium

The unit was very nice, and neat. We enjoyed the stay , however, the unit experienced very low water pressure in the bathrooms. I rated the cleanliness low because there was a lot of dust throughout the whole unit. At first sight it looked nice but it needs a deep cleaning under the furniture. The bathtub in the small bedroom needed cleaning before we used it. And there was no toilet tissue holder in that bathroom. Upon removing the linens at the end of our stay, we discovered the mattress pad and mattress in the master bedroom was dirty. A live bug was found under the mattress pad. The owner should be aware that the cleaning service being used doesn’t do a very good job. There was a lot of sand under the rug under the table which will damage the hardwood floors if left unattended. I must say, the owner was very diligent about getting the dryer functional when it ceased to work. He told us how to “fix” the disposal if it quit working. He did say he planned to replace the disposal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if items of concern were fixed.

Excellent condo

The condo is large and very nicely furnished. Everything you could need during your stay is available in the condo for you. The owners are very quick to respond and handle any concerns you may have during your stay. I would highly recommend the condo and would stay here again in the future.
