We spent a week at this property for a relaxing vacation. The location was fantastic-quiet and a short distance to the beaches. The Big Chill was a favorite for us to visit. The layout of the unit was great for our group and the amenities provided, especially the beach gear.However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival, we noticed several areas that hadnt been thoroughly cleaned, which impacted our comfort during the stay. We would consider staying again if that aspect improves.

We stayed at the Hub-A-Hubba property in the Promonence community and were more than pleased with the property. The condo was in great condition, had all the modern amenities, was styled great, had comfy beds and was super clean! The pool was heated and huge. The Big Chill is right across the street for all your entertainment needs for the kids and parents. The unit comes with four bikes which is a great addition. The bikes were too large for our younger girls so we just rented 2 smaller bikes for the week which was no big deal. The unit also comes with all the necessities for the beach (chairs, wagon, cooler, shade umbrella). We did end up buying 3 shovels and some buckets for building sand castles and just left them at the property for future families with kids to use. Such a great location. We are definitely going to come back!

Beautiful!

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so tastefully done. We were looking for a peaceful stay, and this place delivered. We enjoyed the pool, the bikes, and the proximity of The Hub. We ate out every lunch and dinner, but the kitchen was completely outfitted if you wanted to cook. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Beautiful Condo

Hub-A-Hubba is a beautiful home away from home for any 30A trip! Located directly across from The Hub and very close to the gorgeous pool which made it convenient for our teens to have some freedom to roam. Not all of the bikes were usable during our stay and need some repairs. We ended up having to rent some. Lots of beach chairs and beach toys are available in the garage, so that was nice.

Great Memorial Day Weekend!

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. Aside from a bike w/ flat tires and limited number of bath towels, we had a fabulous time. I will mention that the beach is really far away and there were no bathrooms. So lugging our stuff and 3 toddlers back and forth was a pain. Spent a lot of time at the beautiful pool though so it evened things out.

We stayed in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental in Hub-A-Hubba at Prominence - unit 70C-for a week in February. We found the accommodations upscale and comfortable for two couples. It was a short walk to the beautiful large pool that I am sure families would love in season. Even though February is not prime season, the weather was warm which allowed us pleasant days. We tried out a few beaches which were beautiful. The rental also had an attached garage with bikes, a beach wagon and tubes for the pool. We will definitely make a return visit. Coastal Dreamin made check in and check out convenient.

New property, far from beach

We've visited 30A several times. This was the first time staying in this particular property or with this management company. While we enjoyed our stay, we'd likely stay elsewhere on a return visit to 30A. The Good: Unit was new and is as pictured, kitchen was nice and well equipped, master bath was ideal with tiled shower and dual vanity, and surprisingly, there were 4 bikes and bike locks in the garage (saving us $110 for 2 bike rentals we didn't have to make/pay for) The Bad: Unexpectedly long walk to the beach - beach is not across 30A, as was typical with other rentals in Seacrest Beach and other beaches. The nearest beach access point is roughly a mile away, and in the summer heat, best reached by bike. The state park which is nearby has limited hours, meaning traveling the opposite way to another beach at roughly a mile was a better bet. The free shuttle, while fantastic and with great drivers, has limited hours of 9 AM - 3 PM. The free shuttle will take residents from this real estate development to a beach, albeit one that is about 2.5 miles away. The unit, while new, wasn't as clean as we expected. The ceiling fans had not been dusted in at least several weeks. The sheets on the master bed were an incorrect size. The curtains in the guest room had been stained by prior guests leaving the windows open and were stained with rainwater/drainage. There is a considerable amount of construction taking place in July / August on this street, as multiple units were being worked on from early in the morning until late at night. The rental price partly compensates for this, but be prepared to stop abruptly when driving through and be careful riding a bike or walking amidst the parade of large equipment and work trucks. While the home was secure, and 30A is a very safe place, staying here requires a lot of access codes. Thankfully, there's an app for that! One code for the garage, another for the side door, a 3rd for the pool, and a 4th for the small workout facility, not to mention WIFI or bike lock codes to remember. We admit to not booking far enough in advance, given the increasing popularity of 30A, a very hot vacation spot. Had we booked 5-6 months out, we could have landed a more ideal place. Nevertheless we enjoyed the stay and hope the management company considers both the good and bad comments.

Great Location for Hub

Condo was great for trips to the Hub. Public beach access is around a half mile up the road but an easy bike ride (the other close beach access point closed for renovations). Condo is updated and quiet; we enjoyed the beach chairs in the garage. Had to rent bikes and garage door only opened from inside the condo. Would recommend to others.

Perfect stay with infant!

We enjoyed our stay here with our 5 month old! Being directly across the street from the hub and right in between rosemary beach and seaside was very convenient. Pool is also very nice.

Great location- slight fixes to make it 5⭐️

We really enjoyed the location at Prominence— great for families with little ones. Hub-A-Hubba was a nice place overall but little kinks needs to be ironed out to make it a 5 star vacation rental. Communication was great mostly, but would take more than a day to get a reply back sometimes. Kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils we needed to cook. Everything was comfortable but the floors under the couch/beds were not vacuumed as there were clumps of dust and hair as I reached for my sons toys that rolled under during our stay. Couple bikes were not useable since one had a repair tag and one had a loose seat. The other ones were too big for me to ride— which was a bummer. I really hope these things get worked out in the future because we really loved staying here.

Prominence 30A Hub-A-Hubba

This was the second time we have stayed at a unit in Prominence. This stay was not as nice. The unit had dirty glasses-greasy fingerprints, black hair came up from the drain after getting caught on my daughter's toe (we are all blonde), and there were juice boxes from a previous tenant. The owner provides 4 Adult bikes- however be aware that one beach bike was broken, one was very used and had chain issues, and the last 2 were large men's bikes that the girls (5'9" tall) could not ride either. We rented 4 bikes instead. The area is in a great location, but I was not really as happy as our first stay a few years ago.

Great place to rent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Hub-a-hubba". The property was nicely decorated and located directly across the street from "The Hub". The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The only item we wish would have been included was a Keurig but the supplied coffeemaker met our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable, so much so that we noted the brand of the mattress so we can purchase one for our spare bedroom. Overall, it was a wonderful rental and I would stay here again given the opportunity. One note, the reason I awarded "cleanliness" 3 stars is that it appeared the windows, granite countertops, and mirrors were cleaned with a towel or a cleaner that left behind a film on everything. It was not a major issue just a minor inconvenience.

The condo was nicely furnished and clean however, the guest bedroom bedspread smelled like urine. I requested a new one and was told I would get one that day and it was never replaced. I had to place the quilt at the foot of my bed with not extra blankets in the condo. Also, they request getting a golf cart but the electrical outlets In the garage can't handle charging of the battery. I had to argue with the security crew every night to charge my cart at the pool.

Off the “touristy” beating path yet close enough to great restaurants and fun things to do.

Spring break

The place itself was clean and beautiful. There was very little in the way of shampoo/conditioner. We got 1 small container for both bathrooms. We also had to buy laundry detergent. We were only given one packet of dishwasher soap for 4 days. The pool was freezing cold. I expected it to be heated. It was unusable for most people. The beach was really a trek. Difficult to get to even with bikes and a golf cart.

Wonderful!

Hub-a-hubba was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated and clean! The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and it feels luxuriously homey:) Washer and dryer around the corner make it easy to keep up with laundry if you like. The long porch and windows give you a refreshing connection with the outdoors. I didn't feel like I was disturbing anyone because there's a garage beneath and I never heard the neighbors behind us. ;) Easy walk to dunes and beach at Deer Park. Overall, it was a perfect vacation "home".

Clean place but not .5 miles from the beach

Hub-A-Hubba was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked; however, the listing advertises being "about .5 miles from the beach." We Google mapped the nearest beach while standing in the condo and saw that it is, in fact, 1.1 miles from the nearest beach entrance. In this day and age, technology allows you to be specific. Also, be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap since they limit these items. Each bathroom only had one role of toilet paper and we had one role of paper towels for four days. The listing photos were nice but the reality left us with some disappointing revelations.
