Este es un apartamento tranquilo, cómodo y espacioso con 125m2, en un edificio moderno (paredes de mårmol) llamado Marina Club en la Avenida Arriaga 73, arriba de Marina Shopping y exactamente en el mismo edificio que la tienda CR7 de Cristiano Ronaldo, a 300 metros del Museo CR7 y a 100 metros del emblemåtico Ritz Café, cerca de todo, justo en el centro de Funchal

El apartamento tiene una vista espectacular sobre el puerto deportivo de Funchal. Cuenta con 5 grandes ventanas que dan acceso al balcón que rodea todo el apartamento y fue diseñado para disfrutar todo el día, la luz del sol, desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer.

El edificio estĂĄ muy bien insonorizado, por lo que el apartamento es muy tranquilo, incluso en el corazĂłn de Funchal. El estado dentro del apartamento no escucharĂĄ ruidos del exterior y tendrĂĄ la sensaciĂłn de que estĂĄ fuera del centro de la ciudad. El apartamento es muy relajante ... el apartamento tiene muy buena insonorizaciĂłn.

Desde todas las divisiones puede llegar al gran balcĂłn redondo (suma todo el dĂ­a) donde puede relajarse y aprovechar al mĂĄximo el buen clima de Madeira mientras disfruta de sus comidas.

Desde el balcón tendrå un paisaje sublime y también estarå en un lugar privilegiado para ver los fuegos artificiales de junio, año nuevo y nuestros desfiles tradicionales como el Festival de las Flores y el Carnaval.

En el dormitorio se pueden colocar camas una al lado de la otra si es necesario, formando una cama doble.

Fabulous base for your holiday in Funchal

Fabulous location within short walk to centre of Funchal. Bus stops also close, with Red and Yellow hop-on-off stops just across the road. Good local supermarkets and superb restaurants to choose from. Apartment comfortable, with most amazing views and large wraparound terrace. Miguel super helpful, and keen for ideas to improve your stay. No hesitation in recommending for your holiday stay

One of the best locations in Funchal

This was our fourth visit to Madeira and we were very happy to have been able to stay in this apartment. The apartment is nice and warm due to the large windows that surround the front and side. If it gets too warm the large balcony doors can be opened to let a nice breeze through. We really appreciated the view over the marina and enjoyed watching the activity in the harbour as well as watching the cruise ships coming and going. We also were able to watch the Carnival Parade from our balcony. We were a bit concerned that there might be street noise, but were pleasantly surprised that once the doors were closed the apartment was very quiet. The location is also close to the various bus stops which we used in our hiking of the various levadas and trails. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that we used to cook most of our meals. The shopping mall and the grocery store are a short 5 minute walk away and we bought groceries as needed. A larger coffee pot would have been nice to have. Miguel was at the apartment when we arrived and gave instructions on items in the apartment and a list of places to see and things to do, including his recommendations on local restaurants. We look forward to our return next winter and have already booked with Miguel. Thanks for everything Miguel!

Perfect location

This is our fifth time in Funchal, the second time in this condo. We usually book for about 8-9 weeks. We love the location of this condo and the amenities that surround us. I had submitted a fairly detailed review from our last stay and our views remain the same. And although we are very sad that we were not able to stay to the end of March as planned, we are booked again for next year. We love Madeira and will be back.

Great Location

This apartment in centrally located in the heart of Funchal. Everything is within walking distance or if needed, the buses are right outside the door. Restaurants, grocery store, and bakeries are all close by. The view of the harbour is superb and the balcony is huge. You can watch the cruise ships coming and going from the balcony each day. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook your own meals though with all the fantastic restaurants close by, the temptation to eat out is often too great. The balcony doors of the apartment could be opened on warmer days to get a good cross breeze blowing through to cool the apartment down quickly. I was not fond of the brown colour scheme in the suite (brown curtains, bed spread etc.) but that was a minor thing when compared to all of the pluses of the apartment. And do take one of the jeep tours offered by Miguel. They are a great way to see the island. Miguel knows his way around the island so he can take you to locations you would never otherwise get to see. His jeep tours are great value and informative.

die positiven Berichte der Vormieter können von uns bestĂ€tigt werden. lediglich 2 kleinere Anmerkungen verbleiben: - mann sollte sich schon klar darĂŒber sein, dass vor der Wohnanlage eine Hauptverkehrsstraße verlĂ€uft. bei Aufenhalt auf dem Balkon ist die dazu gehörende GerĂ€uschkulisse schon hörbar. Sobald die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es in der Wohnung aber ruhig. - der Balkon ist ungeschĂŒtzt. sofern insbes. Abends der Wind weht, kann es schon etwas frisch sein. Ansonsten aber alles super.

Highly Recommended!!! Gorgeous and Best Location

Cannot express how great this apartment is! Our first time in Madeira, in celebration of our 40 anniversary. We had a recommendation (regarding owner), and Miguel took care of our stay, without worry. The apartment was beautiful, and the location...was unbeatable! If we wanted a walk on the marina...across the street. Hop on bus... across the street. Park, winery, restaurants, groceries, gelato, Massuse, art gallery... right there! It was unbelievable. We were across from the marina and port, and not only did we enjoy the balcony view, but any water tours were right there. Walking distance to the cable cars and old town (which we visited and explored often). Because of this location we combed the streets and events in Funchal with effortless walking, (and the hop on hop off bus tours). Miguel also took us on his jeep tour. We saw places that many tourists likely do not get to. The tour was interesting, informative, and so much fun! We met 4 other lovely people (that he matched us up with perfectly). You can't go to Funchal without going on Miguels' Jeep Tour!! It's a must!

Madeira - Ideal fĂŒr Entspannungs- und Aktivurlaub

Die Insel des ewigen FrĂŒhlings - oder die Blumeninsel, wie sie auch genannt wird - ist ein Paradies fĂŒr Menschen die eine lebendige Altstadt (Funchal) mit vielen kleinen urigen Restaurants lieben, wo man abends draußen essen kann. FĂŒr Menschen, die gerne durch die engen Straßen der Innenstadt bummeln, um sich in den kleinen GeschĂ€ften inspirieren zu lassen (unendlich viele Ideen aus Kork). Unbedingt sollte man mit der Seilbahn auf den Monte (Tropical Palacegarden, Korbschlittenfahrten zumindest einmal zusehen) und weiter mit der 2. Seilbahn zu dem phantastischen botanischen Garten schweben. Die unendlich vielen Möglichkeiten zu wandern (Levadawanderungen) darf man nicht vergessen. Auto mieten! Etwas wĂ€rmere Kleidung fĂŒr die Berge und Regenschutz nicht vergessen. Wer auf höhere Temperaturen und BadestrĂ€nde spekuliert und gar nicht gerne wandert, sollte sich aber ein anderes Urlaubsziel aussuchen.Die Temperaturen im Mai lagen bei sehr angenehmen 18 - 21 Grad. Das Apartment liegt mit genialem Blick von der großzĂŒgigen Terrasse auf den Hafen sehr zentral. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Wie oft haben wir auf der Terrasse gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt und abends dort bei einem Glas Rotwein gesessen. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet mit vollstĂ€ndiger KĂŒche (bis auf eine fehlende 2. Pfanne), Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und eine GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine. Wichtig war auch ein Garagenplatz in der großzĂŒgigen Garage. Der Vermieter Miguel hat uns sehr freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt und mit vielen wichtigen Tips versorgt. Er war tĂ€glich fĂŒr uns per Messenger oder Whatsapp erreichbar. Auch die Anfahrt und RĂŒckfahrt (morgens um 04:00 Uhr) zum Flughafen mit Taxi zum Sonderpreis hat er perfekt arrangiert. Das einzig Negative waren die zu harten Matratzen! Miguel hat uns versprochen elastische Topper zu kaufen, die auf die Matratzen aufgelegt werden können, um den Schlafkomfort zu erhöhen. Wir kommen gerne wiede!

Great apartment in brilliant location

The apartment is clean, well equipped, comfortable and safe. Wrap around balcony. Terrific location overlooking the promenade, harbour and marina with main street running parallel with restaurants, shops and lovely park. Easy 15 minute stroll to old town with loads of restaurants, bars, shops and great atmosphere. Plenty of other restaurants in side streets up from the main road.....but no disturbance from any of these. Local buses and tour buses from promenade. Also cable car up to Monte, the Monte Palace gardens (beautiful), the Botanical Gardens and the toboggan (basket) rides down the streets (you have to do it at least once) If you’re up for a jeep tour there are commercial ones available but ask the owner Miguel about his. Full/half day in a vintage army jeep. No frills but big buzz and he knows all the short cuts, alternative viewing points, lunch and drinks stops where the tour buses etc don’t go. This was our first visit to Madiera and consider ourselves lucky that the owner Miguel was our first contact there. He’s a really cool guy. Personable, funny, genuine. His love for Madiera is very obvious and he is a mine of information. Clearly cares about his clients and wants you to love Madiera the way he does. We will definitely be going back....just sorry we left our first visit until our sixties.

Super séjour dans un super appartement.

Cet appartement est tout simplement parfait pour dĂ©couvrir Funchal et l’ile de MadĂšre. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© 3 semaines et nous nous y sommes sentis comme Ă  la maison et trĂšs en sĂ©curitĂ©. L’appartement Ă©tait impeccable Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et tout Ă©tait conforme Ă  la description et aux photos de l’annonce et mĂȘme mieux encore, particuliĂšrement la grande terrasse oĂč nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bons moments Ă  regarder le ballet des arrivĂ©es et dĂ©parts des bateaux de croisiĂšre, des voiliers, catamarans, etc. En plus l’appartement est super bien situĂ©. Nous n’avions qu’à sortir de l’appartement pour trouver une pĂątisserie de l’autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue, un centre d’achats avec un supermarchĂ© Ă  environ 3 minutes Ă  pied, des taxis et des autobus, plein de restaurants, la promenade en bord de mer au pied de l’appartement et surtout la place principale de Funchal et son magnifique jardin municipal Ă  quelques pas seulement. Nous avons Ă©galement pu profiter d’un stationnement privĂ© intĂ©rieur pour notre voiture de location. Notre hĂŽte, Miguel, nous attendait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e pour nous accueillir et nous donner de prĂ©cieux conseils pour la visite de son Ăźle. Il a Ă©tĂ© d’une grande gentillesse, toujours de bonne humeur, toujours disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions ou nous aider comme par exemple s’occuper de nous rĂ©server des taxis pour l’aĂ©roport. En plus c’est un guide hors pair pour visiter son Ăźle car il organise des excursions en 4x4 hors des sentiers touristiques pour nous montrer le vrai MadĂšre. Nous avons eu le bonheur d’effectuer une excursion avec lui et cela restera un de nos souvenirs les plus prĂ©cieux de notre sĂ©jour Ă  MadĂšre. Alors c’est avec plaisir que je recommande l’appartement de Miguel Ă  tous ceux et celles qui voudront dĂ©couvrir cette belle Ăźle. J’espĂšre qu’un jour nous aurons la chance d’y retourner. We found Miguel's apartment on the site and thought it looked perfect for us. We were reluctant to book as there were no reviews and Miguel was new to the site. Miguel answered all our questions and relieved our anxieties through several emails. He was at the apartment to greet us and gave us a full orientation to the building,apartment and surrounding area. The apartment is as shown and the views from the wrap around balcony is amazing. We were able to watch the carnival parade,cruise ship arrivals and some spectacular sunrises all from the comfort of the apartment. The apartment is well equipped for cooking,spacious, and convenient to shops and supermarkets. Miguel you are a great host and we look forward to our return to Madeira and your apartment. Close by, you can find one of the best restaurants in Funchal "Combatentes", among others. You are absolutely right, the balcony landscape of the apartment is divine, you can even see the fireworks in June and the end of the year and the flower and carnival parades. And even being in the center of town, within walking distance of all tourist attractions the apartment is completely insonarised, you can not hear the normal noises of a city, it is very quiet. Appartement trĂšs confortable et trĂšs bien situĂ© surtout si on souhaite ĂȘtre en ville. Terrasse un peu bruyante Ă  certaines heures en raison de la situation prĂšs du port et d’une rue principale, mais appartement bien insonorisĂ© donc on dort bien ! Sympa de voir les bateaux de croisiĂšre arriver et repartir. Bus, taxi, magasins, et nombreux restaurants a proximitĂ©. Miguel est un super « host « , il est trĂšs serviable et donne d’excellents conseils ! Toujours atteignable et de bonne humeur ! Nous a donnĂ© de prĂ©cieux renseignements pour visiter l’üle. Merci !

Just the best view in Funchal

Fabulous position in a very secure residential building, so close to all amenities there’s a SPAR in the basement; a bar that brews it’s own over the road, and a fabulous new restaurant, Il Vivaldi, in the next door building. Bus stop at the corner, big supermarket 100 yards, and right on the promenade, although high enough that the noise isn’t a problem. Miguel tries to think of every need, and if he misses something just tell him! Can’t wait to return.

My name is Miguel, I am a tour guide (Jeep Tours) in a UMM convertible classic jeep (with 29 years old - army jeep :)) and I'm a Madeira lover and I would like to share my apartment with you in order you can have the best holidays as possible here!

(The tenant of the apartment was a Portuguese doctor and by the end of December 2017 had to return to Lisbon. This apartment on January 20, 2018 will have new furniture (new kitchen, new cutlery, new dishes, new glasses, new pots, new dishwasher, new bathroom tops, new bed frames, new decoration, new chaise lougue sofa, new LCD, new furniture on the balcony, everything new. the first time we will rent this apartment for tourism.)

It is an amazing apartment in an unique location (Same Building as CR7 Store) by the marina! It has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay taking profit of the mild climate of the island and its amazing view (the best views of the complex).
Have 5 big windows leading out to the round balcony, it was designed to take full advantage of the sunlight and the seaview, facing the Funchal

Very spacious apartment (125 m2) with a private balcony over the marina (it is really neaby the sea!). A very comfortable and modern apartment in a quiet & modern building and unique location!
