However, we would like to bring a few points to your attention: The hole in the mosquito net was repaired immediately. We are very sorry that you did not have hot water; unfortunately you had switched off the boiler. If only you had contacted the keyholder, they could have turned the boiler back on for you. No one was informed that the bottles left in the fridge were a gift; in any case, no one ever told you that these items could break the fridge. The house does not have air conditioning, as per listing description. We remind you that you left the house without paying the tourist tax, broke several tasting glasses, and broke the fridge's food container, which was found behind a plant in the house.
